I met a girl at a bar and took her home about two months ago. We had sex and started hanging out basically once a week. We only had sex twice during the month and a half that we were seeing each other regularly; we mostly hung out, got drinks, watched movies together, etc. Then, for about three weeks she said she couldn't get together because she was so busy. Each time she told me she was busy, she was kinda going out of her way to explain herself and being overly apologetic, so I thought it was genuine. Then, after those three weeks, when I asked her if she wanted to chill again, she didn't respond. She finally contacted me a week later, unrelated to my message to her a week before, just to tell me a song came on at her work and it reminded her of me. A week after that, I asked her again if she was interested in hanging out and she once again told me she was busy. I responded by telling her that she could let me know if she wasn't interested in hanging out anymore and that it wouldn't be a big deal to just tell me. She just said that she was busy again. Two days after that, she posted a picture of herself and a new guy on her snap. I messaged her and told her again she could've just told me. She responded "I didn't really think it was something I needed to tell you lol We can still hang out and get drinks and stuff." That was a week ago. Last night I got really drunk and messaged her: "So, how'd totally ghosting me work out for you, instead of just telling me the truth when I asked?" She left me on read.

So, anyway, my question is, am I right that she was inconsiderate by not telling me the truth? Am I perceiving the situation poorly, and I'm in the wrong? Should I apologize for what I said last night? Should I move on? Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but sometimes it's enlightening to get an outside perspective. Please be kind lol And thanks, in advance, to everybody who reads/gives me advice.
