I like how Sheryl Sandberg says that she was called "bossy" and yet she made it pretty far up the ladder in many positions like Vice President of Global Online Sales and Operations at Google, served as Chief of staff to United states Treasury secretary, and is the COO of Facebook. She has a net worth of $1 billion. Yeah please tell how being called "bossy" keeps women down and afraid to take leadership positions.

A great video, although I have to say that thunderf00t's jumping onto sexual dimorphism INSTANTLY as the (implcitly: only) alternative explanation for women not being in leadership roles is a bit disingenuous.

Perhaps, just perhaps, many women find the excess responsibility outstrips the increased rewards of leadership?

Perhaps because gender norms don't think any less of a woman who doesn't endlessly compete to control others?

Of course biology matters, but jumping INSTANTLY to biological reductionism unfortunately helps perpetuate the impression that all people critical of today's feminist movement believe that women are biologically determined to do nothing but make babies and sammiches.

Otherwise, another fantastic video from Thunderf00t and its nice to see another video with that infamous clip of Anita admitting she hates gaming and was never a gamer!

"Fear of the name increases fear of the thing itself." It's not a word that makes you timid, it's your mom/ grandma/ aunt/ female elementary school teacher who tells you you're not 'the way a girl should be' if you lead rather than follow.
