3-6 months to see noticeable improvement. 1.5yr-3yr for real fundamental change and re-defining who you are as a person.

I say that with practice and effort you can get to a good point within a month or two. But it's about half a year or more before you really become good at it. Of course, if you ever stop and let yourself slip back into your old way of thinking you can definitely end up pretty close to square one again. It always takes me a month or so to get back into it once I get out of a relationship.

This all depends on the quantity and the quality of practice that you put in. By quantity i mean that you regular go out and open as many people as you can. By quality I mean that you go out with specific goals to work on specific skills (whether it be teasing, going sexual, touch, ect) every time you go out and approach and actually work on the skills.

It's not good to put a time frame on it and compare your progress to others because it will make you feel like crap. Instead focus on your own improvement
