What i mean by every class was relative to men of the same class, and in formal politics. Meaning, the male not the female miners, would speak at whatever union, town, church, or militia meetings existed. Now that doesn’t mean women’s interests weren’t represented or even paramount, and maybe this is where the disagreement between the old left and feminists starts.

Yes I get the irony, but the point is , at least in the anglosphere, we only stopped doing that when we let idpol take over. Meaning, there used to be a simple unifying duo of left wing causes- freedom and socio-economic class. All else were logistical or practical challenges - war, racism, etc that were not causes themselves , just obstacles facing the above. It can be managed if it is not extreme. My father is a narcissist who manages it beautifully. He uses surrounding himself with empathetic people, as well as aesthetic and abstract principles to ground his good treatment of others. He uses meditation and a policy of honesty he learned from it to be open to criticism of his narcissism- which people give him. I am sure being a parent helped modify his behavior too

Once upon a time, there was this idea called socialism that said men and women didn’t have to list out all their different problems from each other, they didn’t have to organize in different groups than each other, they didn’t have to be feminist. But everyone should be freed to be able to do what whatever they so choose, if they can hack it. Land value tax is a good idea. Land trusts. Housing unions. Housing co-ops. Higher wages. Home subsidies. Regulate real estate and above all the banks which squeeze homeowners. Also there should be social spending on social problems, the money should get to programs. This is a good question. As has been said their are different definitions of patriarchy. I would say, though I am not sure I am right, that most people live in a sort of ( slowly dying) political patriarchy. I think you have a point but not an answer. The problem with stand in front of house lady is the appeal to vulgar displays of wealth, and reducing us to simplistic power games.
