If this does make it to market, there will be statistics and warnings and it will give some kind of number for failure of reversal as possible outcomes of the procedure. I try to add 5 or 10 lbs. to my five rep max on weeks when I squat twice. That's tough, absolutely, but I don't think it's enough to do two exercises like that and be on your merry way. If you literally only have twenty to thirty minutes at the gym, then yeah these are the two exercises to do. Otherwise, I'd do other stuff.
