What Jeff Bezos picks for a 2nd wife isn't some game changing evidence for men's dating in general. Lauren Sanchez not ugly. Jeff might like something else about her such as intelligence, feminine energy, etc. Jeff clearly values relationships because he went from his marriage to Lauren with no single period (that we know about) in between dispite being one of th richest men on Earth. Elon is rich, was married too, and now keeps a harem of baby mommas. I wouldn't read too much into Bezos marriag…

There's no real answer. I waited a year to date seriously and it ended in disaster. She was dating for help not dating for love. Sucks being lonely but I wasn't ready either so really only you know

It's amazing how the weights affect mood. I'm sure you guys like the look and the adrenaline of working out, but I like the process. The plan of having a goal, developing a plan, working towards and reaching the goal of the heavier set. I have my maniac days where I'm looking to rep out the rage, but it's really my Zen. My means of physical and mental challenges to get just a little bit better each day, and eventually, become a better man in general.

I thought about it as well but I hear the experience can be tricky. They can leave at any moment for any reason, including getting a better deal from another family. Family reviews say they had to keep giving in the the au pair asking for more, more money, more free time, a car and driving lessons, etc. it can add up quickly. Instead I just got a consistent nanny to help on the days I need. Try to keep her working regularly because if you cut back or cancel her she'll start looking for another f…

I don't get it either. Even though my Alimony and CS is modest relative to my income (but a lot for the average divorce) I work 50+ hours a week and she's got a cushy new gig working from home. I wonder how she makes ends meet even with the money I pay her. Not complaining and don't care anyway, ever year since we separated I made more money, like 10% more and I'm already well into the 2/3 six figure range

Similar situation. Starting to realize another LTR may not happen for me for the rest of my life. I feel like I'll go down 2 paths...make a bunch of money and retire early to mid 50s, sell everything and spend the rest of my life overseas. Or work and pay off all debts and move to a remote forested area of the country (somewhere in the Pacific Northwest), unplug from society, and live in the wilderness and off the land

To clarify I'm talking about alimony. Depending on the state you'll still have to divide assets which will include Retirement savings. I'm not a lawyer. Schedule a consultation now with one.

I agree. Been together for 10 years? Did she not work while the he busted his tail? Ok fine, and yes she SHOULD get something, but that kind of payout? Hardly no. Divorcees shouldn't be in poverty, nor the children of divorcees. But the law says something about the same standard of living, and that's just not possible when a man is supporting 2 HOUSEHOLDS. One or both will have a quality of life downgrade. Politicans have to see the familial unit is headed towards non-existence. People are waiti…

Not including alimony and child support it's 160-170k. If you're young You'll get it all back and then some. I did. Just don't go on being unhappy thinking things will change and you'll keep the money by staying together. Usually the years go on and you'll be paying more wants the bill finally comes due in the divorce

Have it been filed yet? You could do a pre file mediation if you haven't. Your negotiating position might be a little compromised since you don't have an attorney (yet) but if you really don't have any money use the income imbalance to create leverage for a settlement. I'd also look into attorneys that do a payment plan and have lower retainer fees. You could hire an attorney for a couple thousand or less as a retainer then pay a few hundred bucks a month and have counsel
/r/Divorce_Men04/12/23 03:44 PM

Who's more likely to catch feelings? The man juggling multiple women or the woman seeing the Chads while Betas approach them everyday? Eventually the Chad looks more appealing and if he doesn't settle down, she's just another alpha widow
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/23 01:29 PM

When said like that, it's similar to how the rest of the animal world works. Only superior genes are allowed to be bred. I guess it's time humans have the same fate
/r/PurplePillDebate04/12/23 01:18 AM

I don't think it was always like this but it certainly is the case now. I also think women patience is wearing thin in relationships they're not totally happy with, whereas in the past they might suck it up and go through with it for a few good reasons (family, financial stability, etc). Many men still let their relationships with women define them and male friendships aren't great the older men get because of time constraints (career, family, etc). Men have got to reestablish male companionship…

I was freaking terrified of appearing before a judge. I didn't have a very contentious ex and my attorney says I got a fair/good deal. I think I could have gotten better had I stuck out negotiations. The possibility of EW saying no and going to court made me cave. My point? If it's close to a good compromise, take it vs going to court. Don't let perfect be the enemy of good. I wish this was common knowledge. Do not be a victim of a judge's whims, prejudices (YES they are human and NOT impartial)…

That's good but post divorce men have to stop measuring their worth based on their relationships with women. Too many of us are in 24/7 sad hours, even clinical depression, until we find the next gf/wife. The biggest thing I'm learning is despite I'm improving myself to help myself heal, I am enough.
/r/Divorce_Men27/11/23 04:58 PM

I'm wondering how do y'all find out if ex is in another relationship? Only reason if I'd care if my EW is in a serious relationship is so I can get the alimony stopped lol. But being she knows it's a court order if she's in a supportive relationship she'd withhold that information to keep the checks coming.
/r/Divorce_Men25/11/23 12:11 AM

Tech, particularly Social Media, have given women more options and contradictory, encouragement to avoid dating unless it's a near perfect match with a partner. Men, while improving, just aren't meeting this expectation. There's a huge male loneliness problem that's coming, if not already here. Capitalism will leverage this for a market as single men traditionally is the demographic with the most disposable income. Potential market disruptions could come in the form of increased mail order bride…
/r/PurplePillDebate19/11/23 05:21 AM

I'd advise men to avoid this route as much asunless this is their preference. Something could happen such as an injury, accident, or a man's own actions could hinder their earning potential. It could be any numbers of mistakes, such as criminal charges impeding career advancement. Or things totally beyond his control, like an extended recovery from a drunk driver crash or his own health betraying him. Use the money to improve himself so that his partner loves him for who he is and she'll stick w…

Personally, I want to know why and can't give a concrete answer. In my opinion, no one is perfect and we all have flaws. I have a good income, but am no Chad, and have some baggage from a previous relationship. And I'd be more than happy to accept a partner in my league which I consider a tier or 2 below elite, yet my female peers almost always want the elite tier. To me the question is what's wrong with settling? Especially since there's a lot of compromise in general in healthy relationships?

I disagree with withholding sex but definitely reduce availability if the woman you're courting is less available than you are, ghost you, don't respond to texts or doesn't communicate. She could not be interested so you just move on. Or even worse, using the man for validation but not seriously considering a relationship. Most times she won't even tell you and just string you along.

Many men on the other hand would be ok dating down despite their achievements. There's something to be investigated why women are hesitant to to flexible choosing their partners when men are more willing to over look a woman's flaws

/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/23 06:24 PM

Very few people will ever achieve that level of wealth so for the other 99.9% of men, looks is what matters most. If a man becomes well off (over 300kUSD/year and/or net worth over 1 mil ) he HAS to use his resources to looks max to get the best options.

Absolutely, because your dream girl could be in a committed relationship, or undamaged from a previous asshole, or driven to have her guard up because of him. Depends on the when you meet her. There's a lot of tax benefits if you have a high income. If you'mr spouse is a high earner, 2 incomes are better than one. Splitting bills, pooling resources, yes it can GENERATE wealth, under the right circumstances. Preserving wealth? That's debatable. If you're already doing well hopefully your potential partner is too. I'm assuming that because you used the word 'preserve'. Aside from the tax benefits, you run the risk of losing a portion (not exactly half) of your post martial assets and pa…

He's a poor sap that in a lot of ways are us early in the process. Angry, bitter, & depressed. She makes more than he does (I only know all this because when we worked together years ago she introduced me to him, before they were married). She's a complete headcase and blames him for everything. It's not my place to say anything but I wish someone would talk some sense into him and drop her ass because she deserves to be alone and miserable after how she treated him

I talk to an old work colleague solely as friends even though she's a little flirty. She's married, has cheated on her husband multiple times, yet won't get a divorce until they sell the house. Haven't even filed. Still live in the same house. I refuse to do anything more than just chat it up when I'm bored as she's exactly the type of woman we should avoid at all costs. Really more of a professional courtesy

Dark Triad's success over the years validates your position, granted the man has elite aesthetics. I wouldn't go so far as serial killer, but an 7+/10 who 'breaks the rules' or a bit of a 'bad boy's can absolutely have his choice of all but the most pious women

False. Women just don't see men like that. Our looks aren't a bell shaped curve in the middle. It's a majority of us to the left of the mean and drops off significantly right before the mean. Healthy and fit with no other physical enhancement gets you to 5~6/10 max. Getting anything higher is health/fitness PLUS genetics and/or plastic surgery

/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/23 02:26 PM

Elite men don't have that many unless they make it a full time job. What they DO have is 1-2 main hotties that, in their mind, think they have a shot at a relationship. And while he spends most of his time with these 1-2 women, there's another 2-3 alpha widow/past hookup that send the monthly 'wyd' or 'u up?' text vying for attention or offering sex

I was in a similar situation although the house wasn't worth as much. In the end I bought her out by taking a HELOC. So no refi on primary mortgage and keep that low interest rate I got back when rates were low. I want to sell and downsize but buying a house right now with the rates and prices out there, hell I'd be paying more than my current mortgage for a smaller home

Don't buy the house. Spend the money on trying to fix the marriage (therapy, less work and more family time, etc). Sad reality is by the time the woman decides to file it's over and you're not going to change her mind

Effort being the main part. There's no guarantee on the return on investment of improvement with women. You'll feel better about yourself and your situation. That alone makes it worth it. But if you're going to max out your looks, income, etc, you wouldn't consider yourself average anymore. Reality is you'll probably end up with (is considered) an average woman. The biggest red flag in my opinion. (The overwhelming majority of) Women are biologically wired attached to their offspring. For her to voluntarily relinquish them, or have them taken away (the US courts auto awards primary custody to women in all but the most extreme cases such as abuse, neglect, etc) tells a story that this woman failed multiple checkpoints of stability and responsibility. This is someone you don't want a long term relationship with, much less marriage

Similar story to me. My attorney kept saying I got a good deal. I wanted the best deal though. But the thought of a trial and going before a judge scared the shit outta me. Money/time is always tough going through divorce. In my experience I needed to make more money and therefore work overtime to pay the lawyer, but you really shouldn't be trying to increase your income because that could open you up to more in spousal/child support. The best advice I've heard is make her rich too. 'this isn't our house. The is her house'. "I funded her retirement as much as mine". Seen a lot of upper middle class dudes start putting the 2nd whatever in the big money asset category once things started going south (long before divorce was mentioned) in the wife's name and come out ok.
/r/Divorce_Men28/07/23 08:19 PM

I agree that she's gone but the best approach I've seen in mines and others is the 'speak softly and carry a big stick' strategy. You could destroy her but you'll take some pain as well. Don't know what your situation is but the settlement offer is the best way to go. Lawyers involved will increase cost, even if they're protecting you, she'll get one that will protect her and attack any financials you have to get her share. How would that change anything? Tort reform is the means to change the system. The rules were written when women weren't making equal money and to prevent men from leaving their wives destitute. Money is definitely overrated unless you're 7 figures net worth or something along the lines of $350k/year (not expensive metros like NYC/LA/ Miami etc). Disagree wholeheartedly. Rich pill TRP didn't work for me at all. Granted I haven't looks maxxxed to the best of my means (T cycle, plastic surgery, etc) that's the last step but after that don't see a way to go forward besides MgTOW

Probably as a result of being a homogeneous country. Which definitely contributes to the social and sexual challenges. Ethnic diversity has a way of refreshing/recycling a country's culture and can everything, including beauty standards. We only have to look in a mirror. We've come a long way from the white girls at the beginning of Sir Mix-a-lot 'Baby got back' being disgusted at a black girl's nice ass to every other white woman doing squats to get buns of steel

Kinda surprised this hasn't been addressed here in detail. The youngest boomers/oldest gen-Xers, raked over the coals by divorce courts (both sexes), are minimizing the risk of marriage while trying to get maximum benefit of LTRs. They want partners but flexibility. Seems like the medium that's being explored more often

Nothing wrong with having high standards. It feels like men are willing to 'settle' for what they can get rather than improve. And I think this is going to have a cascade effect with men going down a tier below their perceived worth until the Lowest tier men have so few prospects it could lead to serious societal consequences. This is basically natural selection btw.

You don't have to go anywhere. In the process now and doing an in home separation. No big deal. She buys herself food etc and I buy my stuff. Separate bedrooms and doors lock. Son with us. It's doable. She asked me to move out. I said no since I pay all household bills. She asked for divorce and asked me to file. I said no, you want the divorce? You file. I'm content doing my thing and spending whatever remaining time I have living in same house as my son

If you can hammer out a settlement agreement or go to mediation before filing that'll save on lawyers. An uncontested divorce is great as long as both parties can negotiate in good faith

Marriage was less than 10 years and she had to go back to work. Courts can do an income assessment where they figure out how much she can make not how much she is making and bases alimony off that. Out of the LMS (looks, money, status) theory in getting laid, it Should be universally accepted that money gives the lowest chances of success while looks gives the highest chances of success. What men don't realize is that, in sufficient quantities, one of the elements can be used to aquire the other(s)

Looks = Money = Status In theory, one can be used to obtain the other (two). And if you're considering the biochemical process of attraction, ask yourself this...aren't women programmed to prefer men with resources (money and status)? It's the driving force of seeking beta providers. It would also be reasonable to expect that money and status could get you laid as well, if you have either in sufficient quantity that gets you over the beta provider gap

First off, mad props to being honest. Takes a lot of courage to come here and say 'I'm a BB' and suffer the ridicule when your detractors don't have the balls to admit their fuckups. The most important thing IMO is seeing alpha in person. Lurking on TRP, reading, and all that stuff is good, but it doesn't come close to seeing the end result of having high SMV. Especially if you're like most men and don't have a 'reference alpha' to draw from

Yes they have a choice. Its up to them to choose the women they wants to be with. They might not know of the nature of women (or at least to TRP's extent) but they have the woman's character, present circumstances, and history of relationships. Some women hide those things well, but it comes a time when personal responsibility comes into play in regards to how you failed to recognize her nature

I do believe TRP and PUA are two different philosophies. How the 2 got blended is beyond belief. It's very much about looks, money, and status. But the amount of money required is very high for women to totally disregard looks. These guys need something to get them going. Swallowing TRP personally hit me like a punch in the dick while getting my teeth pulled at the same time. There's so many obstacles to overcome internally (taking women off the pedestal, seeing their true nature & how society influences them) and externally (changing yourself, better physical appearance, game/frame) that hearing someone say, "You can do this" might be necessary to start the process.

I wouldn't be surprised if women in general swallow their overinflated sense of self worth so they can settle down with a BB. They need the validation, and it won't be coming from Tinder or online dating when they're mid to late 30s. Betas are frustrated with the lack of sex but can go on without it (they have been for the most part). And this, my friends, this is why hypergamy is ultimately a losing game. Hypergamy is not bad for men, it's bad for women. Women don't have to put in effort to obtain sex like men do, so when women have sex with top tier males, they think it's because I'm an awesome woman! He validates my (high) sexual worth!. I couldn't disagree more OP. The sexual strategy part came from the latter but has evolved into nothing more than thinly veiled pick up/seduction. TRP is a set of observable hypothesis or theories (in a scientific sense). Aren't you forgetting about women not necessarily having high paying jobs even if the government is involved and they participate in higher numbers in college? The high paying STEM fields are highly male skewed. True, looks (much more so than game) will be the deciding factor in most sexual dynamics, and top 20% (in looks) men will be highly desired among women. But I propose that the gap between the top half of men and the bottom half will widen due to limited supply of acceptable men EDIT: add…

It's the 80/20 rule. 80% of women are having sex with only 20% of men. And probably only just under 60% of all men have sex in general. Women are hardwired to choose the best mate possible. Even modern feminism can't defeat genetics and darwinism and force women to settle with the inferior choice for partners

I already stated that fact, but the sub has went 'all in' on the game aspect of TRP, which is unfortunate, but not unexpected. It's only natural for men to see problems and solutions; in this case the problem is the observable truth and solution is game. I'm probably not going to convince you otherwise, as everyone here seems to have been influenced by the game and seduction, sadly. I'm not against seduction per se, but I'm suspicious of those promoting certain sexual strategy to men in exchange…
/r/TheRedPill01/06/14 02:35 PM
1

Sexual strategy is not an observable truth. That's seduction or PUA. Terrible definition. To properly define TRP, let's look at what happens when one 'swallows' TRP. A noticeable change of viewpoint occurs in how one looks at society, right? The reaction to the change (in this case, sexual strategy) goes down the PUA road. It's bigger than semantics.
/r/TheRedPill01/06/14 02:25 PM

TRP seems to be more a set of observable truths, rather than a way to live. PUA is a lifestyle. Seduction requires living a certain kind of way. And I think the behavioral models for effective PUA is no way related to the observable truths of TRP

I disagree People always think that looks, money, and status are linked. They are distinct attributes. Women do ride the cock carousel before they reach 30 you know... In my opinion, it's never been the quantity of carousel riders. It their mental makeup. If so, society is doing a hell of a job. As TRP is clearly the minority of men. You may be right about environment though (nature vs. nurture). I just want to leave a note to those of us that are getting consistent lays, either by LTRs or plates. It's so easy to regress to your old self if you're having success with women. Stay on TRP and avoid reverting back to beta. Sometimes coming to this sub reinforces that.

absolutely true. I witnessed first hand 2 instances of an American Man/Foreign woman marriage. Both women were hypergamous bitches and as far as this article goes, they were exactly the same as American women, except they kept their weight down. I do agree that TRP needs to de-emphasize the focus on women & pick up. What makes us different from r/seduction if we continue down this road? Not to mention before seduction went mainstream only a few modalities used being alpha as a tactic, and outright rejected looks theories. To the OP, I'd like to see this sub advance on the 'dynamics of being male' as opposed to 'male dynamics' (there's just something that makes me feel uncomfortable being a hetero male with the term 'male dynamics')

You guys actually believe this is true? Look at the screen name. As Pcadrian stated, a woman's number of sexual partners and her ability to form a strong bond with a partner is inversely related. Also be aware of the "Alpha widow" woman, a position where you're doomed to failure in spite of being a great partner. The higher the partner count, the more chances she's had sex with an alpha. Also, you need to be aware of behavior that caused a "relatively moderate number" of partners in the first place (sluttiness? college years? bad breakup? for validation?). Th…

Thank you for responding to the OP. I think he's misguided on all his points. Either the opposite is true or just not desired traits in a spouse. This generation of women will either have a change of thinking en masse, or set a record for most crazy cat ladies ever produced. With that being said, I'm buying stocks in Del Monte, the producers of Meow Mix

I'd be interested in the niche you have carved for yourself. unless it's just bedding hotties with no strings attached (that's not a niche, that's just what alphas do IMO)

After reading this, if top tier men, the most "alpha of alphas" so to speak, use prostitution then it's not a beta move. I rather use escorts than pay money in a traditional courtship which may or may not end with sex. It also shows us that these top alphas desire alpha women, even under these circumstances. These guys can go to any bar and leave with a ONS, but they rather pay for intimacy and more importantly, someone they consider worthy of their time, not the Average bar slut

Morality has nothing to do with it. It's women inability to realize the ARE wrong, that they AREN'T that great, and men WEREN'T put on this earth to validate your entire being. What's the problem with those truths?

I think that's why some guys, including alphas, marry lesser attractive women than they could have because the woman will know her place and that the man has other options. Bitching is less tolerated because she's marrying up and have little margin for error.

I would like to know if women are genuinely happy with beta providers after riding the cock carousel. There's another thread saying (roughly) a third of women fantasize about sex with their exes when their in a monogamous relationship. I think a large scale study about these alpha widows could be game changing to every beta on earth because they'll have proof that the women they are with or chasing after are unfulfilled by them. Knowing they're inadequate might cause them to seek out answers and…

I don't think it's alpha to intentionally 'teach women a lesson by giving them a taste of their own medicine'. Women are so delusional that it won't stick anyway and she'll never accept responsibility for her actions

Interesting, this goes with the current discussion in r/TRP about a man's life in his 30s. I think it's more evidence that men who've done the right things in their career, the rest of their life starts to improve when they hit 30. You're successful and throw in some decent looks, and a plethora of women become available. I'm going to take his advice as well, keep working on myself, and live it up in 2.5 years.

It really depends on the type of drink. I've seen classy alpha women drink wine to unwind. They'll also drink 'girlie drinks' like amaretto sours or those ridiculous specialty fruity drinks. Sluts drink hard liquor (tequila), do shots, and drink more than one bottle of beer. In short, if she drinks like a man, she can't be trusted

Excellent response, fucking women is something we all should strive for, but at some point life has to be more than just skirt chasing, or women in general.

Don't try to make a change. I struggled with the same thing you're going thru at first. The best thing you can do is demand more....more from yourself first and foremost, and then more from others socially, both men and women. That doesn't mean telling your best friend he's a beta provider and his GF/Wife she's an overweight, entitled cunt, but it does mean expecting social relationships to bring something to the table. It's a long road, and you may be already on that path, but I think that's th…

In the "looks, money, status" theory, power is better defined as status. Does the Hollywood actor or rock star lead singer have power? No, not really. But the do have status which increases their SMV.

There's a study that showed if a woman had more than 5 cocks (sexual partners) before her first marriage her divorce rate is above 80%. It also showed that 5+ partners were unlikely to be magnanimous with their partners. I'm too lazy to look for it right now. I've seen this IRL too. 5 sexual partners isn't considered slutty. But it goes to show if you're into marriage, you're future spouse better not have slept with four other guys if you want it to last

Isn't TRP about self improvement, a man controlling his own destiny, free from feminist bias? If so then what possible effects could it have on the OP ' relationship?
/r/TheRedPill17/11/13 03:19 PM

The the OP, I don't think it's a good question to ask. BluePill is the overwhelming majority, TRP is a very small percentage of males. It's like asking, "what the worst illegal drug you've ever done?" Why? Because most people don't do illegal drugs. Therefore the question is lacking, almost rhetorical

So you're saying we should focus on Improving and Maintain Looks to maintain attraction? I agree totally with this if that's your point. Looks, Money, & Status.

legit post money is an indicator of alpha. Probably the most obvious sign of alpha-ness, but not the only one. As much as I think the TRP is right....Looks Money Status Theory > TRP

That's the problem with 'Game'. There is no formula because no one can create attraction by complication information It's all about looks.

You're right. The first love for women gets such a clean slate. If you're going to marry, I can't think of a more ideal situation than woman with no previous relationships and/or partners

I don't believe in "game". I find it Contradictory that TRP encourages game and being alpha when TRP's message is women can't have both gender equality and defined roles.
