Hi guys! Tonight I went out again on my own. In the beginning of the night I was in a great mood. But as soon as I entered the club I saw that this time there were not that much people on the dance floor (probably around 40%) and I kinda felt exposed to all the stares from people. This pressured me even more so I lost my "party state" and after that I went straight back home. I now there are three ways how the brain is operating in stressfull situation. It even fights, flees or fights. So this time I fled. I read a lot of books on the subject, so I get all the theoretical aspects. I also tryed in the beginning to socialize with the bar tender and the bouncer but it didnt really help in the end. Do you guys have any suggestions how can I handle this kind of situation next time in a better way? I dont want to my brain to choose to flee every time this will happen again. Thank you in advance.
