Yeah its almost like we live in a society where peoples sexual drives have been overinflated through the media and school systems to the point where people are so fixated on sex that they cant even have it. Either you actually traverse the fantasy and find out that sex isnt everything, or you get sucked into the valentines day industrial complex. If you dont manage to have sex and see it for what it is, you'll always have this controlling fantasy hanging over you. This desire to have sex that will have you pursuing every avenue to try and get laid.

You'll buy clothes, axe body spray, a car, food, candy, ice cream and video games. All in a cycle where you build your confidence up to try and get laid by consuming commodities, then you get shot down, become depressed and soothe yourself through more consumption before you figure out the next thing you need to buy that will "make you attractive for sure this time"

Really good sex comes when you cultivate a relationship with a woman so the sex isnt just you cumming into another slut, but you cumming into a slut you love and cherish. I think everything has a time and place. So much on trp seems like a rule, you need to lift, you need to spin plates etc. While those rationally speaking are good and logical things, of you don't feel like it don't do it or make a break. If you try to force those things you'll end up destroying your enjoyment you get out of it. Try switching it up once in a while, gym vs other sports, plates vs ltr, fucking vs monk mode. Everything has its time :)

The first few times with any one girl won't be great. There's comfort and preferences that need to be built and learned. This is why always trying to do ONS isn't fulfilling. Just a bunch of mediocre sex. LTR sex is great cause there's strong emotion and trust between you 2.

My advice is to keep meeting girls but only escalate to sex if you feel like there's a genuine connection. I'm saying connection not attraction because you can be attracted to people you don't like (bitchy co-workers). Instead of trying to rack up your n-count try and shoot for FWB relationships. You can still be polyamorous and sleep with different girls but you'll be having sex with girls you actually enjoy spending time with. Some downsides though these are harder to build as there's a lot of boxes to be checked and when these plates break they hurt more as you had invested some heart into it but honestly the pros of these relationships are worth it.
