To seduce the world, you must first seduce yourself.

You can pump yourself up and put on appearances, but you'd know when you haven't put on the work. When you have put on the work, others will tell you you've done some great effort into it.

It's the difference between someone saying they shower and workout daily and yet still smell grungy and flabby. Vs a dude who has style, presence, and clarity of mind - folks actually wanna gravitate around him. There's an air of effortlessness to it.

It takes a lot of effort to make anything look effortless. A lot more to make things actually effortless.

If you're struggling with mental disonance, there's still work to do. Both internal and external. Keep at it. The world will tell you when you're there. It might be tomorrow or a year.

Basically : how do you convince others you’re awesome/fun/interesting/loveable/deserving if you yourself are not convinced? Heal your soul and teach it that you are awesome/fun/interesting/loveable/deserving then everything else will come together slowly but surely.

I completely agree but the important distinction is how it directly affects you within a situation.

Meditation, learning to relax and become comfortable generally, is an important stepping stone.

Active meditation, learning to relax while interacting with someone, under some kind of 'pressure' you're likely to encounter regularly (being in front of a woman you're attracted to, having to engage multiple people, being around guys who are taller, better looking, more outgoing), is where the growth is.

It is inner work but, to learn how to handle the pressure of an external situation; so you should still be putting yourself in those situations.

Yep. I also recommend therapy. I honestly feel that self-actualization reaches a point that journaling alone can’t achieve without it.
