It empowers women to get railed by the hottest men and get fucked to their hearts content.

They are the big winners.

The losers are the average men who cannot compete.

Because of evolutionary biology, women have always lusted after a fraction of the top men. It’s just that with the internet, they can happily fulfil this evolutionary hard wired impulse (at the expense of the average man who loses out even more)

I think men on this sub underestimate how many women go out of their way to make it so that random men can't find them on the internet.

The majority of women I know make their accounts private and 90% of the engagement they get is other women. Data consistently shows that women are more likely to make social media accounts private than men.

If you think that women are constantly seeking attention from strange men you are likely basing that belief on influencers and other women you don't actually know. Which makes sense, because they're the minority choosing to make themselves available to you.

I've always been an analog man. Our brains aren't built to deal with this level of technology. There also isn't nearly enough regulations to make technology ethical. Look at places with limited access to the Internet their social communities are much better.

Let break it down a little more simple, but not too simple. Women in general ALWAYS flock to the best men. It's been proven throughout history. Women used to be limited to men in their local city/town/state before the internet & online dating. Even with that there's only so many men you can meet in a day. Even with that they would still pick the top men. Now with dating being global with dating apps a woman at her fingertips has the option to run through hundreds if not thousands of men in a day. Her choosing the top men doesn't change. If anything it makes it even harder for men because now average men are competing with 6'4 ultra Chad's & Tyrones. Or the tech guy 23yr who makes $36k a month.

To make a long story short & a short story long. Women for forever & ALWAYS pick the best but when you add in a lot of better competition at a bigger volume she's going to pick those better options.

Cheating was significantly easier before the internet, some guys could even maintain 2 families, they just said they had a travel job. Nobody knew where you were and couldn’t be contacted.

Men have raised their looks standard significantly for women with porn and social media. Below average women are largely ignored, they don’t get asked on dates anywhere near the level of above average women.

Female hypergamy wasn’t evolutionary designed to include every single desirable man in a 50 mile radius. This is so recent this happened in last decade and now men are dealing with the repercussions. Young women deal with more anxiety and depression than ever. They get too fixated with cosmetic looksmaxing, attention, and gaining status through men.

Here’s how most average men fail with internet dating:

They shoot out of their league or intentionally pursue women that would not be into them/their lifestyle.

I know men who lead simple, frugal lives who would approach women that have plastic surgery, designer head to toe, sugar daddies, always at a section at the club with high rollers (I live in vegas), going to Delilah on Saturday nights etc, vip at Formula 1, sitting at the Wynn field club during the Super Bowl etc, or they’re always in the box seats when the raiders are playing

So it’s obvious these women are used to a certain lifestyle. Yet these men will try asking them on a walk to the park/coffee date/etc.

They also tend to ignore the girls that would be too plain to be seen at a high rollers table, Wynn field club or Delilah.

Men who are too frugal to buy $25 cocktails are shooting for women that hang out at $30k sections. But they also turn their nose up at the type of women that would be too plain to be invited to a table/behind the dj booth.

Basically they are signing up to compete against the high rollers, djs, the casino executives, athletes or just super attractive for the women they want.

Men will follow a girl with 10k-200k followers and expect her to notice him, and follow him back (they have never met).
