It's the same for me, the more effort I put in the less she is into me. I guess women want the things they can't get so if you're too easy to get you're uninteresting for them

Idk how this works for other men. Whenever I show a lot of affection I get rejected or friendzoned. Being more cold is working much better for me To answer your question, I think a lot of men feel the need to put in a lot of effort because they don't have much confidence and because women say they expect it and want princess treatment etc. The man is expected to do all these things to be worthy of the woman. I think men would also like it if they were just liked for who they are and not for what…

What women describe as toxic masculinity is often just masculinity. Either way, a man will still do better with women if he is too masculine than if he is too unmasculine
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 04:11 PM
1

Most women want a masculine man. It's in their DNA. We're just setting young men up for failure by telling them otherwise
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 04:08 PM

The majority of women want a masculine man. It's in their DNA
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 04:06 PM

I think toxic masculinity is just something made up by women who are chronically online or isolated but doesn't actually reflect how most women think or act. No woman wants a unmasculine or submissive man
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 02:33 PM

It's all nonsense anyway. Women complain about toxic masculinity but in reality they seek exactly those attributes in a man
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 02:13 PM

Many words but little said. However I think it is true that women want a man who is "better" and more experienced than them. Someone who they don't have to take care of and who can take care of them instead. I think a lot of men are being mislead by the modern narrative that they always have to be extremely nice and careful around women. Most men nowadays should probably focus much more on their masculine/dominant side. If a man doesn't do so there is no point for a woman to date him
/r/PurplePillDebate22/05/25 09:28 AM

What's your alternative? Accept that you will never get anywhere and drown in self pity?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/25 07:45 PM

Ditch dating apps. For guys who don't look 10/10 they are mostly a waste of time and might be bad for your confidence. Go for long walks around busy areas with a lot of people and do approaches there. I tried to look for specific places with women as well, bookstores are good, but I'm not going to stay at a bookstore for hours

/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/25 06:40 PM

Just don't think about who you are or who you want to be. Try to be in the moment and don't think too much. Some guys really shouldn't be themselves but they'll only learn that by failing and adapting. Thinking about who you want to be and trying to act in that way won't work. You can only adapt and grow with experience.
/r/seduction17/05/25 01:13 PM

You can do it whenever you want but I'd only do it when you have serious intentions.
/r/seduction17/05/25 11:05 AM

I'd say don't try to force yourself into a good mood but try to empty your mind and get rid of what's putting you in a bad mood. Talk to someone randomly without any intention, hold your breath and meditate. Stuff like that to get rid of the thoughts in your head. The less thoughts the better

I fixed my approach anxiety by just going out with a buddy who pressured me into approaching. My approaches were and still are a little awkward sometimes but I'm always super polite so the interaction is always positive. I've never been rudely rejected or anything. The girls that reject me usually still smile, thank me and say they have a bf. So I never feel bad after getting rejected. Maybe she really has a bf and if not, we still had a nice interaction so there is nothing to feel bad about. I …

Nah he's got a good point. One shouldn't say "I'm just looking for something casual" straight up if she doesn't ask about it. Only say your intentions if she asks about them. You can/should also try to make it clear in a subtle non-verbal way like the other guy said
/r/seduction13/05/25 07:49 PM
4

I agree but at the same time I feel very naive for doing so. While she says no to me because I'm honest she's going to hook up with the next guy who is dishonest. I can feel good about my morals but at the end of the day he's getting women while I'm not

What helped me the most was stopping to look for advice and and going out and taking action instead

In retrospect I should have asked her if she was happily married but I didn't think quick enough. I hope I see her again. You don't go after women who are in a relationship

Getting to the lowest point in my life made me realize this. It felt like everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but I realized that even in this situation I am fine. It sounds super cringe but I think there is a lot of truth to that quote from Fight Club: "It's only after we've lost everything, that we are free to do anything." I'm still not very confident by any means but compared to how I was before I made a ton of progress. I think a lot of it also comes down to experience. It's good t…

There is a difference between just being a womanizer and going out of your way to approach tons of women. The latter would likely seem desperate or creepy to many women. I do cold approaching as well, but I wouldn't talk about it like a hobby in front of women.
/r/seduction23/04/25 05:14 PM
1

But would you say to a woman you're dating that picking up chicks or cold approaching is a hobby of yours?
/r/seduction23/04/25 05:03 PM
1

When we like another person, There are hobbies that help you with being liked and ones that don't. If you put a video of yourself dancing well or playing guitar in your dating profile that will attract 1000x more women than you showing off your Warhammer collection for example.
/r/seduction23/04/25 05:01 PM
1

What would you say made the biggest difference in regards to your appearance or what caused your glow up? Did you improve your physique or your face?
/r/seduction19/04/25 04:32 PM
1

What places or events would you go to? Most of my hobbies/interests are done alone or don't attract a lot of people. So far I only cold approached randomly
/r/seduction19/04/25 03:36 PM
1

Yea this is exactly what I think as well. But at the same time I don't want to work towards a higher social status because it's not genuine. I don't think it's in my nature to be very social because I don't really connect with many people, so I don't want to be fake or have fake friendships just for status
/r/seduction18/04/25 06:46 PM
4

Yea maybe just more exposure/experience with them would help. Although them being hollow wouldn't change much for me. I (subconsciously) put them on a pedestal only because of their beauty and the status that comes with that.
/r/seduction18/04/25 05:51 PM
1

You want the benefits of being a social man without any of the costs... Yea I guess so. I don't really want to be successfully socially, just successful with women. But I guess those goals go hand in hand. I don't think it's in my nature to be very social. I like talking to people but I don't connect with everyone because I have strange interests and humor as well as a limited social battery
/r/seduction18/04/25 05:24 PM
1

You don't like to party or socialize much so, yeah, women who do like to party and socialize won't find you very desirable. And guess what? That's perfectly OK. Not everyone is compatible with everyone. A super social woman wouldn't be a good match for you Sure, I guess it's just a tough pill to swallow for me that most normal women would find me undesirable. I'd hope to be with many women, but that seems very unlikely to happen
/r/seduction18/04/25 05:03 PM
4

I'm not someone with high social status. I don't have many friends and I don't want many either. I'm not very social and I don't like partying so I think that probably makes me undesirable to most women.
/r/seduction18/04/25 04:46 PM
4

I think it's because I put them above me in the social hierarchy and think I'm not what they desire
/r/seduction18/04/25 04:28 PM
1

Yea I love myself but I feel like others won't because I'm too different
/r/seduction18/04/25 02:59 PM
1

Why would you care? If she isn't, she can just tell you
/r/seduction12/04/25 08:05 PM
4

When they approach you they cannot know whether you "get it", they can only go off your looks. It would be much harder for young men to have this approach because they have so much more competition, young women have higher "value" on the dating market and women generally prefer men older than them
/r/seduction30/03/25 06:36 PM
6

Maybe it's true if you are in your 30s or 40s as women become a bit more desperate there since it's harder to find good men
/r/seduction30/03/25 05:39 PM
19

Then you are either a 10/10 in terms of looks or you're lying. This definitely isn't good advice for the average guy. They will have to go out and make the first move.
/r/seduction30/03/25 05:15 PM
45

You're saying 150+ women approached you? I find that very hard to believe
/r/seduction30/03/25 02:11 PM
2

You're misunderstanding me. I'm not trying to look good for women. I'm trying to work on myself. I've been doing the things I want all my life and it hasn't made me confident. To become confident I will have to leave my comfort zone. That doesn't mean completely changing who I am. I started cold approaching, not because I enjoyed it but because I needed to do it to stop being so unconfident.
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:33 PM
2

Yes of course, but confidence isn't a switch that I can just turn on. It takes practise and experience like any other skill. That's why I'm looking to do things that help me become more confident and feel good in my own skin, even if that means doing things that I don't completely enjoy.
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:17 PM
1

I'd hope that her attraction to me doesn't depend solely on the fact that I dance. But I'm not looking for a long term relationship anyway
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:14 PM
3

When I only do things I want to do I'd never meet women in the first place
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:10 PM
2

I won't get women by staying at home and playing video games
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:08 PM
1

I'm not going there to seduce girls I'm going there to develop the skills that could potentially make me able to seduce girls in the future like confidence and social skills
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:07 PM
2

I'm genuinely interested in women so that's what I'm pursuing. Staying completely true to myself made me become secluded and unattractive to women so I have to make changes
/r/seduction29/03/25 08:03 PM
2

Yea I just want to see if I can also optimize other areas of my life to help me become better with women, as that is my main goal currently
/r/seduction28/03/25 03:26 PM
1

Yea but I think it's the only way I'll be able to meet enough women. Day game just takes up hours and hours to only meet a couple of women if any at all and dating apps don't work for me
/r/seduction16/03/25 07:17 PM
1

Yea that sounds better but I'm a very antisocial person and like being alone. Cold approaching feels more natural and direct to me
/r/seduction16/03/25 01:18 PM
0

Yea I mainly use dating apps, I also cold approach during the day here and there but it's difficult to find the time for it. I guess I should start doing night game as well, but I don't enjoy bars and clubs. Maybe not the best metaphor, but dating isn't like working out or other skills where you're directly rewarded for much effort you put in. Good point

I don't pedastalize or downplay anyone. I just find it difficult to lie to myself. If women stood in line to be with me then I would consider myself a 10, because then that would be the truth
/r/seduction15/03/25 09:38 PM

you need to see yourself as a 10 and everyone else is just a 5 That's lying to yourself
/r/seduction15/03/25 09:25 PM

I'd have to draw that self-esteem from somewhere. In regards to dating it is women who dictate how valuable I am. I find it hard to lie to myself about that. I'll try meditation though
/r/seduction15/03/25 09:12 PM

Atm I have 0 quantity so I'm not really in a position where I can make that decision. I do have standards of course but they aren't super high
/r/seduction02/03/25 08:19 PM

I approach her because I find her attractive and I expect to get to know her if she gives me her number and then we see where it goes from there. I don't expect them to sleep with me after only having talked once
/r/seduction01/03/25 10:18 PM

I am desperate but the reason why I don't get laid is just that I never go out and I'm not good looking enough for dating apps
/r/seduction01/03/25 10:03 PM

How do you go at it then? Is your Instagram profile that good and you just message them like on a dating app?
/r/seduction01/03/25 09:37 PM

I think he has a point though, so far every time I was open about just looking for something casual I got a somewhat negative reaction or got ghosted, even when those women had selected in their profile that they were open to something casual. Maybe they had different expectations to me specifically or I was too blunt about it but I'm getting the impression that extremely few women would ever say or directly agree to something casual, even if they are theoretically open to it under certain circu…

Not giving up. It's hard to stay optimistic sometimes. I get 0 matches on dating apps and cold approaching is such a time consuming grind. Usually my interactions go pretty well but then often I get ghosted or go on several dates just for her to tell me she isn't ready yet etc. And I don't even look bad. I've been working out for 6 years, dress well, do looksmaxxing and probably look above average but that's not enough as a guy.
/r/seduction27/02/25 11:26 PM

/r/seduction23/02/25 11:20 PM

You mean I overthink it?
/r/seduction23/02/25 11:10 PM

I don't want mystery boss I just want to get laid
/r/seduction23/02/25 10:42 PM

I'll try nonetheless. Better than giving up
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:55 PM

Sure but my fake self at least has the possibility of getting women if I get better at faking it. My true self will never be appealing to women on the other hand
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:50 PM
10

My true self wouldn't get any women into bed though. That's what I'm trying to say. I don't want to accept that
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:36 PM
6

I get what you mean, but atm I get 0 women so I have to change something to be considered at least. If I only do what I want without caring about what women think it will stay that way.
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:30 PM
1

Going out with a buddy who pressured me a bit helped me get over it. The first approach is the hardest but after that it gets much easier
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:19 PM
3

Yea I find those qualities very hard to grasp. There are dudes who I would consider terrible protectors/providers but who get tons of women and vice versa.
/r/seduction23/02/25 07:08 PM
3

Yea I have, my first day cold approaching actually went relatively well. It felt fine and 2 out of 7 girls gave me their number/IG, with one of them I went on several dates. I just find difficult to muster up the courage and really get into my head sometimes
/r/seduction18/02/25 05:36 PM
1

I don't think therapy can fix the root of the problem unfortunately. I just need to meet more women and then I'll probably eventually realize that women's affection alone doesn't fulfill me. But I think I need to do make that experience first to grasp it
/r/seduction18/02/25 04:36 PM
1

you should adopt that abundance mindset. 'Im great, I am *that* man who will sweep her off her feet.' I'm not though, I have very little experience with women. I can't lie to myself. I can only tell myself to stop overthinking and be myself
/r/seduction18/02/25 04:31 PM
1

This is good advice, thanks
/r/seduction18/02/25 04:28 PM
1

You are right but I don't think I'll be able to change my mindset in this regard anytime soon. I'm still a virgin and I've never felt genuine affection from a woman which makes me feel extremely pathetic so it's the only thing I really want. I don't care about anything else really
/r/seduction18/02/25 04:28 PM
1

Because I don’t treat women like trophies or objects to obtain, or tools of self-affirmation to find out how much i am worth. I find it hard to get out of this mindset. I feel like how appealing one is to women is the best way to measure a man's worth. Genuine affection is something that money can't buy
/r/seduction18/02/25 04:07 PM
1

Think of it this way- you’re an attractive dude. Even then women aren’t gonna come hit on you, because they want you to do the work. Yea this is what bothers me really. I think I look relatively good. I've been working out for 6 years, dress well, do looksmaxxing etc. but I feel like it doesn't matter much unless I look like a 10/10. I'll always be in a "lower" position and have to put in more effort than her and I won't be desired just for who I am
/r/seduction18/02/25 03:51 PM
2

Just don't become too attached and clingy. You can love someone without trying to make them happy 100% of the time. Especially since that will have the opposite effect.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 03:18 PM

I think those are usually men who struggle to cope with the reality of the dating market
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 12:15 PM

That there are measurable qualities like looks and status that play a crucial role in mate selection and it's not enough to just be a nice guy for example
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 11:57 AM

I think many women just don't say what they truly want because they don't want to say uncomfortable truths or seem superficial. Or they don't fully understand their emotions
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 11:43 AM

It's because women themselves have no idea what they want. Women say A and do B
/r/PurplePillDebate08/01/25 11:36 AM
1

Initiating is a man's duty in a relationship. Being able to do so with confidence (and respect), risking rejection, is a sign of high value. Low value would be not approaching at all because you don't have the courage.
/r/seduction04/01/25 06:08 PM

How would you explain all the women who say they'd want to have sex with Luigi Mangione? Are his actions what aroused them?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 09:32 PM

Behavior doesn't matter if the guy is ugly. Good looks are required to make other factors matter in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 09:10 PM

They don't want to seem superficial and don't want to hurt anyone's feelings
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/24 09:09 PM
3

How can you go through life not understanding basic human nature
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/24 10:24 PM
1

The incentive to be a good person is that you keep your self respect and honor as well as not bothering or harming others.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/24 11:51 PM
15

It's degenerative behavior, both of the consumers and the producers. If you don't see anything wrong with it, keep cooming to other people having sex. Noone is going to stop you.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/12/24 03:38 PM

I think it's also because men mainly want romantic and sexual interest, which they can already get in one night, and don't need to be taken out on fancy dinners or be provided for.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/24 02:07 PM
7

Yea I will never understand women's attraction. For me money is paper with numbers on it and it's not given out rationally, so it doesn't necessarily reflect positive or admirable traits. There's a girl who is now a millionaire because she said hawk tuah.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:56 PM
6

Earned or not, your looks are part of you. Money is completely external. Unless, I put in effort to be pretty which is equal to a guy putting in effort to earn money. One means directly working on yourself and the other means accumulating an external resource. For me these are different things.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:36 PM
6

I think most guys would prefer that
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:27 PM
15

My money is not a part of me. It's just a resource that I currently possess but I can always lose it. If a woman doesn't want to be with me anymore if I lose my money, she never wanted to be with me anyway. She wanted to be with my money. I'd rather be single for the rest of my life than have a partner like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/24 11:23 PM
3

and the thing is most men dont want to go out and do yoga just to meet a woman. That's what I meant in the second part. In the past you wouldn't have to. It was more common to have active local communities and third places where you would regularly meet women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/24 04:09 PM
4

They are probably choosing online dating because it's more convenient. It's not like the other options have stayed the same. Local communities and third places are becoming less relevant or non-existent.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/24 03:37 PM
4

I don't think personal enjoyment is an accurate indicator for whether it has a positive or negative influence on people. People also enjoy drugs and alcohol. I'm not saying the internet is entirely bad but in regards to dating it has surely had a negative influence for most people.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/12/24 03:23 PM
34

2, I can have emotional connections and deep conversations with my family and friends. The 2nd option I can't get anywhere else
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/24 09:50 PM
2

And what made those men good for sex but not for a relationship in your view?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 10:46 PM
2

When I was single I had plenty of sex with men who I had no interest in having a relationship with. Where did you meet those men usually?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 10:35 PM
6

Breaking up would do that too That wouldn't leave her feeling used/objectified. He probably also just wants to keep having sex with her, maybe he thinks he would have difficulties finding another woman if the sex is a positive experienced then continuing to fuck her would not be the punishment Normally women don't seem to be keen on having sex without a real relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 08:30 PM
-1

That seems to be a small minority of women then
/r/PurplePillDebate15/09/24 08:07 PM
9

This is somewhat true, although I can think of examples where it's not the case. If an ugly woman has sex with a very handsome man, I'd say it's not degrading towards her. Or simply if the man and woman are in a loving relationship. Men are inherently tainted or “dirty” while women are inherently pure like an unblemished like a sheet of snow. A woman becoming sexually involved with a man is equivalent to running a white dress through the mud or cow manure. While a man getting involved with a wom…

Normally women want more than sex in a relationship and feel used or objectified if the guy just wants sex from her and nothing else. If both are in the relationship with the sole intention of having noncomittal sex then it's a different case

No, as I understand it the negative part is taking away everything else besides the sex. Not that the sex in itself is bad. I think women usually want emotional connection and care from their partner and not just be pumped and dumped

No... Using a woman only for sex like an object and disregarding her personality is degrading and reducing her to just that. I would think that everyone agrees with this

But those men anyhow planned to "do revenge" to women Sarah by "having sex with her"(?????) I assume the "revenge" in this case was meant to be reducing her to sex, so only using her for that

My assumption is that they learned less social skills with women growing up, so now they have to learn it as an adult which is more difficult. They might be willing to put in effort but they have more catching up to do than previous generations so it's too difficult and unrewarding for them. At the same time they grew up more isolated so they became more accustomed to that and might crave less social interactions in general, meaning they have less of a drive to go out.

The environment they grew up and live in. If it's not that, it would mean that this generation of men suddenly became naturally more antisocial and less willing to pursue women than the men of the past. Unless you think it's always been this way

I think the main problems lie in the environment that the men grew up in. When you have guys who spend most of their youth in front of a screen and whose main point of contact with the opposite sex is the naked women they masturbate to on the internet, it's no wonder that they will struggle in their social and romantic life.

I would probably be seen as someone who "gave up". Although I never started to begin with. I just never had the drive and confidence to pursue women. The current state of affairs is really due to decreasing male investment in sexual relationships with women. I agree with most of your post but I don't think men have really decreased their investment into sexual relationships. Women aren't having trouble finding men to have sex with. Pretty sure women have their type figured out. I'm not saying otherwise. I just don't think it's something women consciously think about. It's an emotion. So if you ask a woman she might say she likes one thing but she might also be attracted to the complete opposite under different circumstances. Like you with the funny fat guy, even though you said you generally like fit men more. I don't consider this as something negative about women.…

Women don't think like men. They aren't turned on just from looks. Emotional connection matters more to them Women who are more selective Exactly for this reason they look for an emotional connection and not just a guy who will use them for sex
/r/seduction26/08/24 05:19 PM

I'm saying they are more likely to sleep with an unattractive confident guy than with an attractive unconfident guy. Looks alone don't do it for women U really think good looking women are sleeping with dudes they find unattractive Yes it happens more than you think
/r/seduction26/08/24 04:13 PM
1

Of course they notice looks first, it's hard to notice a personality in 1 second. That doesn't make it the deciding factor. Women aren't likely to sleep with an attractive guy if he is unconfident or has a shit personality. However there are lots of confident unattractive/ugly guys who get beautiful women. Look around yourself irl
/r/seduction26/08/24 04:00 PM

Definitely, looks matter as well but confidence and the vibe a man gives off are the most important. For men it's difficult to understand because our attraction functions differently. But it's understandable from an evolutionary lense: Men primarily look for a woman with good genes (good looks), whereas women also look for a capable and trustworthy protector/provider. The best way to find a man like that is by sensing his personality and vibe because a strong/attractive body alone doesn't tell y…

Lots of women just want sex and aren't interested in relationships. I didn't say otherwise. I'm saying that looks aren't the deciding factor for them to pursue a man, whether it is for sex or a relationship. Women need an emotional connection to the man to really enjoy sex. Purely visual and bodily pleasure doesn't do it for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/24 09:20 AM

Not the same as men. They wouldn't sleep with a man just because he looks good and I've seen way too many ugly men with beautiful girlfriends

Because I have never in my life seen a guy and wanted to approach him (romantically or sexually I think that's normal because female attraction isn't as visual as men's

You no longer have to go through pregnancy. You don't have to go through pregnancy as a woman either You can walk outside safely at night like you said. Men aren't safe at night either You can have sex wit as many women as u want without being judged. Getting sex becomes more difficult though You are physically stronger than a woman. When are you going to make use of that in today's world?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 10:32 PM

I’ve seen it argued here that women have value for just existing while men are only valued for what they produce. I'm pretty sure this is usually said in regards to dating and not in general
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 09:03 PM

If we're just talking about bodies, men also need to do more to have a good looking body. They need to build muscle
/r/PurplePillDebate24/08/24 06:24 PM

Yea, my example might be too oversimplified. But it doesn't change that our stance on the topic influences what actions we might take regarding certain issues. Here, it would mean that the strength and behavior of boys is a 100% independent on their environment. This is not true, it literally can't. Behavioral phenotypes are strongly intricated with the environment they are expressed in. Now, if we wanted to still believe that, then we would indeed have to change how boys are taken care of by sc…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 08:48 PM

For example: girls typically outperform boys in school. If you believe it's mostly or only about nurture, then parents are raising their boys wrong and causing them to perform worse at school. On the other hand, if you believe nature is the deciding factor then schools are an institution that favors girls' natural strengths or puts boys at a disadvantage due to their nature. These conclusions will lead to different actions when one tries to solve the issue.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 04:44 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 12:17 PM

At the end of the day does it really matter? Yes, it does. It influences how we run our society and handle things like parenting and education.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 12:04 PM

For women to really enjoy sex, they need to form an emotional connection to that person. In evolutionary terms, men primarily look for good genes (physical attraction) whereas women also look for a trustworthy and capable father+provider. Merely getting a mate and having sex is nothing special for a woman and it's also riskier for them, so their brain rewards them more for finding a mate they can trust and emotionally bond with.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 10:02 PM

Yes I find it perfectly reasonable to choose physically attractive partners. That's why I'm confused when some women don't do that
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 09:48 PM

I’ve liked very questionable and objectively ugly but charming men. This is something I've heard often from women and I can't wrap my head around it as a man. I could never feel attraction towards a woman that I don't find physically attractive

I live in Germany and I'd say the problems are the same in every developed country. Having children poses too many financial and time-related difficulties. Unless they have a high paying job, the parents either have to work so much that they can't spend a lot of time with their children or they have to raise their children on below average living standards
/r/PurplePillDebate20/08/24 04:56 PM

I don't think humans want to go extinct. The problem is that having children and being able to spend time with them is a luxury nowadays that not many can afford.

Less kids will lead to economic crises. The birth rates are too low to sustain our current way of life in the long run. Every developed country has a birth rate below the replacement level.

Being with a woman at all gives men the feeling of being desirable as a partner, which men often don't feel otherwise. So perhaps that outweighs the negatives of abuse for some.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/24 06:29 PM

I literally haven’t thought about the possibility of having real sex in several years How many women have you actually approached and asked out in those years? You really don't need to be an Adonis to get women. Women don't even care that much about looks compared to men. You just need to go out and talk to them. Even if it was all about looks, there is so much you can do to look better.

There is no need for intimacy in (most) male friendships. We just hang out to have fun and get away from our problems. It's the time where we can forget everything else, be unserious and enjoy the moment. I don't think that's shallow, those are the most genuine interactions. There is no need to share every single information about each other. We know each other from the time we spend together and we like each other because we enjoy our time together. Without alcohol I am socially retarded because my brain stops me from being my true self when talking to others and somehow puts me below others in the social hierarchy.
