General question, but does anyone have any advice for working on making eye contact with people? Not just when talking to them but I mean with random people at wherever. I keep telling myself I need to work on eye contact but then I get in a situation where some girl is looking at me and I instinctively turn my head away or just look away. I can't just walk around 24/7 repeating in my head to not avoid eye contact but I can't think of anyway to break this habit. I feel like I'm missing out on so much by not making eye contact whether it's an attractive girl or just someone else I'd want to talk to.
