Not really - more like you can tell he is using her as beard or likely in denial. Growing up in the church myself I’ve seen this happen several times.

Yeah my dad loves my mom too and they are best friends. However my dad has never made more money than my mom (he retired with little benefits) while my mom is still working and the one supporting the household. Yet my dad demands to be treated as head of the household… He could have gone out and gotten a job in the last couple of years but he hasn’t. He does basic chores and light cooking for her (but if the roles were reversed would that be enough as a house wife? Definitely not). He’s also emo…

I don’t think it was on purpose. This idiot accidentally sent it to her and tried to save face but he knew it was over. He was just hoping she was dumb enough to buy his lie. Which explains why he sent her those follow up messages playing victim.

This is all true. My most recent ex would always brag how women don’t ever leave him alone and that they stick to him “like glue.” My ex is tall, extremely fit, handsome, charming, funny. He’s one of the most attractive men I’ve ever seen. And he’s right. I was afraid to lose him, so was his gf after me. He cheated on both of us while we were in the dating stage (according to him that’s not cheating since we weren’t in a relationship - see how men’s loyalty differs from ours). Me and his most re…

I work in healthcare and I see women younger than me (I’m in my early 30s) using fertility meds. I also see lots of women older than me getting pregnant naturally. There’s no hard cut off age for having children. As mentioned, your dr is using old outdate info. My cousin and aunt had their kids in their late late 30s and all are healthy and fine. At most, get another dr and have them do a fertility screening.

Reading this made my blood pressure soar. Thank God every comment told her absolutely not. I found the post and went thru her post history. Her boyfriend hates her: they don’t have sex anymore, he puts her down for her weight, comments how he wants to have sex with other women, shows her no affection. Her self-esteem is non existent and it breaks my heart.

Thanks but he broke up with me lol 🤡 I did leave him previously, he begged and pleaded for me back, said all the things I wanted to hear. Turns out it was bullshit because he was scared to be alone and lose his safety net (me). A moment of weakness for him lol. He left once he had a lineup of women he knew were interested in sleeping with him and when his friend started showing interest in him. He’s still dating her as far as I know. Good stuff. So I hope this forever gf in the post leaves befor…

How sad. That was me, minus the kids part. When I asked him what he loved about me it was all things I did. When I asked him about fully committing it was a bunch of “I don’t know if I’m ready, I can’t fully commit yet, I can’t give you what you want.” But he was able to do just that with someone else a month after he broke up with me. I doubt she’ll leave, she has too much invested. But I hope she does before he leaves her for someone else.

When a man doesn’t make his partner feel secure, this is what happens. Assuming the woman stays. “You’re acting desperate” one of my exes told me. I had lost weight at one point, cried on the regular, the things he would say that were so selfish, the things he did that made me question my worth. Of course I was desperate and insecure. It was a lesson learned.

Just to clarify, you’ve never dated at all? If so, I would advise you to be extremely cautious. Men can smell inexperienced women a mile away and will do or say anything to “conquer” you. First thing, don’t give out your phone number without having met the person (and even then you don’t have to right away). Stay on the app. You will encounter men trying to get your number because that takes you off the app and more likely to meet/get laid. If you encounter “I’m barely on here lol” then tough fo…

Not sure if he’s an actual incel, but the man who just punched that poor elderly Asian woman 125 times has been arrested 14 times in the past and has multiple convictions. In 2021 he pushed a woman through a glass plate window and didn’t get any jail time. He was in prison for 42 months for stabbing his ex in 2010. Why is this man allowed back into society?? Why are people in jail for lesser crimes? The system is a joke and now an elderly woman may die because of it. https://www.cbsnews.com/newy…

There is no good reason whatsoever someone should be allowed to marry under 18. None. I got into an argument with a female friend about this, sadly. You can’t vote yet but you can marry?? Gtfo. These laws need to change in every state.

Haha I dated a guy who was 2-3 inches taller than me who was so insecure about it. God forbid I wear heels, even tho you’re taller than me. He was used to dating much shorter women who inflated his ego just because they were short and that’s how he felt like a man. I don’t think I even mind dating someone who is my height or a bit shorter but I don’t want to deal with their insecurity. I like being my height.

Red pill and whereareallthegoodmen believe a woman after 25 is left over goods. 25 lol. And they shit on single mothers daily, while also finding fault with any woman 30+ who hasn’t had kids yet. They’ll fuck any of them tho and use them for everything. My favorite is them being mad that a woman in her late 20s or 30s has raised her standards after toxic relationships - God forbid she realizes she is worth more. You can’t win and you can’t stop growing older so might as well live well.

Oh wow I remeber reading your first post. I’m so glad you’re out of that situation. A couple of things I remeber when I first read your post: he was love bombing hard. He felt threatened because he knew you were dating other men and was pulling out all the stops to make sure he won. I’m somewhat torn on telling men about our dating lives. I don’t want to lie, if I’m dating other men, but it’s also not their business if there’s no commitment. If you do tell them, see their reaction. Like this guy…

I don’t see 22 as a late bloomer, that still so young. I didn’t have sex until my late twenties. That being said, I’m sure you’re not the only one here having casual sex. It seems to be benefiting you for now but I can see it going down south quickly. Also sleeping with A is already complicated since he wants a relationship with you. Do you, but I would reconsider that relationship.

The comments in this thread…people blaming the parents for his actions because they raised him, some saying cheating isn’t immoral (except like you took a vow lol), saying they’re horrible parents for cutting him out of the will because blood, no matter what you have to leave your money to your children, he’s still young and dumb at 24. Phew I can relate, minus the physical abuse part. The groveling back, flowers, promises. It’s just a second chance for their egos to feel less guilt about how they treated you. Then they dump you when they have someone else in line. Men like this always need to have backup women waiting. They don’t have the courage to end it and be alone. I hope your friend realizes this is her chance to be fully free of him. I hope she blocked him on everything for good. He had his “second” chance and all it go…

Some things can’t be fixed. I know maybe one person/couple where a second chance worked out (as far as I know anyway, we don’t know what goes on behind closed doors). Also it depends on the severity of the boundary crossed or broken promise. Someone treating you terribly and taking you for granted will not change after you end things with them and they beg for a second chance. It wouldn’t even be a second chance - they’ve had many chances to treat you well but everyday they chose not to. Just re…

Even plans to move to your area could fall through. Until he moves and courts you seriously, assuming he will, continue your life as usual. Since you are feeling yourself getting carried away, keep dating other people. Stay as busy as possible and remeber you don’t know what he’s doing. He could be dating multiple women or have someone he’s steadily dating. You don’t know so make sure you take what he’s saying with a grain of salt. And let him lead with communication, etc.

Yes I agree it doesn’t go both ways. But I think it’s perfectly ok to share that if you are asked or when the relationship is progressing. You don’t have to share details, just let the fact be known.

Even tho I’ve never been married/divorced, I’d would want to know if the person I’m dating is divorced. Most of the time, divorce is not as clean cut as it’s been in your case and I don’t want any surprises of them still pining after their ex, etc. I don’t see anything wrong in stating you are divorced and that bridge is burned, so to speak. And also asking them if they’ve ever been married. You aren’t sharing specific details, but it’s courteous and important to many people to know a detail lik…

Lol she’s a queen. I would have left out the last sentence tho, if I bothered to respond. When I first started OLD, i used to give out my number, Instagram, Snapchat when men (I was interested in) would ask. I quickly learned this was not the way (they can find personal info using your phone number, collect IG followers, if they turn out to be creepy then they have multiple outlets to harass you on, etc). Thank you for this. I watched the women in my family sacrifice and work themselves to the bone for their family. Their husbands only made their lives harder. I could have saved myself so much heartache, money, tears, and stress if I had been taught the power of boundaries and dignity. My grandmother told me too late “it’s a blessing to be single.”

It’s very telling if you go shopping with a man (especially if you help him shop) and he doesn’t buy you anything. I remeber going plant shopping with a guy I’d been dating. I helped him pick out some great plants that would work with the light in his house. I also picked out a $10 plant for myself I’d been wanting. When we went to pay, he went ahead and paid just for himself. I remeber feeling very disappointed he didn’t even offer to pay for my little ol plant. I wasn’t expecting him to pay, b…

Agreed. His life is not at all the life of an average American male. If everything he’s saying is true, then this marriage needs to end. Also if you look thru his comments, someone mentioned that his wife sounds like she’s part of the “FDS cult” and claimed we are just trying to use men for their money lol. While there might be some women on here who do that, many of us are just trying to find a good partner. Being a lazy wife/mom is not fds principles.

She wasn’t necessarily taught by [good] parents or mentors, which is what I mean when I say she wasn’t taught boundaries; more than likely, she’s learning through her experiences. Boundaries need to be broken down, not just “don’t do this, it’s bad,” We need to know why it’s not in our best interest to have sex right away, why we should not take anyone at their words, etc. The last two men she met online were making her hesitant to have sex because they were beginning to show a pattern of hittin…

I know it was stupid on her part, and I’ve done similar. We all have. But in her naivety, she felt she was safe and that she could let her guard down. This is what happens when you are not taught boundaries in your childhood (parents telling you “don’t have sex!” doesnt count). I lost my virginity in a similar fashion, although we didn’t have sex on the first date. I hope she genuinely learns from this and vets vets vets.

Pathetic. I once ended things with a man who was going to party in Mexico for spring break. He wouldn’t let me come with his friends (a mixture of males and females) and I asked him if I could trust him on the trip. He said he didn’t know. So I ended things. I’ve seen so many people in this situation. Men like this just shouldn’t get married. Plenty of folks will say therapy but it would just be her initiating that/forcing it. If he’s not choosing on his own to go to therapy he doesn’t care enough. He won’t change. It’s so hard for people to change and the older they get the less likely it is.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/02/22 06:29 PM

I’ve known men who would break up with their girlfriends so they could fool around while out of town for spring break (and therefore not technically be cheating). Then they’d get back together with them when they got back from their trip lol.

To an extent, yes. But it’s a good idea to find out as early as possible when their last relationship/situationship ended and if they are still in contact with exes. I’ve dated a few men where I didn’t find out that information early enough; I found out a couple of months in, that he had only broken up with his ex 2 months prior and they were still in contact. I would have ended things sooner had I known.

No sister, no. Being good at sex means little. I’m great at sex. Yet I’ve still been with men who run back to their exes or ghost me. They’ll run to the next woman who may not be as good sexually because they never liked you and/or they like the chase more. Many men will choose multiple women over one amazing one. And remeber, women generally make more effort during sex while men don’t. They think if they Jack hammer you for 45 seconds they’re doing God’s work. Next time don’t worry about your p…

Exactly. Guaranteed he would have dipped after a couple of months or less of no sex. Also, his job sounds like a big nope. Military and constant traveling? I know men with jobs like this and most are cheating. Also also, there’s no such thing as exclusive dating - you’re either single or in a relationship. While women are more likely to stay loyal in an “exclusive” situation, men are not. I remeber having an exclusive dating situationship with my ex and the number of times he reminded me during …

100% this. If they come crawling and begging back, don’t do it. I regret getting back with my ex. I’ve told this story before but after begging for me back and promising he won’t mess up, he suddenly started dragging his feet when I came back. His urgent readiness to commit turned into “I don’t know anymore, I have to think.” 7 months later after tears and sadness, he ends it with me because he can’t give me what I want (a serious relationship) and he needs to do his own thing. It could be part of it. But what I’m saying is some guys get so infatuated before they get to know you so they want to introduce you to friends and family quickly, but they don’t even stop to think if they actually want to be with you or get to know you. Cus they’re thinking with their dick and riding the high of someone new. In my experience, if a guy wants to introduce that early then live bombing and future faking are likely happening as well.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy31/01/22 10:19 PM

No, definitely not. But I don’t consider 6 months into a relationship exactly early for parent introduction. Men know before the 6 month mark if they wanna marry you or not so if he’s dragging his feet about introducing you to his family, something is up. Obviously there’s exceptions like racist, narc, abusive parents, etc. I consider before 3 months super early so introducing you 3 weeks in is a yellow flag. That’s still so fresh, why so early? Plenty of non-serious guys do this because they do…

How tragic, Rest In Peace Lauren. The fact that the police didn’t even try to reach the family to let them know of her death and they had to find out by going to her apartment and seeing a note. Heartless. The investigation was botched and there’s only the date’s word that they seem to be taking as the full truth, what a joke. I know someone who got back with her ex husband, got remarried to him and had kids. They’re divorced again now. Edit: he wooed her back. Started fixing things around her house, brought her flowers, etc. I don’t know what caused their marriage to end either time but regardless, the likelihood of couples lasting after breaking up is slim. I hate this mentality. It’s an old-time mentality, that lacks empathy. My family is from Eastern Europe and many did/still lump domesticated animals into the livestock category, which they are not, they are pets. We don’t eat dogs and cats and they were bred to be close to humans, in the most literal sense. Perhaps I’m in the minority, but for the most part I love texting throughout the day. I prefer it to a phone call since I can respond at my leisure and think things through before replying. Doesn’t mean I am texting every hour on the hour but in the morning, afternoon, and evening is my preference with us occasionally us texting in real time and the conversation really gets flowing. But I also want to face time somewhat regularly once we are established.

This is the main problem (minus the age gap, which does close once you’re past 30ish)- they got together when she was 18. She probably had very to little no dating/relationship/life experience beforehand. She missed out on a huge chunk of her adolescence that her husband probably got to experience his whole twenties. Jumping from teen to adult in a serious relationship + marriage is very often a recipe for disaster. Her mother did her wrong, she should have advised her to live some of her life f…

Yes. It’s fine to compliment once on a date, perhaps when he first sees you, but excessively is weird. Like he can’t control himself or he thinks he has you or is losing you so he has to resort to basic flattery. I’m curvy too and had to take down almost all body pictures (except for one that’s taken from far away and you can’t see my shape well) when online dating. I would get such stupid comments that made me laugh they were so dumb. I get slightly less matches now and that’s fine with me. It’…

“Any thoughts or advice?” Yes - leave. End the relationship for both your sakes and let her get someone who is on her level and same for you, sir. The reason he hasn’t left is because she’s obviously out of his league and he’s worried he’ll never find someone like her again. But then he resents her cus he knows she’s settling for him but yet takes pleasure in her chasing him. It’s a mixed bag of emotions and it’s a mess. Just leave. Or I wish she would.

He wasn’t even dating her and presumedly had no goal to date her; just a caring and thoughtful man. meanwhile, I’ve had men who supposedly love me/really like me/are dating me not even do a quarter of that.

Agreed but many men asking us out only for drink dates either are hoping for that, or at still too cheap for dinner + drinks. I understand what you’re saying. Going out for drinks when you’re established in your relationship is fine. But if a man suggests only drinks, then I can only assume he’s either not serious, cheap and/or using pua tactics because what’s stopping him from having a meal with me if he can pay for spendy drinks?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/11/21 02:24 AM

I live in an area we’re alcoholic drinks are also expensive. However, I still wouldn’t accept a drink date. Some men won’t mind spending a little more on taking you out for drinks if it means they can get you tipsy, which gives them a more likely chance to get you back to their place. If it’s dinner with drinks, that’s different (although I would say limit your alcohol consumption still). But just drinks is a no.

I have felt the same way numerous times, OP. The biggest indicator that my intuition is letting me know that something is off (they’re not that into me, using me for sex, leading me on, etc) is I start getting really fidgety around them, especially after sex. I can’t sit still or I don’t want them to leave or I can’t pay attention to the movie. I figured out it was my intuition saying they won’t call you back or they’ll begin the slow fade shortly. The reality is hitting and my body is reacting.…

I’ve shared this story before but a couple years ago, pre-FDS days I met someone who lived in a different state. We had had a one night stand and instead of going our own ways, he asked me when I was going to come visit him. We had intense chemistry and this was just what I needed to get over an ex. I asked him if he would I buy my ticket and he sulked and said something like “oh that’s how it is?” I ended up buying my own ticket. He was late picking me up at the airport, I cooked for him and he…

Yeah I think it’s fine for high school kids to do coffee, ice cream, movie dates. Maybe even young college that’s a pass. But it’s about effort. Like you said, even young young men would make an effort to be creative on dates. I’m in my 30s. A coffee date is no effort and a drink date just screams “let’s fuck.” Come to think of it I’ve never had a drink date where the man had good or serious intentions.

I agree. The arguments from friends and family are that the man doesn’t owe us anything (ok but they need to prove themselves as a HVM), and if they’re dating multiple women (yes we’re also dating multiple men), dinner dates can get expensive. My argument is that I’m not interested in a man who is dating multiple women. And even if he is, he will quickly make a decision on who he wants. Generally speaking, men who date multiple women are going to try and stretch their dollar and be cheap.

Right but that’s not what I’m stating. I see a lot of people claiming everyone is taking a “cattle drug” which yes some are, but I also know of people who have the prescription version for humans. I also know of people in other countries who purchased it directly from a pharmacy. So while it may not work for covid, many are taking a human version/dosage of this. Just clarifying.

Ivermectin is available as a prescription medication (for humans) in the United States. In other parts of the world, it can be bought over the counter (for humans) or directly from pharmacies. I don’t know who this man is or if he has the human or livestock version, but just wanted to point out that that there’s a human dosage of this medication.

I agree which is why I caution young women of getting into long term relationships at ages 18-22. That’s a critical development stage. I’ve seen it happen so many times where the young man gets restless but doesn’t want to lose her so he puts her through hell. One of my friends recently was asked out on on a date. Within the first hour they both knew it wasn’t going anywhere. He told her they could split the bill and he’d Venmo her for her half. They’re both in their 30s. How ungentlemanly and cheap do you have to be to split the bill just cus you’re not getting some pussy? Good!! And don’t forget: we don’t do drink dates. They are low effort; LVM want to take out as many women as possible for as little money as possible. And we are more likely to make unwise choices with alcohol in our system. If they suggest drink dates, they most likely aren’t high value.

My aunt only had one child because her husband basically didn’t help her with childcare whatsoever. They’re immigrants and unfortunately, a lot of the older generation immigrant men were raised with no basic domestic life skills. Thankfully, I see the newer generation stepping up more. Never give ultimatums about progressing your relationships. I know people who have done this and it’s never ever gone well for them. Think about how he would be treating his dream woman - would he be passively letting her make all the decisions and be content keeping her a 4ever girlfriend? No, he’d lock that shit down so quick and do whatever it takes to make her happy because he wants her. So if he’s not treating you like that, it’s time to move on.

Yes that’s what I thought of! Harry was intrigued with how Sally ordered - he loved that she knew exactly what she wanted and how she wanted it. I’m trying to rack my brain tho - which parts of the movies or characters were pick-mes?

True. It’s interesting that she said he wasn’t a threat to their children but there wasn’t even a car seat for the 10 month old - that’s enough to show even the police he was actively endangering their children. If someone took my kids, even the most trustworthy person in my life, and left with them before we were supposed to go on a camping trip (as was the case with this family), no car seat for my 10 month old, no answer from me calling or texting, I would call the police too. 7 years is a bit of an age gap. But it depends on your life stages. I say once you both are in your thirties or he is in his late late twenties, you are more likely to be on the same page. I dated 8 years younger and I would never do that much of a gap again unless I’m in my late thirties maybe. My aunt is 6 years older than my uncle and she lucked out because he is a HVM. The only time my ex put so much thought into picking out flowers and having them delivered to me was after I ended things with him and started seeing someone else. Before that, I always dropped hints of how much I loved flowers and plants, yet only got them for me twice in our years together. Men who give you flowers, send you paragraphs, want to see you and take you out and buy you gifts or whatever, after you have ended things with them are not changed or regretful. Poor girl has such low self-esteem she won’t ever leave him. My mom was recently in the hospital for days and my dad (and myself and my siblings) was there as much as they would allow. I like reading about the women on here who are with HVM and their traits and I’m happy for them. But what worries me is when they’ve only been dating a few months and they make a post about all the green flags. Ladies, engrave it in your brains that no one is nicer than a man who hasn’t fucked you yet. No one is nicer than a man you’ve barely met and who wants something from you. Cooper seemed to be great on paper until he allowed his insecurities about everything Brad was and he wasn’t to take him over. I need to start journaling! Sometimes breaking up is a process - not everyone can go cold turkey and block and delete, especially in LTR. Like others mentioned, it’s sometimes best and easiest to detach while in a relationship. Robin Norwood, the author of “women who love too much,” recommends the same thing so we don’t go scrambling back and forth with this person feeling as if we made the wrong choice.

Here’s what’s gonna happen: he won’t propose. She’ll reach her breaking point and “leave.” Men get scared when we do that, not cus they truly realize what they lost, cus it’s a loss for them. They can’t stand their egos being bruised. So he will beg and beg for her back and propose and he’ll only do it so he’s not a loser. They’ll either never make it to the altar or they’ll be divorced in less than 3 years.

Yup. I’ve almost always been more sexual than my partners. I think my last partner became jealous that I could have multiple orgasms and can go multiple rounds. Meanwhile they bust a nut once and months of pursuing you and saying sweet things goes out the window. How pathetic. I’m generalizing but as mentioned above, many men don’t partake in sex as intimacy. Which is sad because it’s the most intimate act you can do with another person.

Absolutely. I’m in my early 30s and if I were to start dating again, I’d be open to dating ages 28-33. I don’t want to get stuck with someone who’s wasted their best years hoeing or wasting their time. I have to agree. I’ve had a few LVM make big talk about not caring if I’m on my period to have sex and then when the time came they backed out. Why not just say you don’t like it in the first place? Those same dudes didn’t go down on me either. But then I’m expected to suck your dick, swallow your cum and you can’t even handle some blood? No one is asking you to drink it. There are so many reasons to be single: don’t desire a relationship for whatever reason focusing on school taking a break after previous relationship many guys who approach us are not serious many men are low effort working on self-improvement (financial, health, etc) don’t want to settle maybe she’s enjoying single life, casually dating etc

I’m so sorry you had to go through that and I’m glad you stood your ground about getting it removed! The fact that they mentioned insurance prefers you to get “full use” out of it 🤢fuck that I’ve heard so many horror stories about iuds, I refuse to ever get one. I chose the nexplanon implant and thankfully, no side effects for me aside for longer periods. And never had a pregnancy scare. I’m limited in my birth control options tho. Can’t wait until male birth control becomes available.

Sick. I couldn’t be with someone who traveled for work for that reason; it’s too easy for them to cheat. I’m also paranoid of anyone being married or in a relationship while pursuing me. I always check.

Went on a ski trip with my girlfriends not long ago. Met some guys (older, overweight, unattractive, sloppy drinkers) who started taking shots with us. They were fun for the moment but one of them just would not leave me alone. Tried flashing his money at me, told me about all his success, owns multiple houses, boats, lavish vacations. He told me he never found the time to settle down and have children. He was an unattractive man but arrogant and was clearly not used to being told no. I was unim…

30-45...what in the age range is this?? 15 years! Notice how he’s 46 but can’t even be with someone his own age. This man is delusional. He is no looker, but demands a queen. When I was OLD, I would get many guys who look like this trying to match with me. A pure shot in the dark because I would never match with them. He needs a reality check but at 46 years old, I doubt that will happen. Good luck, king.

Oof I’m glad you ended it. At least you both are young, I’ve had men in their late twenties and early thirties try this with me. “It’s really bad timing, can we pick back up when I’m done with school or when work slows down?” Lmao clearly out of their minds. They say this type of thing to string you along in case they can’t find anyone by a certain time frame. Don’t ever fall for this, ladies.

Thank you so much for all this info! And yes, that’s been my expeience as well. I’m raising sex up to a 6 month wait. I don’t know if any acquaintances but I’m not dating at the moment, anyway. Perhaps when things open up more. Focusing on leveling myself up, I’m trying to be like you!

Men in the US are not much better lol. The 3 month rule is not foolproof but it’s a good start. I’m personally waiting longer, from now on. And you just have to keep vetting. Social media is a good indicator, meeting his friends and family (whether you do), the little things he lets slip out when he’s drinking or when he feels comfortable, any sexual talk will tell you what you need to know. The mask will slip, eventually. There’s no foolproof guarantee. Curious if anyone has made someone wait l…

We talked a little about our exes. And he told me straight up he’s never dated a woman who looks like me. He told me what kind of women he’s been with in the past and they were all pretty much the same type (and opposite of me). Yeah he was attracted to me, sexually. But anything more serious? Not likely. So usually they will just outright say it (“I’ve never been with anyone who has a booty as big as yours!” Or whatever comment about your appearance that’s different than what they are used to) …

I’m taking a break from dating for at least 3 months, possibly longer. I’ve started therapy and ended things with the last man I was dating (see my previous comments). I made a list of all the pros and cons with him and the cons outweighed the pros by so much 😖 A couple glaring red flags I chose to ignore : I wasn’t his usual type in terms of ethnicity, height, body type. I should have ended it at this one since it’s been my expeience that men who stray out of their usual types are just “samplin…

I’m so glad it’s over between you two. You will know how they really feel about after sex. Always. I’ve made the mistake (or now I see it as a blessing) of having sex before the 3 month rule (now I’ll wait until 4 months minimum) and every time, they’ve changed after. Because they didn’t really want us - they wanted the thrill or the chase and then some sex. Now then can tell their friends they still “hit.” Now I’ve had girlfriends who slept with their man the first date or very early on and the…

I usually date thinner, built guys. My ex had a 6 pack without trying and he ate a lot. I recently dated someone, younger than me, who kind of had a dad bod going on. No moobs, but he has a soft flabby belly and love handles. It didn’t bother me much since I really liked him and gyms started opening up again and we were gonna go together. But he used to be really thin and then gained a lot of weight in the gym to look swole. I’ve worked out at home this whole time while gyms were closed so there…

5’9 gang here and I love it! I’ve only dated men taller than me but recently dated someone who’s between 5’11-6’0. I didn’t have a problem with this at all but he was bothered by me wearing even the slightest heel and asked me what my tallest heels were (4.5 inches sir). What a turnoff. We met online and my height was clearly stated, why tf did you even match with me? He told me tallest he’d dated was 5’5 😒 if you’re gonna be insecure about me being taller than you with heels then leave me be.

Why do you say redpiller? He also asked me if I loved him after the first time we had sex which shocked me - and no I don’t, we hadn’t known each other that long so that was very weird to ask. And that same night he told me “I love you” as I was leaving. I got out of my car so quick and asked why he would say that. He said he was “joking” but I’ve never had someone joke about that. He blamed it on drinking when I brought it up later on.

Yes from 3/8 men I’ve slept with. I only started cumming from piv with my last ex. I don’t knew what it was (he did have a big dick) but one day I just came while he was inside me. It was amazing. Since then, as long as the guy is a good size and is willing to finger me (fingering makes me cum like crazy), I can cum multiple times. Probably also has to do with the size/shape of their dick and if they know to hit the g-spot.

I’ve had this happen more times than I care to admit. For some women, they want to have sex early on so they judge if the sex is good or not and then see how he acts; it takes a pretty tough personality to handle that. I personally can’t do it but I wish I could be so detached. I’ve sworn now to only have sex once we’re in an established relationship. Nothing worse than going from being doted on and adored to slow fading or complete ghosting after sex. Stay diligent, ladies.

Love these! And never forget that shady ass Instagram stopped us from seeing what other people liked, commented, and who they started following. And you know it had to be men complaining that their girl is seeing them like 10 ass and tittie pics in a row. You also used to be able to see who they followed chronologically without a desktop. They really just want a sex slave/maid/mommy. They don’t want real love because that requires effort and they would rather not make any effort, unless it’s for themselves. You know what, you have a point about many low level workers being like this. I looked at this dude’s account and looks like he works in an auto shop. I don’t get the last sentence - are they implying to push your cheating husband away so he’ll push back to come back? The biggest lie fed to women is that “something is missing in the relationship if he cheated.” We all know women who gave our all (myself included) to men and they still cheated. We all know many men often are lazy about basic tasks and do them poorly on purpose so their wives will just do it. I’m sure this man loves his kids but he’d rather get the fun times with them and let the wife be the maid/bad guy. I don’t know what the remedy to this is but maybe just let him dress them badly and do their hair badly and “encourage” friends and family, especially other men to comment on it. Guaranteed he will listen to another man before he listens to his wife.

I’ve heard multiple times how “rare” it is for me to have curves while being tall and white. One guy even told me it was rare to be this way if a woman is over 5’8 lmao. I didn’t realize different body types were limited to shorter women and it’s a one size fits all after 5’8. Who knew.

All of the above. And every man can contribute something. My ex was “broke” but spent $12k fixing up his cars last year (and they were not necessary fixes - it was modifications for fun). I can count on one hand the number of times he paid for my nails or bought me clothes or anything that contributed towards my well being. Or don’t date broke dudes. I’m the same way. I had to learn to do way less than I had a desire to do. Like others have mentioned, do not do any more than they do. People invest in things/people they see a future with. He needs to be the leading the nurturing of you and your relationship. If he’s not doing that then he’s not serious. Many men take advantage of womens’ kindness and natural inclination to nurture so don’t do it - It will only end in tears and regret. You can show you care without nurturing a grown ass man.

I’m not talking about loving yourself or whatsver you’re definition of real is. I think it would have made me tougher and choosier because it wasn’t fun going thru the pain and learning experiences at 28. Interesting, I never knew this! I always had a feeling tho, since it never sat right with me even as a child the way women in religion are pushed to be submissive and modest. I don’t want to cater to weak men who would be tempted at the sight of bare shoulders.

I agree and I grew up religious as well. My question is if that tweet is arguing they women are not naturally submissive, it’s a manipulation tactic created by men for their benefit, what can we say about sermons and messages directed towards faithfulness in marriages? Can we argue that men are not naturally faithful and they have to be nurtured to become so? We all know men, probably multiple men, who have cheated or are hoes or ethically non monagamous or whatever bullshit. I am monagamous my …

I do not believe women should “submit” to their husbands. I’m just curious what the argument is for men and woman who argue it’s not natural to be monagamous. I always see posts, tweets, articles how humans are not meant to be monagamous, I’m sure many have seen the same. I disagree because I am monagamous by nature and nurture and I know plenty of people who are the same. But there exists an opposite to everything in life.

Lol But what I’m saying is, if the argument is that women are not naturally submissive since we have thousands of sermons and messages reminding us to submit, wouldn’t the same hold true for all the reminders given to men to stay faithful?

I feel you. I’m also 5’9 and attractive and I’ve been with 4 men (all 6’3 or taller) who were crazy attractive. All were shit lol but I can still look back and be like damn no wonder I held on for so long 😩 don’t do it ladies. But now I’m wondering if I will ever find anyone who is both attractive, tall, and a good man. The odds are so slim. It is what it is.

Agreed with everything. Idk what she was expecting having a baby with that man 🥴she hasn’t leveled up like Ciara did, she stays bitter and airing it out online. I just read the book for the first time and I could relate to so much. Reading it was actually the final slap I needed to get over my ex fully and damn was it effective. I don’t agree everything in the book; it’s too much work for me to behave in ways she recommends in order to have the power with men. And the type of men you have to behave that way with are probably not the type of men I want to be with. But overall I think the book is extremely useful for keeping your power and dignity. And wh…

Nope, I’ve noticed this too and have mentioned it to family and friends. I know a couple of people like this in real life but have seen where it happens to quite a few celebrities. Most recently Miley Cyrus. Like some have mentioned, it’s probably because it’s the next logical step in the relationship but then one or both of them realize the other person didn’t change like they thought they would or they aren’t the person they thought they were or wanted them to be. Don’t forgive him and rationalize that you just started dating and you caught feelings and you can’t just end something that barely started. Yes you can. He disrespected you already and it won’t stop. He may behave for a while but watch 6 months, a year, a couple of years, he will step out and cheat again guaranteed. Shit does that kind of man exist? I’ve never had a man suggest doing any holiday activities. I had to ask my ex to go to the pumpkin patch together or see Christmas lights or watch Christmas movies together. Did it ever happen? Of course not. He didn’t wanna do the things that I enjoyed even tho I always did things he enjoyed. I was left sad and unfulfilled. This holiday season I’m single and decorating the house and going to see lights with friends 🥰

Yes I’ve notice that too! I wanted to be 5’11 fifteen years ago. Now everyone wants to be shorter than 5’5. Good points about music influencing that. Beauty standards for women change so much and I’m sick of it. First we gotta be model thin, then thicc, then big boobs are in then little boobs then little booties then big booties. Fuck all that.

There’s levels to this. After my most recent ex and I broke up, we started sleeping together soon after and ended up in a situationship. He would have been happy to just have sex with me and have sex with other girls at the same time. I wouldn’t allow that. He said he wouldn’t mind if I slept with other guys. So when I finally did sleep with someone else, I told him I did and we couldn’t see each other anymore. he broke down completely and finally told me he loved me. He begged for me back after…

As women, our nature (or more likely we’re nurtured to be this way) is to forgive, fix things, compromise, or accept things to make it work. That’s why many cheating men stayed married even if their wives know about it. She ended up accepting his behavior and attempted to rationalize it to make herself feel better. I’ve done that with men too (not the porn stuff but other things) because I based my happiness on being with them.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/12/20 02:10 AM

I’ve never been divorced but yes it can be. For most people, especially women, your whole life is based on living it with someone else. You’ve invested so much in this person, you want to make it work (which is why we shouldn’t invest in men like that, they need to invest in us). The fear of being alone, of failure, of never finding anyone again is real. So it all comes down to self-respect and choosing ourselves and our own peace over trying to turn a hoe into a husband.

I read her comment in the thread. He started living with her when his ex kicked him out after he became and amputee. So she’s his nurse and mommy. She also says he was sexually assaulted and lost his sex drive after becoming an amputee. I don’t blame him but it sounds like they’ve been at therapy for a while. It sounds like he had this problem before they got married. I wouldn’t be able to do it.

Phew facts. Thankfully I was never taught or heard that vaginas are weird/gross. But it drives me nuts that sucking dick is the norm but eating us out is not. Also I hate how society calls someone who is weak a pussy and tells people to grow some balls, implying strength that. It’s literally the other way around. Balls are weak and sensitive but we can push a whole human out of our vaginas. Men definitely coined that to feel better about themselves. Ladies, take a mirror and examine your vagina.…

I agree it’s not feasible in the long run, especially when it’s not the same to salt to things like patties afterwards - those are much easier to make separately salted and unsalted compared to a crockpot of chili which is very easy to add salt to and why her bf was totally inconsiderate to add salt to. It’s possible she or he will have to make two batches of some meals in their future together. That’s extra work and I have a feeling she’s willing to do it but he wouldn’t be. I wouldn’t be tho l…

It’s so funny to me men think about sex 24/7, sexualize women daily, jack off daily, but won’t even put in the work to get better at sex and please their partner. Like the one thing you all live for and you aren’t even good at it. This woman is literally telling him what he can do to please her and instead of doing that, his ego can’t handle it so he does nothing and sulks like a little kid. I love to hear this. It sounds like your grandmother did not tolerate bs and instilled strength, love, and good work ethic into her children. Yup, it won’t get you love or respect. But many women would rather put up with shit rather than be alone or start again. Aw I’m sorry girl. I’m sure that felt so terrible. You are kind and thoughtful and don’t forget it! Now you have the choice to either continue doing those types of things to those friends and never expect anything back, or just pull back and match their energy. Tbh I don’t even remember if this particular friend wished me a happy birthday this year and she has never gotten me a gift. But we have had a relationship where sometimes we are closer and sometimes we aren’t as close so I don’t expect g…

Always. My friends always have my back, are always ready to help and listen and show me they care. It’s a sisterhood I’m so thankful for. Girl, facts. I was so wonderful to my most recent ex. Got him thoughtful gifts (even when we weren’t officially together), wrapped everything nicely, poured my heart out into writing a card, bought him random things I knew he’d like, showed him real affection, love, and loyalty. What does he do to show his appreciation? He had a threesome, gave me an std (cura…

I asked her what kind of food she wanted and she told me and I found the restaurant via yelp (see, it’s not hard lazy ass men). She is so thoughtful and caring and I want her to just enjoy herself. I try and treat all my close friends well for their birthdays because they deserve it. Most of my friends and I have been mistreated by men so I want to show them what it feels like to be loved and appreciated.

People are so crazy. My friend is tall, especially for a Vietnamese woman (5’7) and her mom would make her wear hats all the time because it was supposed to make her stop growing lmfao. She’s now happily married to a man taller than her. Be proud, girl. I’m 5’9 and love it tho I didn’t used to. Thankfully my family loves tall women and never put me and my other tall sister down for it (who is also married to someone taller than her). I’m convinced Instagram removed the see what others have liked and commented on tab because so many men got in trouble from it. It’s pathetic. And I don’t know about your Instagram, but mine has changed where others followers and following is scrambled up so it’s not longer in order from most recent. Again, I’m convinced they did it so men don’t get in trouble from their girlfriend or wife.

Wow your man is on it and that’s how it should be ❤️This type of love coming from someone else is so foreign to me. I am the gift giver amongst my friends and family (scalded back over time and I’m not the only one In my family but I was the consistent one for a while) and I did spoil my ex. I’ve never had a man be so thoughtful towards me. I hope I can experience someone showing me they care this much for me one day! If not, back to spoiling/loving myself.

Facts on facts on facts. I don’t understand this mentality of coddling your sons - why? What good does it do when as a mother, you know that women and mothers are the backbone of society and are not valued for it and mistreated by men? That’s great to hear about your parents instilling that confidence in you. That’s where the foundation starts. I grew up in a large family, which I did enjoy, but I never got that doting attention from my parents or other family members as they had their hands full all the time. One on one time with my parents or other family members was rare and my father was never the type to have heart-to-heart open conversations with his children. This is what we should be saying instead of “if he wanted to he would.” Desire is only a small part, the rest is actions. I had an ex who would literally tell me he “thought” about taking me to this restaurant or this type of date, etc and he never did. Like the “thought” of him doing that should make me happy or some shit. I don’t agree with “it’s the thought that counts” at all. If you don’t take actions to show your desire then bye.

I want to add to the Mr. Wrong list since there are many more subtle qualities that we may not see as abusive or just overall low-effort. lazy - doesn’t plan things, doesn’t show he cares, doesn’t get you little gifts or so thoughtful things you wish he would do, forgets important dates or doesn’t do anything for you on your birthday or holidays. inconsistent - one minute he wants to be in a relationship and go to Greece with you, the next he’s not sure anymore and needs time to “figure it out”.…

For sure! It doesn’t even have to be online dating, I can tell when a guy’s energy changes towards me almost right away. The first step is always lessened communication. It can be so subtle, maybe taking longer to reply by even hour (vs 5 minutes in the beginning). I trust my intuition and I’ve never been wrong yet. I don’t remember if it was out of the blue or not but it was definitely odd enough to mention that I took notice. Usually a guy who brags about that isn’t loyal. He postponed the date by one day because of him being out of town, which did bother me but I would have been tired after flying home and then going out with him that same bight. I take myself out and treat myself often 💅 I just wanted to go on a nice date with someone else. Since I started hinge on and off in May, I’ve had two dates. One was good, one was ok. Just wanted to get more dating experiences and this guy ~seemed~ like a decent one. Meh.

I dated someone younger than me and he was actually the one who took advantage of my love for him. His behavior turned me into a person I didn’t like. I have a hard time still forgiving him for what he’s done; I don’t know if it’s just because he didn’t know better (even tho we had so many conversations about our boundaries, etc) or because he is just not a good person and that won’t change at 25 or 30. So yeah, age gaps are tough. I’ll still date younger but only by a few years.

Lol right! It was his way of trying to keep his options open with me in case it doesn’t work out with the girl he’s “trying.” I said nah. Also he made it sound like he was not talking to or dating anyone else so I don’t wanna hear about how loyal he is.

I finally matched with someone on hinge who looked promising. Tall, attractive, good job (same field as I’ll be in once I graduate!), Christian. We face timed twice and it was great conversation. He asked me out for a date quickly. I was going to be out of town for that weekend but we made a date a week later. I work in pharmacy. So many men don’t know their wive’s, kid’s, or mother’s birthday or what medication they’re taking. It’s hard not to shame them but I sometimes do, subtly, by repeating back “oh you don’t know your wife’s birthday or what medication you’re picking up for her or if she’s had it before even tho she gets it EVERY MONTH???”

Real talk. Ladies, please do everything you can to learn emotional discipline (read books, manifest or, pray, write in a journal, see a therapist, etc). It is your greatest power. Generally, we aren’t taught how to control emotions and self-soothe ourselves. For some it comes more naturally than others. Practice. And make it your priority in life.

From what I’ve seen, it’s very rare for a woman to leave a man even when another woman warns her of the truth. Yes, you need to treat yourself like the prize you are sis. Start with little things. Your well- being comes first. I’m glad you can say that. I wish I could. I did so much for my ex who didn’t even love me. If I could go back in time and change my choices, I would. Live and learn.

The effort is the most important part. But I would like someone to get me an expensive gift for once. It shows me you value me, you want the best for me. Not asking someone to go broke over me, but an expensive gift for my birthday, Valentine’s Day and/or Christmas is something that every man should do for the woman they love. You can plan a vacation for us, or take me to a luxury spa, get me a designer item that you know I’ll like, meaningful jewelry. I’m tired of dusty ass men that can’t even …

Isn’t it so sad most of us have had this experience with males. But we all know so many terrible men who have been treated like kings by their ex or whatever. We need to continue to come together and not tolerate this anymore. Tell your sisters, mother, girlfriends, coworkers. We aren’t putting up with this shit anymore.

This used to be me lol but I never blasted it on social media. Where was this sub in my life 2.5 year ago 😩 I coulda saved myself a lot of heartache. I want nice gifts. I give nice and thoughtful gifts to people I love for their birthday or sometimes randomly. If I’m the girl you love, you should want to and get me nice, thoughtful gifts cus I deserve it.

He is a smart and a very lucky man then. He knows he has to put in the work and has worked hard to make himself a success. He knows what he has and values that. Vs many unattractive men who think they don’t have to put in work once they get an attractive woman. I’ve seen it happen many times. And then they start to neg their own beautiful partner so that person won’t have the self esteem to leave them.

So many ugly men don’t stay in their lane. I was venting to my sister about this, the fact that a very unattractive man would even try to get with a much more attractive woman is crazy. My sister was defending the ugly men, asking me what’s wrong with them trying? I said cus they’re out of touch with reality. Looks are somewhat subjective but most of us can agree about certain people being either attractive or not. The unattractive men consistently try to get much better looking women (who have …

Growing up in church, I remember being quite young and bothered by the submission agenda pushed down on women. We couldn’t wear pants or shorts to summer camp, we had to wear baggy culottes, dresses or skirts at the knee or below. It drove me crazy cus we were just kids trying to have fun. Pants are more appropriate too! I always saw girls being chastised for how they dressed or how they were supposed to act but I didn’t see boys addressed to be in control of themselves on nearly the same level.…

I’ve never had to lie and say something was a joke, actually never have heard a woman say that. I hope you blocked him sis. Yes. You never want to overfill anything ever. Any good, experienced doctor will know this. I don’t know where you are in the world but under eye (or tear trough) is usually 0.25-0.5ml under each eye. Lips standard is 1 ml. Look up the consultant clinic if you want to see good filler work. That’s where I got my lips done, they look amazing, just a slightly bigger version of my previous ones. Proverbs 18:22 says He who finds a wife finds a good thing. Never in the Bible does it say it’s a good thing when a woman finds a husband. Also in Genesis, God said it is not good for man to be alone. Men need us and yet they demand us to be their personal submissive perfect maid. That’s true. But I have screenshots of emails and messages, not just my word against his. Of course, she would be free to act as she will but then she can’t say she doesn’t know. I probably won’t reach out but I have been debating it heavily lately.

Should I reach out to the girl my ex is “exclusively dating”, to let her know he tried not once but twice, to sleep with me and get nudes from me since getting together with her? If it were me, I would absolutely want to know. I don’t care how this would affect him but I care about her well-being and don’t want her to go thru what I did. I’d like to show her this sub, especially since she still stayed dating him after finding out he slept with me while dating her (I had no idea he was dating any…

This article was depressing af. Everything is so easy for men now. So easy to have sex with multiple women - even average, short men who still live with their mom pump and dump easily. Thank God for this sub.

I know I’m not married til I’m married but to me, single means no involvement or agreement with anyone and no relationship. When you’re in an exclusive, committed relationship, then that’s obviously not “single.”
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/09/20 04:27 AM

Well sure. But if we are in an established relationship and there are clear steps taken by him towards marriage in my time frame, I can’t say I’m single. Yes, I would leave at any sign of a red flag or dragging of feet (thanks now to this sub). But to say I’m single in a relationship that is progressing towards marriage isn’t what I’d say. If I’m ever in another relationship, he will know that I can and will leave at any moment, married or not.

There’s a huge difference between men who are pushing 40 and single and women pushing 40 and single. Men pushing 40 either won’t grow up so no woman will put up with them for long. Or they’re so caught up in a f-boy lifestyle they won’t stop (or both). Single Women pushing 40 are generally educated, constantly improving themselves, want to get married but won’t settle for a loser like him.

I wish I had thick hair! Having thin, frizzy hair, I can only add to it and can’t do anything with it unless I have extensions in. It’s been a game changer. But yeah, men don’t get it we do their stuff for ourselves. I wouldn’t care if my future man preferred me without extensions, I’m still gonna wear them for me.

My mom looks amazing without makeup and rarely wears it. My dad compliments her either way but he makes sure to compliment her appearance more when she puts in the effort to get dressed up, do her hair, makeup. My most recent ex was LVM but he always complemented my appearance, with or without makeup, whether I dressed up or not. Lol yeah she is a pickme for him. The way she talks about him, sings songs about him, she “jokingly” told him to marry her on IG live but I have a feeling she’s nagged him about marriage for a while now. And who gets a tattoo of a guy’s face?? He doesn’t even have a tattoo of her. she’s the type who would help him hide a body 🥴

Even when I was a pickme, I never went to see a male gyno. All my primary doctors have been women as well. It never sat right with me that a man who is not my significant other can look and feel into my vagina. Women understand women and we can empathize with one another. Granted there are some bad women doctors who lack empathy and down great male doctors who at every empathetic. I still say choose a women gyno and google your doctor every time.

You could try. But like you mentioned, he could easily make copies or just lie. I told a guy I was seeing to delete my nudes once I saw signs of him getting back with his ex. He could be lying of course, but he responded respectfully saying he did delete them. That made me feel better. You only have so much control over this since they’re on his phone so don’t dwell on it too much. I have nudes of my ex as leverage in case anything ever leaks lol.

I talked to my exe’s brother yesterday. I’ve mentioned once before but my exe’s younger brother is only 21 and already more high value than my ex. He’s hard working, smart, treats his girlfriend great, communicates and listens well, thoughtful. Just so different than my ex. I wouldn’t feel bad for him girl, he’s trying to make himself seem like he’s a good guy cus he said he “thought” about giving you the next series. We should play their games and say we thought about sucking their soul out like a pornstar and then don’t do it; watch how well that sits with them. I didn’t feel bad for my ex, to clarify. I felt bad/sad for me because he thought about doing nice things for me but rarely did. You know it’s time to leave when they make you feel like that.

lol wow look at him trying to guilt/manipulate you into giving him another chance or to just make you feel bad. And this is the lowest effort on his part, because like it’s been stated, he could have come over with the next book in the series. Is there a word for this? IMO your early 20s aren’t even your best years so don’t worry. I had way more fun in my late 20s and now enjoying my early 30s. I’ll still go out to clubs and bars with my girlfriends because we can - I’m not looking for attention from men, just wanna dress up and have fun with my girls. There’s nothing you can do about the pandemic and places being closed. Get a vibrator or use the shower head (better than a vibrator, personally). Agreed with everyone. Don’t keep your schedule open for anyone who hasn’t shown you they are serious (and even then, don’t be readily available). Just leave him be. Go on other dates, if you’d like. I had a great date with someone a few weeks ago. We talked for hours. He messaged me as soon as he got home asking when I’m free again. I gave him a day or two for the following week I would be free. Thanks for this, girl. He’s young and I spent most of our relationship playing Bob the Builder. So many good things in his life because of me. Now, his new girl will enjoy what he’s become; that is if he’s actually changed. I don’t want to come between him and his new girl. They can have each other. I made a mistake. I let my ex reach out and entertained a conversation with him. He is not rotten to the core, and he does feel bad about what happened but he should have thought of that before he made so many choices that hurt me. And the only reason he even reached out was to attempt to rid his conscious of guilt. He wants to stay friends but we can’t hang out cus he’s dating someone else. Why is it trashy and ungracious to celebrate and post picture of your divorce but not of your wedding? Lol. It’s because we associate divorce with failure and negativity. It’s completely high value for her to publicly announce she’s happily divorced. She chose herself and no shame in having a sash and cake made for herself.

Because she wants to. Period. It’s a victory for her. And good for you, that’s your own way of celebrating.

I know. When I say let let her, I don’t mean you are telling her not to, I mean no need for criticizing her ways of expressing her joy. This isn’t a case of her writing paragraphs bashing her ex husband. She’s just celebrating and posting some pics, geez Louise.

I say normalize because in my culture and religion (Christian), divorce is very taboo. I’ve seen countless women stay with their awful husbands because divorce is one of the worst sins to commit. I say enough is enough. People can change after marriage, men can scheme and manipulate you into marrying them. You are not the problem, they are. Divorce. You deserve good things.

Men holding doors open for me happens daily. I’ll also hold the door for anyone. I’ve had men offer to help me load my groceries a few times and that’s a big no; I’m able-bodied and don’t want strangers to hit on me, expect a tip, or steal my stuff. Right, I never said you wanted to date casually. I thought you wanted a relationship but then you said you just want a baby. Well, for one you’d be a single mother by choice. You will have no help from the father and if he doesn’t want to contribute financially to the child, you’ll be fighting with his lawyers to get that more than likely. 5’9 here. Yup Sounds like insecurity on their part. How tall were your exes? There’s someone for everyone. My height has never been a problem in dating - at least I’ve never had a man insult my height. Also, I don’t want to date anyone my height or shorter and never have. You don’t have to settle if you’re not comfortable with shorter men.

I’ll only date men a few years older than me at most but I prefer my age or younger. There’s a reason he’s older and not married, ladies. I’m inclined to agree with you. I wasn’t ever able to cum from penetration until my ex and his big ol dick came along. My fear is meeting a really amazing man and waiting at least 3 months to sleep with him, and finding out his dick is below average.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/08/20 05:50 PM

Because they’re invested in their ex. Time, emotions, money. She probably still loves him and wants him back. Watch out if he says they’ve been on and off for a long period of time. Many guys will break up with their girl in order to sleep with other girls so it’s not considered cheating, and then go back to her when they’re ready. Or the other person broke up with them and them and now they want them back.

I’m tall too! But I don’t wanna date shorter guys lol. What’s a small dick size for you? My ex was 8+ inches when he was hard and after we broke up, I slept with a guy who was probably 4 or 5 inches and he could not make me cum from penetration.

I feel her, I used to be dumb like that too. My ex left me for a friend who I had questioned in the past. He’ll adamantly tell you he didn’t leave me for her, but considering they started getting close a month after he ended us, I don’t believe shit. Especially since he had previously told me he had crushed on her in the past and they called each other husband and wife while they were friends lmao (and yes we did fight about it and he assured me it’s nothing hah). Now they’re exclusively dating …

I check the Instagram of everyone I’ve been with. The guy I was last fucking with followed/follows mainly petite Asian and Latina girls. I’m white, tall, and thicc. He’d be very into me when we had sex but I’m fairly sure I was just something different he wanted to check off his list. So yeah, trust what you see.

Not defending the age gap but I’ve dated a couple of younger guys who pushed the boundaries like this. They knew I liked them and I’m a nice person and they took advantage of that. Edit: the guys were younger than me

I think about this often. Men commit overwhelmingly more violent crimes than women. Overwhelmingly. I believe it’s a mixture of both nature and nurture. If parents were given “how to raise respectful sons” classes and if school implemented teachings of respecting women and human decency, while not tolerating any type of violence or hate towards women in any form, the world would be a better place. Also, men have completely trashed the earth for their own egos and power struggles. Good times.

I have to laugh at him physically insulting all the women disagreeing with him. Meanwhile, he’s 5’9 (average male height) acting like he’s 6’3 lmao. He ain’t cute at all either, no one wants to pay your rent fuggo

I feel for her, she’s young. He sounds like my ex. He would boldly ask me or tell me to give him money after the first couple of times I helped him out. And I never once asked him for money. Don’t do it, ladies.

These are the types of things I wanted my ex to do. I would always be listening to what he was saying and surprise him, do nice things for him. I can count on one hand the number of times he surprised me or did something sweet to make me feel better.

I’m a white woman and rarely date white men. I’ve had bad experiences with them and am open to any race but avoid white dudes, generally. What does that make me? Edit: thanks to the white scrote who dm’d me to tell me I’m trashy for preferring not to date white men. You’re the reason baby 😘

Someone like him, who is so careful in his appearance sets my alarms off. His smugness reeks thru his cashmere sweater.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 05:35 PM
5

Absolutely. The guy I was sleeping with most recently told me about how he cheated on his ex multiple times, didn’t appreciate her or treat her right for a long time. And she knows and still wants to be with him. My experience is that men like that can “change” and be better for a short time before they start to fall back to their old ways.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 05:32 PM
7

He reminds me of an old friend/acquaintance who would dress somewhat similar and brag about all the pussy he got. Which shocked me because he’s not very masculine at all (same with the guy in the video), and he’s not a guy girls would fall over for. He does make decent money and he would tell me somewhat similar stories.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 05:23 PM

I saw that too. Disgusting. He’s real bold to make multiple videos explaining/bragging about his technique. The internet needs to take him down.

What do you do, if you don’t mind me asking?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 06:46 AM
5

Yes, you are thank you so much! I have overshared before and there are some things I simply don’t feel the need to discuss or ever share. Do you think it’s possible to only be 65% vulnerable with a man in a marriage? Assuming you are under the same roof, have children together, etc. I want to be smart but I don’t want to feel as if I have to have my guard up throughout my marriage.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/08/20 04:07 AM
6

That makes sense, especially during the beginning stages. I think my problem is I’m very honest and I can’t imagine not being honest and sharing with someone I love or with my husband. What about them? Do we assume they are always withholding information? Or should we try getting more information out of them? I don’t want to feel as if I’m living with a stranger either.

Lol ugh this is definitely true with many men I’ve encountered. However, I’ve been just a booty call with a couple of men who went back to their less attractive ex. Most likely I was part of their hit list before they were ready to fully commit to their ex or a different girl. So it’s more than looks, when it comes to a girlfriend/ex. it’s connection, history, guilt, future outlook, what they consider good wife-material, etc.

FDS was a suggested sub after I joined dating and datingover30 after my last relationship with a LVM ended this year, and after I had slept with a guy I liked, who is a player but still back and forth with his ex. So When I first browsed thru this thread I was like damn these girls really hate men lol. But I joined anyway and kept reading posts and was just stunned (in a good eye opening neat). It was like reading things I knew but didn’t know. I knew men should chase women, should pay, but let …

So I’ve read a few comments saying you should never give/show your vulnerability, emotions, etc fully to a man. I wish I could find the post but was it was something like only show 10% when first dating, 30% during established relationship, and 65% during marriage. I don’t know if the numbers are correct and this may be in the handbook, which I will continue reading after finals. I guess my question is why? I know it’s to protect ourselves in case of the man betraying us or using us. But what do…

So most men will cheat. And if we don’t tolerate it, we have to also accept we’ll be getting divorced sometime in our lifetime. Honestly I don’t even know if I ever want to get married.

I think I want children someday but I love being 31 and not having kids. I love being able to sleep in, travel on a whim (or at all), hang out with friends, basically do what I want. I still am in school (almost done!) and work but I just love not having kids rn. I also consistently get told I look much younger than I am. I don’t have any wrinkles yet (definitely due to having no kids and few relationships under my belt). I have nephews I adore but I don’t feel my biological clock really ticking…

No one taught me anything about men and dating. No one taught me men will put on sheep’s clothes to lure you to get what they want from you. Church taught me that sex before marriage is one of the worst things a woman could do. And a woman’s role is basically to be a man’s support in every way (except financially maybe). My parents met young and have little or no previous dating experience. Everything I learned was thru experience and friend’s experience. And I was so scared and indoctrinated in…

Agreed. However, sometimes I prefer texting for 2 reasons: so I can think about what I want to say. Sometimes in person when tension or pressure is high I forget everything I want to say or get distracted by questions, etc. Second, having something in writing let’s me and/or the other person reflect over what has been said. Also receipts lol

I’m sorry girl. It’s still very fresh for you. It will get better, but it will come in waves. Do you have anyone else you can talk to? If not, writing it out helps. I keep an album of truths on Instagram I’ll save and scan thru to remind myself that I made the right choice. It’s hard when we have good hearts and loved/cared for that person and they were just not worthy of us. Put yourself first and put the energy you put into him into yourself.

Yup. But I crave more than just the actual dick and fucking. I love intimacy: kissing, touching, feeling physically close to someone, watching them be turned on. I have a vibrator and I used it and I still crave sex. Also if you don’t have a vibrator, the shower head or faucet is amazing.

My ex just did this recently. But He would reach out via another method after I blocked his number. I made the mistake of engaging in conversation after he sent money on cash app. Now he’s blocked there and everywhere I’ve interacted with him.

Wow I’m so sorry you experienced this. We need to do better and support each other as women. I’ve been to two women’s gyms where I live. One was larger and a little more crowded. I would have stayed at that one but the distance was a little too much. The second one I currently go to is much smaller but it’s closer and I love it. Everyone is nice. There isn’t a dress code as far as I’ve seen. And It’s 24 hours access. The times I go, there’s barely anyone there. I love working out in peace even w…

I have guys who I’ve slept with a couple of times be some of the first to watch. And sometimes they were the ones who rejected me lol. It’s partly them and part instagram’s algorithm. I believe the quicker you are to watch someone’s story, the more likely it will be one of the first in line to watch. Probably interaction too such as dms, liking pics, etc.

Yes girl! I have been way better off financially as well since being single too! I have two more semesters before I get my degree and I have credit card debt, car loan, student debt. I am working on paying off credit card debt first since my student loans don’t collect interest til later (tho I’m still paying a small monthly amount towards them). I work and pay for all my bills. Can’t wait to have more money in my bank.

Just need to vent for a min. My LVM ex and I broke up end of April. A bit of back story. We have been on and off for about 2.5 years. It has been very hard. I have been so so good to him even when I knew I was doing too much and he wasn’t stepping up. He’s younger than me so I alway tried to teach him - I know, big mistake. Last year I left him because he never had told me he loved me. Not once. Once I told him I was sleeping with someone else (we were not dating at the time, just having sex and…

Never again. I was soooo dumb. And the best part, he recently broke up with the girl he met and ghosted me for, and hit me up on Instagram like nothing ever happened lol. Exactly. The good looking ones are almost always fuck boys. They can get any girl and they know it. Most of my exes have been really good looking and most were fuck boys at heart. And yeah I see guys my age (31) looking haggard af. These men better start taking care of their skin.
