First some background, then I'll get to the issue that's weakening my newly found frame.

Swallowed the pill a few months back and I'm making good progress. I've lost 10 lbs and have about 10 to go. I discovered that my wife doesn't shit test often but when she does, I (now) handle them well, and usually have her laughing with me. I make more decisions with more confidence and my wife seems to really like it. However, I know I need more work. I need to get more muscular and pay more attention to dress and grooming in general.

Sex has gone from once every two weeks to once a week. Not ideal, but this is an improvement and it will get better. One day last month, she said that her period had started and I'd have to settle for a blowjob. This never would have happened before. Shark week used to mean no sex of any kind.

She really is a great wife. She's in shape, never nags, always looks good, cleans the house, and cooks all the time. We've been married about 15 years and I know her confidence in her looks is declining lately. She is the type of girl who is very pretty but when she wants, knows how to dress and use makeup to look super hot.

Well we went to a friend's party about 1.5 hours away. My wife had sought my advice on what to wear (never would have done this in the old BP days). She really looked beautiful and sexy, without looking slutty. We were having a great time at the party and she mostly kept by my side. However, after we were both fairly drunk, there was this guy who started chatting us up. He was a little younger than me, good looking as far as I could tell, and told funny stories. He slowly shifted his focus from both of us to my wife only (and her to him). He would occasionally touch her shoulder briefly and had her complete attention as she laughed and smiled. One time I looked at her and was shocked to see she was twirling her hair while looking at him in a flirty way. What the fuck? I really felt out-competed for my own wife right in front of my face. I look back and realize that I had too much to drink and along with not enough sleep had made me really quiet. Eventually we went to bed where I assumed sex was guaranteed and was shocked to find she was literally pushing me away from her.

It was so out of character for her to flirt and I still feel this terrible jealousy. My frame is not as strong as I had thought. Thanks to TRP I knew not to complain about this the next day.

What did I do wrong?
What should I do now?
