I'm not even sure why it matters. The job is what is important when on a mission. If you can do it without repercussion its gold. The irony is that those they keep are often the ones with mental problems after, so they obviously weren't fit for the mission and may commit crimes or be unstable and end their own life, yet a person who willing goes into it is shot of the chance?
