Compared to most, yes. Makes it easy to maintain a solid V upper body shape. Decline, decline, and supine presses to define the pectorals, overhead presses and flys rows to work the shoulders and upper back, curls for the biceps. Staying close to my macros means it's easy to stay between 10 and 15 percent body fat. The only thing I have to watch out for is a spare tire that tries to creep up if I drink too much beer.

IKR? When I got out of high school I weighed 119 pounds. Joined the Navy, went to MEPS in St. Louis. The doctor who performed my physical told me the minimum weight for my height was 121 pounds. He rescheduled my physical for the next day and told me to eat a whole box of crackers and a whole bunch of bananas from that deli by Days Inn. I'm not balding, but I shave it anyway because I work in heat and it's easy. Get a curved shaver. Once a week set it to 1 on the dial (the equivalent of a #1 attachment) and shave your head down hella short. Works for the face too. The curve in the shaver makes it really good around the chin and jawline. The only money I pay to a barber is $10 ($6 for a "beard trim" and a $4 tip) once a month to have the lines professionally handled. Google "remington shortcut"
