Ok, let's start at the beginning.

You have said you have exhausted your social circle in terms of sexual options, this means you need to approach strangers. This is called cold approach pickup. Cold because you are approaching someone you don't know without being introduced to them.

The first step in cold approach pickup is the approach itself. In PUA parlance this is refered to as opening. It's basically just breaking the ice so you can start a conversation with someone.

The line you use to do this is called an opener. If you find you can't think of anything to say when you first approach, use canned openers. These are prepared opening lines that you memorise to use. The best openers are ones which will require more than a 1 word response from you're target.

With some canned openers memorised it's time to try them out in the field. Don't waste time reading more about pickup. Until you have proved you can regularly and successfully open sets every piece of pickup information out there is redundant to you. It is very important you get out and practise ASAP. Don't get bogged down in the theory.

Go out and open 50 sets. Don't worry about following up. Just open, listen to their response and leave.

When you have done that (anything from a week to a months time), come back to seddit for help with the next stage.

You start by going out anywhere where there are women, and seeing if you're able to go up to them, start a conversation, and get them attracted.

Before you've done that, you won't know what part(s) of it you have a problem with.

Once you actually know what part you struggle with, then you'll get far better advice.

I think a really interesting question that no one asks is how to get them to fall into your lap. I personally like the idea of a girl making the first move. It sets up the relationship so that you're the one who is allowing her to go after you. Remember: they want you at least as much as you want them, most of your job is to keep our of your own way.
