I agree. What you say is true. I'm just saying humans can transcend their own weakness. And it's not an easy task to do, because most people fail.

I agree. People give up too quickly when things get difficult. The human spirit can transcend even the evils of the holocaust. If you find yourself becoming nihilistic with a roof over your head, plumbing, heating, cooling, food to eat, and disposable income, then that's not a situation problem. It's a you problem. You're just too weak. Don't blame the world for your weakness.

I understand the joke. It made me chuckle. I would say I was a kissless virgin until I was 28. Now I'm married for 4 years, 2 kids, loving relationship, own a house, fixed my relationship with my father and mother and so forth.

My wife of 4 years came from southeast asia. I brought her back to the west to live with me. Her upbringing was more traditional. Most people got married out of highschool and had kids. Though western ideologies are starting to creep into the culture. I didn't date her. Went straight to engagement then marriage. She's hard working. I taught her a lot about self responsibility and about how to live life. She's smart. We're both clean and tidy people, so our personality compliments each other well…

Well, that's another lie you believe in. It's not happiness that will make you feel better. The solution to depression is living a meaningful life. If you want to live a meaningful life, you take on as much responsibility as possible and make yourself useful to yourself, your family and your community. Then you will have meaning that can sustain you even during the most tragic of times.

You have a fundamental problem in life. It's the question, where am I going? It's a question about your goals in life. It's a question about how you orient your life. You orient yourself towards a goal, and thats fundamentally predecated on knowledge. The more you know, the more accurate your orientation in life. You need truth, because it's the only way you can map out your course in life without getting lost. The depression you're encountering is the process of death and rebirth. When you lear…

Yeah. I apologize. I figured that after rethinking. I think he could have worded it better. Women are attracted to masculine traits. Not msygony. I don't like the conflation.

Edit: I had to rethink the post again. I guess the poster is trying to disprove the claim that misogyny is the cause for failure to secure relationship? I can get where he's going with it. It's true in some sense, but it ignores a few things which I've pointed out. The post is exploring not attraction in terms of looks, but the personality of the individual as the determining factor. virginity indirectly indicates inability to get any type of dates This is the conflation. The poster is arguing m…

I know this is not your post. The poster is conflating two ideas. 1) Virginity 2) Secure relationship These two ideas are not associated with each other. Virginity implies no access to sex. While failed relationship implies access to sex, but poor personality. 2nd, the poster is conflating masculinity with misogyny. Anyways, poor argument overall. They need to be more precise in their definition.

So what's your claim? All men have an inclination to be pedos if it wasn't for laws enforced by other men? I guess the patriarchy messed up by making laws preventing the patriarchy from exploiting young women. We men should really get together in a dark room and re-write these antiquated laws on consent. /s

We really don't know how much deprivation contributes to the motivation a man needs to thrive in life. When you see a immigrant come to the west without a single penny becoming a successful person through hardwork, while a citizen who has every possible privilege and every possible advantage end up living on government handouts, it makes you question, is deprivation really all that bad? I know a lot of young men can be envious of young women because of xyz. But I think that process of struggling…

I just want to first say, you're not playing devil's advocate. Second, trying to debunk an idea without fully understanding the concepts is laughable. Top tier men don't give a fuck about bottom tier men. Matter of fact, most women don't give a fuck about bottom tier men. Bottom tier men would love monogamy. Here's an actual solution. Why don't women stop having sex before marriage? That way, Chad won't have access to sex unless he commits to one women.

It's like the chicken/egg problem. What came first? Male thirst or women hypergamy? Well, the way I see it, they both existed since the dawn of time. What changed was the internet and the globalization of the sexual market. Before a women was limited to her circle of friends. Now girls are getting dms for trips to Dubai. Men are now competing on a global scale. Male attention ain't worth shit, when millions of beta simps are giving it away for free.

His persona is like the distillation of masculinity to its most raw and purest nature. He has wealth, physical strength, and women. I can't believe this interviewer is fixated on how much money is in his wallet. I agree it's seems superficial when compared to other things that could be asked. And I'm sure even the interviewer isn't conscious of why she asking it. I see it as an unconscious investigation about the sort of lifestyle choices someone of that wealth chooses to live by. We are curious because we are creatures who learn by imitation. Why would someone who's that wealthy still carry cash? And why that much? And why …

Agree. This is why cold approach has more success than dating apps. The sample size is women who use filter + who use dating apps. Not every women uses dating apps. My guess would be 1/4 of females use dating apps. You have another 3/4 of females which probably fall into more realistic territory. If you're wondering how I got that guess, I hear there's a 1:2 ratio, female:male on the dating apps. Then I'm guessing 50% of the male population probably uses dating apps. There could be any number of reasons we can theorize. 1) women who had prior relationships = more older before they get married. 1a) Thus they have a more establish career and are not as dependent on their husband for income. 1b) or they took a few feminist courses and believe marriage to be an oppressive tool. 1c) or the husband has less tolerance for their older wife and are more likely to cheat or divorce for a younger wife that's more physically attractive. 1d) women self worth are overinfla…

I'm not going to beat around the bush. Any death of an ego is painful. You will be sacrificing the skills you mastered, the education, the money and the identity. It's not an easy thing to sacrifice. The question is, is the sacrifice worth it. We all make sacrifices regardless what we do. If you choose to stay in your career, what you sacrifice is your child's bond and well-being. This is a fundamental question about what you are willing to sacrifice and is it worth it. It's not an easy question…

I will say you have a rare and unique opportunity. I think the idea of transitioning is only difficult if the goals are comparable. Meaning the destination of either a SAHM or an independent career women means you will be sacrificing something you hold dear. Here are my thoughts. That's amazing. I believe the child reflects the parents. That shows what a kind, loving and intelligent person you are (and dad). I don't have much else to say. My last advice is to not let your past bad decisions haunt your future. Talk to your husband, honesty is important. People change. People mature. It's normal to change your mind. The sacrifice is real. I understand you have a contract with the wedding venue. I don't know what the cost for cancelation, but it may be something that you ought to do. I'm not saying don't have a wedding. But hypothetically, if you planned for a 100k wedding, and you put a 20k deposit, maybe you lose the 20k deposit for canceling. And that sacrifice will save you the 80k that maybe you need more urgently than the whole wedding. As for caring for children, it's really a full time job if you put…

How to deal with "the wall" mentally...? I've read the comments below, so here are my thoughts. I agree, once you're married and committed, looks don't matter as much. Or to say, the person who loves you will accept your decline in looks. You still try your best regardless. So considering that, your "job" is to find a man that will commit to you. And commitment doesn't mean "just" marriage. It's a life long journey to keep both you and your spouse committed to each other. This will involve learn…

Here is a quick overview of my current relationship. 1) Married for 4 years 2) 2 yearold + mother's pregnant 5-6 months. 3) I'm the sole breadwinner. I'm currently making 50k a year. She's a SAHM. 4) I'm 31. My wife and I have this conversation regularly. We talk about our plans for the future all the time. We rent a 2 bedroom flat, 1,500/month. I'm not saying people can't have both in 1 partner. I'll clarify, "some" people, and an increasingly more % of people, year by year, are dissatisfied with their current partner, and are seeking more partners to fill their wants/needs. There's a push in mainstream media for more polygamous relationships. Be it fringe, but it's an increasingly more accepted form of relationship as time goes forward. I'd rather watch poor/mediocre performance than violence during the same performance. This is why female sports don't attract as much attention as male sports. People pay big money to see the pinnacle of human performance. Be it music, art or even sports. It's about seeing what humans are capable of and being inspired by the greatness that we can achieve. I think that the female football players should stop whining about the scarce audience on their matches I agree. The reason is stated above. T…

The way you worded the question is interesting. I will answer you in two ways. 1) what if you love kids but infertile? - I dont represent all men. There are red pill men out there that don't want kids or are infertile too. Adoption is always something you can consider. For me, infertile is a deal breaker. 2) what if you love kids but don't want kids? - this is a contradiction. Seems like your definition of love is not my definition of love. Your anger is born from resentment to those that bullied you as a child. This includes your own parents, other adults and other children. You can have a lot of resentment to your parents for not raising you correctly. You can have resentment to the adults in your life that failed to love you. I looked at your other post and I want to let you know to not give up on life. Here's something I really took to heart from Jordan Peterson. Is life meaningful? What is the meaning to life if we eventually die? If all we do is to struggle to live? Maybe it's better to not care. Because when I don't care, I validate that life is meaningless. And when I don't care, the outcome doesn't matter. It can be good, it can be bad, either way I don't care. So it doesn't bother me one bit.... Well, the thin…

I'm guessing you were treated poorly most of your teenage and adult life and you've internalized the inferiority to some degree. Also, you've learnt the best copping strategy to being talked down to is to have your emotion grow proportionally bigger to your physical size. This frankly doesn't solve anything, and will put a wedge between you and other people. If you're looking to be treated as an adult and not a child, then you ought to act more like an adult. Because throwing tantrums and yellin…

Hm. So it's not too severe but I would say as someone else mention in this thread, you have to understand that a healthy and functional person can be self motivated and can function without the approval of someone else. My suggestion is to think about the idea of self validation and self love and try to impliment the ideas in your life. I think improving in these areas will help with reducing your feeling of missing your ex.

I think your problem is a yearning for approval in your life. Without approval, you're unmotivated to work. You feel like you fall short of expectations no matter how hard you try, so you've given up trying. Life feels futile. What you miss most is being appreciated for your effort. It's something you most likely lacked in your childhood, and could be worst if you had a high achieving sibling that your parents compared you to. Now you work a manual labor job. It feels like a dead end job, with n…

I'm going out on a limb here, but I would like to know if your parents neglected you by working too much. I would also like to know if you ever felt you didn't meet your parents expectations of you as a child. When I say neglect, I mean by spending time with you, not money.
/r/MGTOW205/08/19 08:57 PM

I think what you miss the most is not her but having purpose in your life. I think the time you spent with her gave you a feeling of direction and success. She gave you a purpose through her own career and you latched on. Can I ask what sort of childhood you had? Did you're parents prevented you from exploring and finding new experience? Did your parents neglected you in some manner? Perhaps they are workaholics and spent more time working than spending time with you?

I've watched lmsface about a year ago. I like his theory of physical attraction. I don't follow any other incel content, just lms because he's pretty consistent and logical. Frankly, it's also proven that looks can carry you quite far in life. Beautiful and taller people get paid higher than average, after accounting for other variables. Beautiful people are also treated better in most circumstances. Now we all know beauty is just one part of life equation to success, how much weight it has... I…

I like your comment the best. I would suggest alpha traits are associated with high levels of testosterone, while beta traits are associated with low testosterone. High testosterone means, handle stressful situation well, more muscle and bone density, more body hair, more aggressive, more risk taking, higher libido. Low testosterone means, depression, low sex drive, more fat, less body hair. Ofcourse, spectrum, or I like to say, bell curve. Alpha/beta traits can also be learnt.

Why do people think incels have a bad personality? Personally, I don't like incels because of the lack of personal responsibility. They blame women for their lack of reproductive success. But that's only part of the picture. They, as a person, aren't attractive to women, most of it could be genetics, some can be personality. I see. Did you discuss with a lawyer before signing any documents? 7 weeks for 7 years of service sounds like the minimum severance here in America. (You should fight for your maximum severance.)

Hm, I'm just gonna advise you quickly on getting "fired". I don't know where you're from, but in most cases of being fired, you should get a severance package. This could be over 6 months worth of pay so it's worth pursing.

It's bittersweet. Like finishing a RPG game as a kid. You spend over a year enjoying a great game, but at the end, there's nothing left to enjoy when you defeat the final boss. MGTOW is much the same. It started out great as you learn much about female nature. But after becoming truly MGTOW, it's bittersweet. You no longer need MGTOW. You stop listening to MGTOW videos daily. You stop reading and posting. And then you say farewell to the community. I'm at the point in life now where I'm ready to…

Mgtow is what the constituents (the people) make it. Like all things that was cool and trendy, once the mass of people adopt it, it becomes dumb down. Why? Because the people that represents it are dumb. Not to sound harsh, but it's the truth. The average of any group of people will shift towards the mean when "n" is large enough. When MGTOW started small, only a hand full of smart guys kept it real. Now it's been adopted by thousands, and the shift IQ is going towards the mean of the population…

Right, I see what you're saying now. I was a little harsh on r/MGTOW too in retrospect. r/MGTOW2 not 100% free speech as you say. To add, I would say what goes hand in hand with free speech is freedom of association. I shouldn't be 'upset' for getting my voting suspended (in r/MGTOW). If they deemed my comments as violating their sub reddit, then I have the freedom to unsub and move on my merry way.

You explain one side of the equation but ignore the other. It's net tax. So income tax which you explain. Then there's government programs that are drawn on, such as welfare, subsidized health care and education (which can be tracked with your social insurance number). So women on average pay less into tax, as you explained. But also take more in services from the government, which you ignored. The overall net equation is that women on average are a net negative on a system that's already bankru…

We can go on a long discussion about this but it generally boils down to this: Are you for freedom or are you not? Anyone that is against freedom is my enemy. Even recently the r/MGTOW was banning people from their sub reddit for very mild critiques. I see folks that do that shit aren't true MGTOWs(in my eyes). They are impostors. Indeed. I think any sort of happiness we obtain from others is superficial at best. It's great you are striving to become financially independent. I believe a part of your mother control comes from her financially supporting you. That's why I was "guessing" you had some sort of financial arrangement with her that put you under her care. Once you become independence, she may have a different outlook on her relationship with you (ie. someone of her equal instead of someone that belongs to her). Sh…

Correct me if I'm wrong, it sounds like you still live with your parents? There's nothing inherently wrong with that but it just means you have some obligation towards them. I would suggest making it a "goal" to move out and find your own place, rent or otherwise. Reason I'm suggesting this is because it sounds like you feel "indebt" towards your parents. You can see it with most destructive behaviours. A good example is morbidly obese people. A fat person isn't fat by themselves. They need someone to take care of them if they can't move (enabler). Someone to feed them and make the $ to support their diet (enabler). They need a society that would accept them and not shame them (enablers). Personally, I think it's in all humans that we initially crave our own selfish desires. Humans enable other humans to continue their destructive behaviours, such as hypergamy. I don't know how much different a man would be if women were throwing themselves at them right from puberty. Would that man be hypergamous too? I think what's different is that men aren't enable by women to be hypergamous. The tribulations tested our patience and resolve and forged us into a more mature adult.

Thanks for sharing your personal story. They say sex clouds the mind. When you're in "love" you can't think straight. Tell her you're going on a trip with your buddies or some excuse to get away from her for 1-2 weeks. Don't masturbate or have sex with other girls. Let your brain reset and allow your brain to make the most rational decision it can make. Women don't love men the same way a man loves a women. I'm 100% certain that you would never threaten her with violence or jail time. That's bec…

lol well said. There's also the idea that couples that spend too much time together end up hating each other more. My interactions with people are mostly superficial, most of them are my clients I interact with for business transaction. Very brief, and not personal. I don't have any close personal relationships, i tend to not form any intimate relationships with people. I have only 1 good friend I talk to about personal stuff.

I see. I can understand why you would avoid people if you care too much. I'm the opposite in a sense, I don't care too much so I can still interact with people without investing too much emotional value into them.

Your experience is valuable. I'm just curious if other would agree that men who "care too much", ie, cater to what other people expect of them, would have a hard time accepting the mgtow lifestyle (or bachelor)? A healthy disposition to apathy would set apart those that continue to accept their roles as providers vs men who seek personal freedom.

I'm also open for discussion but the poster hasn't replied back to any of the comments. Makes you wonder if it's just a troll.

My 2 cents, college and undergrad is useless unless u know exactly what you plan to do with that degree. On average people change their career 3 times within their lifespan. If you talk with many adults, you'll find maybe 60-70% of them are doing careers outside their college specialty. I'm one of them. The way colleges are structured, it's becoming more feminized. It's becoming an increasingly anti-male space on colleges. If you want a degree but you don't know what you want to do, I recommend …

The whole gender marxist thing is slowly chipping away at every last male dominated space imaginable. Let Mgtow be the last stronghold for a male space. I weep for the young men who are unknowingly stripped of their masculinity and male mentorship!

You have good company when your family are Mgtow fans. I'm not religious but god bless you and your family.

I will agree with yes_no_username with his sentiments, his sentiment being you decide for yourself how to dress. Though you're here asking for advice, I wouldn't hold back on giving some to a fellow mgtow. assessment of your life context and job. The only time you dress for success is if you looking for money, ie salesperson, your at a job interview, talking to your boss, etc. You have to understand, part of social interactions involves your appearance. if your not there for any financial benefi…

I heard PragerU was hitting utube with a lawsuit for ad-censorship 2 weeks ago. Around that time, I started to see ads again on fellow mgtow channels, like TFM. I haven't followed any developments on the lawsuit but I hope PragerU is successful.

I think Mgtow lean towards the truth. Be it left or right issues, whatever may be the most true, we will lean towards it. I suppose we can find ourselves somewhere along the lines of classical libertarian (ie, free speech, smaller government). Right now free speech and smaller government sits with the right side in today's political context. I guess in humanity, the last bias to be removed is our bias towards protecting women. I think most if not all mgtows have removed the bias of white knighti…

Humility is a great asset to have friend. My situation is different but I also could not find fault with mgtow reasoning.

Hi, new to the subreddit. Been Mgtow for 2 years(?) now. I don't really keep track haha. It's interesting how the article sets it up as if these known truth about female nature are somehow being proven true through empirical studies. Goes to show a large segment of the population are still blue pilled about female hypergamy.
