I also didn't tell my first that it was my first. It wasn't that weird, I was nervous and I told her I was nervous not in a scared way but more in a I want to tell you this way, she actually kind of liked that, and was much more experienced than me. Contrary to the other advice you've recieved, I lost my virginity during a one night stand. I didn't tell the guy, I didn't think it was really his business. He was pretty intuitive and nothing ever hurt or was uncomfortable. I think you've got the drop in this situation that you know the guy and you like him. You can communicate as little or as much as you like, you can fake your experience just be being bold with what you want, or you can let him take control of the situation. Don't over think it. You can always ask him to stop, or say that hurt, or ask him to slow down. There's no shame in anything. He's lucky to be sharing this intimacy with you, and visa versa so just make sure you're enjoying yourself.

Relax and lots of foreplay. You need to be aroused so everything happens naturally. If he tries to go straight for PIV, slow him the fuck down and say you need to be warmed up first, otherwise there's a good chance it could hurt especially if you're dry. Have some lube with you just in case.
