No need to call me sensei. I don't have time to teach you, but I'll give you this. Every time you meet a woman, you're either Mr. Sexy, or Mr. Gay Boyfriend. Note that it's not Mr. Nice or Mr. Interesting or Mr. Conversational. There's a ticking time bomb of about two minutes for you to establish that you're Mr. Sexy (or 2 texts). If not, you're Mr. Gay Boyfriend and stuck in the friend zone. Any attempt at flirting past the friend zone will have you labeled as a creep or loser. Mr. Nice: Where'…

The dreamy rsponse was fine except it implied a big thing--that the Oracle manager was just a clueless man who somehow doesn't know he's above a divorcée with kids. It leaves out the fact that the clueless man must have some reason why he's still clueless about women well into adulthood. The response as a whole seems to be projection from the commenter, as it's oddly specific and aspirational.

It feels good to read that dreamy response, but read between the lines. Specifically, this one about Oracle man being of "higher value" than you, but then: he's just too unaware to notice it He's not higher value than you. He's the SAME. Any man who is unaware of how much he's a "catch" to women, and believes a divorceé with two kids is the best he could ever do, will likely end up in a sexless marriage because the woman will eventually find such a soft-willed man sexually repulsive. Maybe not i…

A high-quality man will never EVER be with a woman who has kids from some other man. Period. If you do manage to find another man, you will only KEEP a man who is unattractive, needy, weak, has low esteem, or a mental issue. This is your life sentence. Think about it -- why would a great man go out of his way to get damaged goods, when he can easily find better (and younger/hotter)? Only a desperate man would accept such a compromise. Sure, you'll still have a few quality men wanting to fuck you…

It's a dumb move by a CEO of a publicly-traded company to say ANYTHING political on the record. Conservative or Liberal, nobody wants to be labeled the "preferred pizza of neo-Nazis." The move left Papa John's wide open, so Domino's took the opportunity to swoop in and say their pizza sales didn't dip at all during football games, making Papa John's look even more foolish. The CEO was ousted because his decisions were damaging to the Papa John's long term business outlook. It was not some conspi…

Re-read these five laws from the 48 Laws of Power-- Law 3: Conceal your intentions. Law 4: Always say less than necessary. Law 5: So much depends on reputation — guard it with your life. Law 9: Win through your actions, never through argument. Law 38: Think as you like but behave like others. The Aziz thing is a red-hot topic and is very tempting to give an opinion. You'll be shot at from all directions. It's not worth it. You will change nobody's mind. We know the truth. You know the truth. It'…

Eh you may have lost that one. Do better next time. You have to establish some sort of sexual tension before any "friend" vibes are established. Sitting by her would've been best, but in that situation, talk to her during a break or after a round. "So where's your boyfriend?" She'll blush hard.

You're right on that one. Still, even if it was embellished, I think the dinner-on-the-first-date probably did happen, which just that by itself is a huge signifier of Aziz's lack of dating skills.

The earlier you clearly establish to her that you want her, the better. Good conversation doesn't count. It has to be real-deal flirting where she knows you want her. The sweet spot is sexual tension, where you let her know you want her, but just shy of showing all your cards. Drives her nuts (in a good way). Simple example, when you first meet: "So where's your boyfriend?" She says she's single. You smile and look her in the eye, "Good." Boom, you've set yourself apart from 99% of boring losers…

The Aziz story is definitely fucked up. He didn't deserve this. But I want to point out that the guy has no game. He took her out on a dinner date. Never take a first date out to dinner! Dinner is only for long term relationships or until at least you've fucked a few times. And never put the moves on the girl at the end of a date. Put the moves as early as possible. Like within a half hour, if the flirting is going great and all signs are good, go in closer and closer until you kiss. Work that t…

You literally just admitted that you guessed your BF%. Yes I lift. When I said "you cannot see abs," I meant the abs are not DEFINED. Of course you can see hints at their shape all the way up past 20%. You can even see hints of abs on an obese guy. But are you seriously telling me you can have a six-pack at 15%? C'mon now. Do YOU lift? You don't need to get your BF tested at a facility, just use a measuring tape. The method is accurate enough for the Army and the Marine Corps--it's actually real…
/r/TheRedPill16/01/18 04:45 AM
1

The scale is off. Look up on google: "army body fat calculator" (it should be the first link or two), which is what the US military uses to calculate BF%. Use a tape measure around your neck, and then your midsection at your navel. Don't squeeze the tape, let it fit just enough so it doesn't indent the skin. Do it in front of a mirror sideways, to make certain the tape is horizontal and isn't sagging behind you. If you can see a six pack you're likely a little closer to 12.

Let's get one thing straight. The boundary that was crossed only existed in your mind. You started the fight. You made the first aggressive move. The grinding guy was doing better with the girl from all the way across the room than your friend who dumped $140 on that girl. This girl didn't even belong to your friend. Be overtly flirtatious and sexual in person. Like double how you'd be with a typical single woman. You can get away with a LOT more with a taken woman than with a single one. I think it's because the pressure is off, she has her guard down because she assumes she won't go home with you. Also, she is not getting it from her man. I mean, she's out in a social setting without him. Her eye is already wandering. Once you're "in" (you've fucked and are hanging out again), of course you'll have to prot…

She basically said she wants to be a housewife upon having children, but also wants lead control of the household (which means control of the budget). That's not how it works. You're being used. And this scenario is a recipe for a divorce. Guaranteed. She eventually will subconsciously find you disgusting for relenting control and accepting such a lopsided deal. You have one-itis, bad. And then you add the feminism and bicurious tendencies, and one-night-stand habits -- she will cheat on you. On…

Her next two LTRs were probably ruined by her relationship with me. You alpha-widowed Skinny L. Excellent example. Many women are alpha-widowed. And they are tainted forever. If a man ever wants to take the risk of having a marriage, the way to minimize the risk is to find a woman who hasn't been alpha widowed yet, and to be about 2 notches of SMV above her. So if a man is a genuine 9.5, with genuine high SMV and the self-confidence that goes with it, and he finds a non-widowed 7.5, she will wor…

23 with "substantial life experience"? Better get off that high horse, stat. You'll one day realize how little you know. I don't care how many chicks you banged via your iPhone. That's like shooting fish in a barrel. Experience comes through years of banging different kinds of chicks, and through cold approaching in real life, in different scenarios. Which means you still need a few more years, because 23 is only just a couple years into drinking age. Unless you were somehow finding loads of hig…

Excellent summary of how to exit the anger phase. Women are women, and are consumed by their female emotions. Since the beginning of time. Ain't nothing you can do about changing that fact, so it makes more sense to stop whining about it, and instead use that energy for more positive things, and to use your knowledge of female behavior to your advantage.

Know when to fold. Nurse that first drink for as long as you can. If you aren't getting heavy sparks within a half hour, don't even wait for drink #2, that's when you say you have to run. And then you head to that other date you double-booked... If it's not a date and you met her randomly in person, don't order a drink for her ever, unless you've made out. And keep it to 1 drink. Same goes for yourself, don't order anything either, keep yourself sober, until you've locked her down. Go for making…

I'm old enough to remember when online dating was for total dorks. Nowadays, millennial women who are out without a man - be it at a bar, gallery, coffee shop or nightclub - are there specifically because they have rejected the horny dweebs who are trying to get into her pants through the internet. If you approach in real life, you are automatically 100X better than an online dude, simply because you can escalate in person better than you can through your damn phone. Believe it or not, there are…

Why are so many commenters here dismissing double booking and canceling on women? Stop putting women on a pedestal. A woman would never even blink before canceling a date on you. If you want to cancel on her because you found a hotter chick, just do it. Double book. Triple book. Hell, quadruple-book. Women do it to men all the time. Even a halfway-decent woman has at least 3-4 Tinder suitors asking her out for drinks on Friday night. She'll say yes to all of them. On Friday at 5:30pm, at a happy…

Wasn't there a post in here saying something like, "cancelling plans is for women. Men follow-through?" I guarantee you whoever wrote that is either young (inexperienced) or doesn't get a lot of women. If you want to date a lot of women, you're inevitably going to be canceling some dates. That's just how it is. Sometimes canceling a date works as a double strategy, where it also acts as a reverse-flake, where it prevents the woman from ever flaking on you. Reverse-flaking a hot woman who's not u…

Most men's genetics store more fat around his waist. Hence "spare tire" and "love handles" are universally-known colloquialisms. Try to put some effort into a cut and get around 14%, which should be very easy since you're just a little bit over that. People will think you're "more muscular", even though the measuring tape and lift performance says otherwise. Once you get down to 14%, going down to 13 and then 12% is within sight. Fat loss is done evenly throughout the body, so the spare tire ten…

Don't be cold. Be warm, snuggly, nice, etc. Kiss her on her forehead. does he have the same amount of opportunities with attractive women as a 21 year old fraternity brother at a party school Yes. Moreso. That fratboy party happens once in a while (on the weekends for example), then he's stuck in class the rest of the week. The grown man can go out to a cocktail lounge every day after work--he makes his own rules. The satisfaction of succeeding on a cold approach with a hot woman is far higher than bumping into a college girl at a college party. Trust me.

Let's back up a sec. You shouldn't ask her out on a dinner date in the first place. If you insist on a dinner date, do that after AT LEAST a few meetups. By then, you should've already 1) fucked her and 2) felt out her personality enough to see if she's a gold digger/feminist/slut/etc. If you don't have #1 and #2 sussed-out, then don't ask her out to dinner. Okay here we go. Yes, goblet squats are holding a weight in front of your head. In a gym. With a proper dumbbell with a proper handle on it. The shape resembles holding a drink in a goblet (hence the name). At home, with no dumbbells, you likely will have an easier time holding an odd-shaped object above your head. Which - and you're technically right - is not a goblet squat. It's moreso an overhead squat. But the grip of what I was walking about is more similar to a goblet squat, whereas an ove…

See my earlier comment above (a reply about the remote control) about how to treat small shit tests like a confident dude. A small shit test shouldn't rock your frame at all. You're supposed to be a rock. If your scenario happened to me, I would then find the most ridiculous song, like "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred, and swap her song for that one. Small shit tests should have a response that fits the size of the shit test. For small shit tests, I always dissolve those tests in a fun way while still asserting my dominance. It really does help keep the mood light. Taking the role as a "punisher" for each and every tiny shit test can honestly get exhausting. In your example, with the remote, I turn it into a game. As soon as you hit 30, it just gets better and better each year. Age is LITERALLY what separates men from boys. And it's because age is a proxy for EXPERIENCE. Both parties have attributes that run counter to the red pill. Dems are easier to pick out. The feminism and pussy-footed lack of masculinity are their noted flaws. Nothing wrong with doing strength if your goal is strength. But just know that it won't make your muscles big (notice I said "if you want to get visibly bigger muscles.") It's a fact. You can't change how science works. Try out a hypertrophy range one day and you'll see how different it feels. If your max squat is 115 lbs at 1 rep (5 reps of 100 lbs), try doing 3 sets x 10 slow-and-steady reps of 75 lbs (a 10 + a 5 plate on each side). You'll feel sore the next day (the good kind of sore).

You will have to learn sooner or later, may as well learn NOW. Go to her place and break up in person. It might take a couple hours. Do not text. Texting means she'll just blow up your phone and come over anyway. She will need a reason. Say a variant of "it's not you, it's me." Say that you just need to be single. Tell her that you don'…

Getting stabbed is arguably worse than getting shot. A lot of people have bad aim, and sometimes bullet wounds are clean. A knifing is never clean and rips open plenty of internal organs.

So you're saying big bad alphas whine and call on the cops for a vauge threat that will either have no effect, or require annoying trips to the precinct and to the DA's office? Have you ever even dealt with police before? Even if there was an assault, nobody's gonna get more than a slap on the wrist from the justice system. It's a rabbit hole you don't want to jump down. The best thing to do is to just ignore the idiot and move on with life.

A lot of routines have complex exercises that require a bit too much technique (for example, "front" squats and power cleans). I personally like simple exercises. Do these, everything 3 sets X 8-12 reps: A Overhead military press Bench Incline bench Incline flys B Dips Chin ups Wrist curls Reverse wrist curls C Squat Calf raises Leg press Leg extensions Leg curls D Pull ups Deadlifts Rows Hanging leg raises Shrugs If you're a total beginner you'll definitely have trouble getting to 12 reps with …

I have a lot more experience than you, kid. I've resurrected a number of women that your sorry ass would have hard-nexted by doing this. The reason why you wait 3 weeks is for 2 reasons - one, to make her think you've moved on, and two (most importantly), you have ACTUALLY moved on, with a number of other women. All you have to do is throw a feeler text around about 3 weeks later to the first girl. Now, remember, during these three weeks, you have other dates, plates, etc. This girl's just one i…

Eh I don't know if this is repairable. But if I were you, I'd do a FULL radio-silence for 3 weeks. By calendar. 3 weeks. Not 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, send her a funny "feeler" text one random morning, and if she replies quickly (within 10 minutes), you're in. Make it lead to sexy innuendo, then ask her to meet that night (keep the mood of the convo light, fun and sexual). If she doesn't reply within 2 hours, then you delete her number and never talk to her again. In the meantime, game other women…

As others have said, you have to embrace rejection. The more you get rejected, the less the rejections will faze you. Having a 5% fuck rate to every single woman you game/meet is considered excellent. What that means is, 95% didn't work out. So you have to get used to it. And you have to go out a LOT. Go out with a good buddy once a week, like every Tuesday or something. Treat it like working out on a progressive program (progressive means the weights go up slightly over time). Tell your buddy, …

Yes LM BBB and GVT are all full-body workouts. Lyle's routine has some rep ranges, such as 6-8 or 12-15. For better results, aim for 8 and 12, respectively. Lyle's routine uses a succession of varying weights and rep ranges to barrel through most plateaus. But the meat of the routine pretty much always lives within 8-12 reps. The catch here is, as a beginner, you'll be so weak that doing 12 reps with perfect form at 70% of your strength will have you holding pee-wee weights. If you have a solid …

Do I need to do high reps to get "big" Short answer: yes. To make muscles larger, two things needs to happen: Lift weights heavy enough to trigger the fibers to stimulate growth. This really begins when you're using at least 65% of your strength. The higher the weight, the more stimulus. Lift with enough reps to tear your muscle tissue (micro damage) and build up lactic acid (the "burn" or tired feeling). This takes a minimum of 8 reps. When muscles are stimulated with weight, and slightly damag…

The fitness sub jacks off to Stronglifts 5x5. Find me one swole guy on 5x5 and I'll eat my hat. Pick strength (stronger, not bigger) or pick hypertrophy (just getting bigger). One or the other. 5x5 is a watered-down "hybrid" program that cheats you out of both, because the training percentages are not ideal for either goal. Want to get stronger? Lift heavy. About 90% of your 1RM. What is that? Lifting at 90% of your strength means you won't make it past 3 sets of 5 reps. If you can squeeze out 5…

Look up "text game dynamite theory." What you do is, after 3 weeks of ZERO contact (no online "likes", no texts, no nothing), you send a "feeler" text that is all about INTRIGUE. Examples "Guess what I just saw" "Just had the most awesome coffee here" "At gym, girl on treadmill looks just like you!" The purpose of the feeler text is to see how fast she replies. Within 10 minutes=she likes you, pretty much a guarantee. More than 2 hours=nope. 20 mins-2hrs=neutral/hard to say (she may have had her…

Be mindful of demo videos, because everyone's deadlift form looks different because we all have varying combinations of lengths of torso, arms, thighs and shins. So basically, watch about 10 videos. Look at videos of tall guys, then short guys. See where they look the same, and where they look different. The simplest way to think of form is this: while aligning everything else at the correct angle (back, hips, arms, etc), mentally think of your butt going as low as possible, and your chest as hi…

5x5 is an awkward amount of volume. For strength, you'll lose steam before the 5th set so your weights aren't as heavy as they could be be. For hypertrophy (getting SWOLE), the low number of reps is not enough time under tension, so you're not growing as big as you could be. 5x5 is like the worst of both worlds. On a cut do 3x5 with heavy weights-- this minimizes muscle loss. 3x5 is better for strength than 5x5, because you can go heavier. On a bulk, you wanna get bigger right? You need a pump t…

Holy fuck stop bulking. Do a cut. But it looks like you are not LIFTING. You have to LIFT while cutting, otherwise you'll have the same proportion of fat to muscle. If you lift while cutting, your body will eat away mostly fat instead of eating away both muscle & fat. If you are lifting, you may lose a little bit of seam but that's okay, just do your best. The fat will come off, give it time.

Nearly all hot girls flake on the first date. In fact, count on it. Triple-book on that one. Stagger it. Eg: 6pm, 8pm, 9pm. Always make your dates with an "out." An "out" is some kind of plausible high-value thing that could help you cancel the date, just in case. For example, "Hey let's meet for a drink on Wednesday. I have an after-work social that day, and I can sneak out early, around 6." Notice the wording. Don't use "working late" as an excuse, that's too boring. Do not send a needy confir…

To put it simply, so she doesn't see you as a "beta bux." You are a lover not a provider. Many women use men to get expensive, lavish experiences for free. A dinner with appetizers, entrees and a couple glasses of wine, plus the after-dinner drink will eat a minimum of $100 from your wallet. So let's say that wasn't a factor... the logistics of a dinner date are simply not sexual in nature. The table separates you, so there's no moment to get close and go in for the kiss. Perhaps our scales are different, but we used to call it "fucking a five." A six is a girl who still has sexiness to her, yet you're too embarrassed to tell a buddy you fucked her. A five is one point below that. When you amass a collection of plates, the quality tends to be cumulative due to the subconscious abundance mentality - you'll first get a bunch of 6's, then 7's appear out of nowhere, then 8's, and so forth. You're right; on a squat, lifting super-slow and heavy is dangerous. But that's why you have to lift lighter if you're going slow for lots of reps. The weight should be easy to handle for 12 slow reps. The "burn" comes from the ultra-slow speed, not the weight. The weight # actually doesn't matter that much. You do it ultra-slow until you fail at the third set, whatever that weight is. Doing a proper hypertrophy routine is not good for bragging rights at the gym, however it makes muscles grow. M…

Look up "hypertrophy time under tension" (without quotes). Shorter rest intervals helps with time under tension, which is what you want when lifting just for size (aesthetics). By not allowing your muscles to fully recover between sets, your muscle cells accumulates waste byproducts such as lactic acid which triggers growth of muscle cells. Ideally, you would not rest at all, but then you'd get too tired to lift anything. So decades' worth of knowledge from competitive gym-heads have found that …

Here on TRP we should be discussing the cuckold guy's behavior more than the crazy mom. We can all agree this was a horrific crime beyond words and the woman needs to be punished. What is intriguing to me is that the man was not only cuckolded, but he apologized to both his wife and the other guy! The icing on the cake is that the wife is fat. This is the king of cuckolds.

The Power Clean in SS 3x5 is way too complex for many newbies to pull off with ideal form. And the 5 sets in 5x5 SL takes a lot longer than SS and is slower for a newbie to gain strength with SL than with SS. I recommend a hybrid: doing 3x5 SS volume with the 5x5 SL exercises, plus pullups and dips.

Get the condom earlier, unwrap it but keep it loose in your hand. Then grab her by the hair & make her go down on you. After a minute or so, pull her off & say in an authoritative tone, "Here put it on" as you "happen" to slip the already-unwrapped condom into her hand. Have her roll the condom on you while you have your fingers in her hair. Say, "yeah like that" (or anything else, just something encouraging & to get her hot) as she's rolling it on. Tell her to grab your balls as she's doing it.…

What you should've done was leave the eraser there. Then right as the class ended, grab the eraser and walk over to the girl, say with a smile, "You know, if you wanna flirt with me, saying hi is a lot easier..." Without spiraling out of control into a non-TRP conversation, most Bernie people are not Socialists. They mainly want single-PAYER healthcare (NOT government-provided healthcare!) and a solution to college tuition, something that dozens of other major Western countries have figured out. The US is hopelessly behind on those two fronts. Wanting those two things doesn't make one a socialist. Back to TRP, think about the fact that people like Bill Maher endorsed Bernie.

What I took away from it was that our brains are programmed with a basic response to things in our environment that gives immediate results. Eg: seeing food, you eat it, it feels good. Sometimes these low-level "nudges" are hard-wired, such as being hungry with no food in the house (unpleasant) so you get off your ass to go out and buy some food (knowing that it will get rid of that unpleasant feeling). Future goals beyond the immediate are abstract, and thus require abstract thought to make you…

This does not explain why city natives are no more slutty than their country counterparts who never left. I was saying that the transplanters simply exploit the city to enable their sluttiness, because their sluttiness was determined before they even booked that one-way airline ticket. The city itself doesn't cause sluttiness, hence the much tamer native-born girls.

This is bullshit. The greater majority of feminist sluts in the city are TRANSPLANTS who were born & raised in the country! The more rural their backwoods hometown is, the more sex&the-city-sluttier they are. The reason these transplants are so slutty is that they hate their parents, due to bad upbringing or childhood trauma, and then they move to the big city to "find themselves." And because the city has a higher population, and a larger amount of places to meet men, their sluttiness is simply…

Devil's advocate here: Maybe Trump won simply because Hillary was a shitty candidate, and it had nothing to do with alpha/beta or TRP. NAFTA wrecked the middle class and Obamacare is a failure. Fiber reduces arterial plaque buildup. It also regulates absorption of cholesterol. Pure gains are moot when you're looking at a stroke or heart attack at age 50 due to decades of low fiber intake. Look up info on fiber and heart disease, it's quite sobering. The toots tend to lessen once your gut flora adjusts to the extra fiber. But yes, in that first month, you're gonna clear some rooms. This election is a sham. It should've been Kasich versus Sanders. At least that would have been straight up legit debate on policy. Neither Trump or Clinton is fit for office. I'm not here to get into the nitty-gritty details of foreign or economic policy, or discuss the best way to fix the healthcare situation in our country. See, those little things that aren't a big deal to you are things I know a lot about. We pick presidents based on policy, not sexual strategy. Presidents sign or veto laws…

Look up the video of Draper actually grabbing a woman's pussy while threatening her husband (video link), and if you sift through the comments, you'll read blurbs from conflicted feminists saying how hot/sexy the pussy grab was, despite it going against their personal ethics. However it's still a sign of childhood trauma, which always adds up to bad adult behavior. For example, look at how messed-up most Russian chicks are. It's because they were brought up right around the collapse of thr USSR, turning Russia upside-down. It'll take a generation or two before Russian women will be normal. For the rest ... Trump is definitely a natural alpha. His business and interpersonal dealings are usually spot on and have made him come far ahead in life. Ok, let me explain this in an easier-to-understand way. Being vegan doesn't make you masculine or feminine in and of itself. It's just food for fuck's sake. Being vegan just means you will be perceived as being more feminine, due to how social norms have been for a couple hundred thousand years. Therefore, you have to counteract the feminine veganism with an extra dose of masculinity to cancel it out. Do you not agree that vegan men in general are typically soft and pansy-like? Simply cutting down the alcohol and getting sleep can work wonders. You can still go out without getting wasted. Knowing when to call it a night is a good thing, to help pace yourself. Don't ever go shopping with a woman for her stuff, ever. It's okay for mutual stuff (eg food) or your own stuff, but never EVER her stuff. With that said, every once in a while you'll find yourself in a surprise scenario where you can't break away (eg you're carpooling), so just say, "I'll drop you off, then I'll be at the Sports Authority down the road. Call me when you're done and I'll pick you up." If she says she'll be only a few minutes, joke with her about her being full of shit, and then …

Another problem with Tinder is that it's the definition of a cock carousel. Why would you shop around for women who voluntarily go on a cock carousel? There are women out there, believe it or not, who are NOT on Tinder or online dating, and they tend to be not only hotter, but better. It's okay to use Tinder every now and then, but if it's the center of your dating experience, it's stunting your growth, bigtime.

I get a chuckle every time a kid freaks out about HPV. Nearly everyone who is sexually active gets exposed to HPV. Condoms don't protect against it. It does nothing to the majority of the population. And in the rare chance it does, it's a few minuscule bumps that wear off and go away on its own. For women, they just have to get gyno checkups more often to keep an eye on their cervix, but it's pretty much routine. In men, it does nothing. So, don't worry about it. You're okay!

Olympic lifting is excellent. However, a total beginner (eg: a scraggly, skinny guy) will look like a complete fool doing olympic-style moves and struggling with light weights and then throwing them down at the gym. The city provides quite a bit of financial opportunities that the country simply doesn't provide. The key to navigating the sea of women in a large metropolis is to know how to recognize the bad ones. They typically aren't city girls at all, the bad ones have just "landed" to the city (< 5years). Because they are essentially a "tourist at home," they treat the city as a sort of adult playground, and exhibit the worst traits of modern women. All women are on high horses. If you went around knocking women down off of them all day, not only are you wasting energy you could be using for better things, you are caring they are on horses. To counter this, double-book your dates about an hour or so apart, or have a backup plan, such as going out drinking with your buddies. If girl A doesn't flake, that means you flake on girl B. Girl B will then want you more, as counterintuitive as that sounds. If both girl A and B flake, well you have you…

Disregarding all the red flags this girl has up the wazoo, listen to me: Women get off on you getting off. Treat her like a slut. Do what feels good to you. If you try and supplicate her feelings or needs, it will counterintuitively have the opposite effect. So fuck her hard until YOU cum. NEVER ask her "Did you cum?" because who cares if she cums.

Matches mean nothing. Judge an app by how many you actually meet in real life. For me, Tinder had the highest number of matches and chatting/banter, but an unacceptably low meet-up rate for how much time I dumped into it. Happn has a far better match-chat-meetup ratio than Tinder. This is the best one of all. The catch is that it's only good if you live in hip neighborhood in a big city. Bumble was awful, mostly because two out of three matches were too scared to say anything before the 24 hr li…

Saw a newly posted video from an audience member, showing the band playing onstage and the moment when shots started. It was dark, dramatic blue and purple stage lights and a strobe spotlight, with loud rock music playing. The audience area was completely dark. The assault rifle shots were confusing when heard alongside of the drumming. You couldn't see anything. There's no way any unarmed concert-goer would have been able to tackle guys with AK47's. It's okay to be vulnerable, just make sure it's not in front of a woman. Your male friends are the only ones who truly can help you out. A woman, no matter how much she says she loves you, will subconsciously see weakness, no matter what. So stay stoic in front of your woman, even if she bitches about it. It's what makes you a man. To her, you're a rock. Your male friends are for your emotional release and they won't judge you like a woman will. Brotherhood is important.

I saw the post. Your friend misinterpreted the IOI's. I'm curious as to what those IOI's actually were. If it was just the girl being smiley and pleasant, that's totally different than your friend igniting a sexual energy from within the girl and her gushing over your friend. Take it as a learning experience. Your friend needs to establish, as soon as possible, that he is not a buddy, but rather a lover. That means being sexual. Depending on the age and type of woman it is, the innuendo can be o…

Not concerned with appearance, friend. A Long Island Iced Tea is not what grown men drink in my city, New York. I had Long Islands when I was in my early 20s. It tastes like spiked kool-aid. The only people who drink them here are in their early 20s. Grown men don't drink them. That's the truth, it's not something I'm pulling out from the air. Go ahead, come to New York and ask 20 bartenders in 20 different types of places their opinions on the Long Island Iced Tea. They WILL say pretty much the…

For those of us gents who aren't suburban college types, the equivalent in the city is to cultivate a similar atmosphere at a trendy lounge or nightclub. The shirtless thing won't fly of course, but the underlying principle of #4 stands and can be done via gaming with solid wingmen. Sorry man, but I judge any guy who orders a Long Island Iced tea as either being underage, or being a complete chump. I've seen some New York some bartenders laugh in people's faces for ordering it and refuse to even make it. It's the drink of choice for underage girls with fake IDs. Long Islands are mixed with triple sec, a super-sweet liqueur used in a ton of girly-ass drinks. A better drink would be any whiskey or Scotch served neat or on some rocks.

A grown man doesn't pollute his spirits with a kid's soft drink. Don't put Coca-Cola or Sprite in your drink, especially if you're over the age of 30. Order a Macallan neat with a splash of water. Don't like it? Learn to like it. It will put hairs on your chest. Let it swirl in your mouth. It's really good once you acquire the taste. You'll never go back to whatever overly sweet vodka-rebull-trailerpark-girly-cocktails you were drinking before.

A woman rarely endorses her male friend as a romantic prospect intentionally. She'll do it by accident, by saying to one of her female friends the male fucked one of her other female friends already, and that the male is to be avoided because he "is a player". That immediately makes all her friends very attracted to the male friend. It's totally by accident but brilliantly effective. So the key is, don't fuck the central pivot woman, just fuck one of her friends and let them gossip about it. Eve…

Okay man. Do you realize we're saying the same thing. 3 seconds is the same thing as "go now." The "3 second rule" is the rule that can be googled as it's an oldschool name for a PUA technique. The point of the rule, whatever you want to call it, is to not think about it and just do it before you have time to react. Technically, there's the amount of time it takes to walk over, which could be as long as 1.75 seconds depending on how crowded the place is and how far she's sitting. ;-]

Since we're on the topic, I'd like to point out a few things wingmen should do. Learn how to roll-off. Don't get stuck on one set of girls for too long, as you need to have movement to talk to other girls at the place. The first set of girls may seem good now but usually the third or fourth set is the where the good is. Have a secret agreed-upon phrase that signals when to exit that set of girls. Make periodic eye contact with your wing and any other non-talking girls in the group while talking …

Look up the "3 second rule." Basically, you have to talk to a prospect within 3 seconds of seeing her. The first reason is so you don't have time to chicken out. The longer you wait, the more you'll naturally rationalize all the reasons why you won't talk to her. Talking to her within 3 seconds forces you to make the plunge. The second reason is so that she doesn't think you're a creeper lurking in the back who has been trying to muster up courage for the past hour to talk to her. If you talk to…

The best way to find a GOOD wingman is IN PERSON. Think about that for a second. What you do is, when you're out, look for the dude who walked right up and talked to the hottest girl in the joint for a few minutes then walked away from being blown out, but he's still smiling. He's your guy. Use phrasing so he knows you're not gay, "Hey, that's not your girlfriend right, I want to talk to her." Then listen to his response. You can tell if he's wingman material from his reply.

Yep. Basically you flip the flake onto her. So what you do is, always give yourself an out which can be used to your advantage just in case you need to flake on her. Do this on every date. For example, "I have a work event nearby this great place I want to show you, let's meet at 7pm." Or, "I can meet you after my buddy's football game" etc. That way, if she flakes, you just go radio silent and say 30 mins after the meeting time, "Hey! You have to right-swipe a bunch of photos. At around 7:30 to 8 PM, take your phone, put it on a table, turn it 90 degrees clockwise, and swipe downward (a "right-swipe") with both index fingers alternating. Count the swipes. When you hit 40 right-swipes, swipe up ("left swipe") at the next ugly girl you see. Then right-swipe 40 more. Repeat the process. Filling it out, even if your answers are perfectly "alpha," still means failing the shit test, because she made you jump through a dozen hoops and you obeyed. Control the conversation. A better reply would be, "No. I don't fill out quizzes on a phone. Let's meet at Blablah Lounge at 7. You can ask me in person. Bring your measuring tape ..." And of course in person you don't answer the quiz, you just do your normal escalation.

In real life, stop worrying about the actual "women's vote" itself. I put it in quotation marks on purpose. Women vote less. Women don't follow politics as much as men. And the ones who do vote, a large amount of them simply parrot their husband's/boyfriend's political views. So the true "women's vote" is actually a pretty small slice. Now, if the vote was actually reflective of all women, then we'd have to worry. But we're not there, and frankly I think we'll never be there, as women as a whole…

If I counted your entire pipeline as plates I'd have hundreds and hundreds of plates which is not true. I have just a handful of plates and that's it. Plates are only "The Roster." Which aren't even one night stands. In your pipeline, you should stick one between your #1 and #2. That would be called "The Field" aka same-day lays (you meet them out in the field, and successfully bang the first night). Sometimes they are just one night stands and don't turn into the "Roster". The Roster (Plates) a…

Honestly, in this day and age every girl is a Tinder girl - whether you met her at night, day game, or OkC. You're mostly right, however about 1 out of 5 single women under 30 don't do online dating at all. Or, they tried it, got horrified and quit after one week. Those tend to be the good ones (well "good" is relative of course), because they're naturally repulsed by the cock carousel. Like some others have said, it's like meeting a woman at a club or bar. Some women are party girls. Some simpl…

I found that some flakes can actually be turned around (your mileage may vary). Do a hard freeze-out for a month (which is almost the same as just Nexting) which resets your status in her mind, and start gaming again a month later with standard escalation. You can squeeze out a surprising amount of lays from that pool of women on the backburners. Of course, these are low-investment pings, just copy and paste a quick one-liner and see what sticks.
/r/TheRedPill22/09/15 07:57 PM
1

If you're actively going out and gaming women, you'll get something like 3-4 flakes per week, it's normal even if the girl really likes you. If you let each flake get to you, you'll never get ahead. Expect most women to flake. Try for a same-night-lay by approaching in person. Do not respond to flakes, do a small freeze-out and just pretend it never happened. Double and triple book and pre-flake on them.

Wait until she gets back. There's absolutely no point in giving a woman what she wants (attention) when she hasn't given you what you want (sex). If she texts you while away, wait until the next day and give a quick short reply without asking her a question. It doesn't even matter if you have a read-receipt enabled on your phone, just wait until the next day.

Actually it's good if she sees you've read the replies, let her sweat more. You have the upper hand now. Absolutely do not reply to her. This is your first test of your will. You will never be with her, this is great practice to get over "one-itis." It will suck for a little while but it always, always goes away when you give it time. With more mental discipline, the time gets shorter and shorter.

Refining approach skill doesn't have to be with a romantic prospect if you don't have time to go out that often. It could be simply making small talk with anyone, male or female, such as the bank teller on your lunch hour, the toll booth guy, etc. Practice anywhere you can. It's a similar skill.

Yes, they are relative depending on the scenario and who is being compared to whom. For example, look at this video of an alpha man proving to us the gigantic size of his balls: http://youtu.be/Umokxn3Vc38 Most alpha guys would be reduced to a beta in that situation. In real life, our bosses lied on their resumes about their past experience, lied about their previous salaries in order to get even higher salaries, and lie to their underlings about the real reason why Bob got the promotion and you didn't. These guys lie because it works. If you start lying, you will get ahead. Seriously, nobody in HR checks this stuff. And past salaries can't even be legally verified either, what ... is bubble-gum-che…

I kinda agree with you. I don't see how a man could go on for a whole year without anything, unless his SMV is mediocre. A high SMV man who is MGTOW will naturally come across women by just by being out in the world with his buddies. A one night stand or two is inevitable over the course of 52 weeks. MGTOW doesn't mean celibate, it means dedicating zero time towards the acquisition of women. He's not a monk. If a man is MGTOW and he comes across a hot 8/9+ woman who wants him to fuck her, and it…

One way is to build a crest of women to converge at one spot. This crest takes a couple of months to build up. It's a spot you know well and go to often. Let's say a swanky rooftop bar, or a cool Soho hotel lounge. You go so often, and are so friendly to the staff (men and women), everyone knows and loves you. The bouncers shake your hand and let you cut the line, the bartenders shake your hand in front of everyone and say, "Heyyy!!" Etc. Elsewhere, you meet one, two three girls. Then four five …

Wrestling will give you the simplest set of skills in a street fight dollar-for-dollar. The first few seconds can be decided by who gets whom on the ground. Boxing is also good. But don't join a fight that's not yours. Some third friend of theirs, just around the corner who you can't see, could have a knife or gun. I am not exaggerating. Aside from that, are you propared to take two, three, four guys out? At a bar, a dude is usually there with his friend, and probably a few more. Also, bars have…

We should set some kind of standard of what high SMV means. SMV means Sexual Market Value. That value needs proof. The proof is in the notch rate. I'm seeing some guys boasting themselves as high SMV with some solidly medium rates. Nothing wrong with that, but if those rates are high SMV then I am Brad freakin' Pitt with John Holmes' cock. Perhaps a notch per year is a good meaure. Like RPM or MPH. So here's my thoughts, feel free to chime in: Very High SMV = has pulled more than 12 distinct not…

Women can't help it. ALL WOMEN ARE LIKE THAT. Yes, on a base level, it's infuriating. You're in the anger phase. But wallowing in pure rage is just a waste of energy. It's like getting angry at a dog for barking, or a baby for crying. It's annoying but that's the way the world is. Are you going to get angry at 50% of the population every day? You can stop the withholding from spiraling out of control by containing it early. There's more 20-something, 30-something (and 40-something) women actively on the prowl within a quarter mile of my place (in NYC) than what most others have in their whole area code. NYC is arguably the global epicenter of hypergamous female behavior. I give advice based on authority and a lot of years of experience. You can take it or leave it. Younger women are more obedient, older ones aren't. Maybe things are different in your area but that's clearly how it is here.

I should clarify: the amount of maintenance to shut her up and comply, not the amount of maintenance she wants. There's a difference. We in large cities have to deal with far worse behavior from women than our counterparts in small towns. The silver lining is, it's easier for us to swap these women for new ones, due to sheer numbers. Yes, women are like this, you can't blame them, it's their nature. You can't blame a scorpion for using its stinger. They do this automatically, because so many men are willing to give them stuff for free. Exactly. The "scourge" of STDs (with the exception of HIV) has been blown out of proportion, and the other serious ones can usually be easily fixed with a pill. Honestly anyone who's bedded at least 50 is pretty damn likely to have caught something at some point. Once you hit 100 different women, it's pretty much certain, even if a condom was worn every time. That's great that you are a med student. But this is not a laboratory, this is real life. How many women have you slept with?
