It's starts with you doing basic like dressing better, exercising, and dieting. You also have to work on building your confidence and social skills. Reading, focusing on your hobbies, and creating an attractive lifestyle (having a good job, traveling, etc). The idea is that if you work on yourself you will be more attractive (which is true) but the main flaw in waiting for the women to come. women aren't known to make the first move.

Don’t chase her and put her on a pedestal relative to where u are in life work on yourself and make yourself desirable and then girls will find you attractive and they will make that attraction clear then all you have to do is talk to her

I’ll streamline it so you can search each part individually. I don’t know at which point you are, so I’ll start from the start.

First of all:

Mindset change
Hygiene (brush teeth, scrape tongue, wash hair, sunbathe, etc.)
Be more impulsive. More impulsive = more authentic.
Style. New haircut, fashion, grooming.
Set long-term career goals — ambition. Work toward them, look for opportunities.
Stop caring about people’s opinions.

Don't take it so literally, it's still in your best interest to pursue and approach. What people mean when they say this is that you will create more opportunities for yourself. Self-improvement is the highest form of game, because rather than just trying to appear high value to get women, which is what most guys do, you're actually making yourself high value and women will pick up on the authenticity.

To be honest, your know by 20 if women will "come to you", if you have not been able to have a choice of 3 women by then, you might as well focus on other parts of your life, like work or something.

This is what i did, however took me until 25, then a good 10 years to really get things going, now i live in a different country, own a company, employ staff and still single as i always was before.

You're thinking too literal about "women jumping on your lap..." That's not exactly what this means.

Letting women come to you is about being your best-self. You are not chasing after women seemly at random, placing them above your own life and self. The problem many guys have is that they meet a girl(date her) she becomes his "everything".
The idea is to consume yourself in something bigger, and by that virtue the women will "come to you". You still have to do the approaching/talking/initial dating. but you'll see women looking at you, checking you out, WANTING you to talk to them. That's how they come to you, because they'll make it easy.

Note: It depends on level of attraction, if her attraction to you is a 4/10 or less you'll never get her. Some girls will start at 7-8 attraction(Because you doing the things above). Making everything easy.

In my opinion, improving yourself can also include improving your game with women. You shouldn't stop approaching them just because you know you shouldn't chase them. Approaching and chasing are two different things, although they can be the same depending on how you do it. You won't have women chasing you unless you are adept at the fundamentals of courtship and man-woman relationships. Keep improving in all areas of interest.
