The Game I think is where a lot of PUA's start, because it gets you out of this small minded world where girls don't want to have sex, especially not with you. So you start with a few "tricks" you learned, and eventually you build confidence and just learn to be yourself, and grow into Mark Manson's version of a Confident Man who happens to get laid a lot. That's my opinion anyway.
