I stopped about 4 minutes in when the woman starts ranting about telling children the possible side effects of medication. Why is it wrong to inform people of the potential harm that can befall them upon taking prescription pills? I mean, I thought you were legally required to list the side effects of medication, but apparently this woman wants to keep all this information away from us.

my concern is that how do they expect him to react when they don't give him any information? I mean jesus christ, regardless of what the medicine is, if it causes something harmful and he needs to go to the hospital, he needs to be able to list off what medication she is on. By giving him visitation rights but not giving him information relevant to his daughters safety is negligence by the mother and the court.

I can't believe how forward, aggressive, demanding, and demeaning that woman was. "No, ask ME what my goals for being a parent are". Uhmmm, okay. And then as he agrees she proceeds to tell him how he is not doing that because he described his concerns and possible issues to his daughter.

Why are they even having this conversation like this? How is this professional and non-harassment? How is that woman in any position to discuss weight concerns?

The father had a lawsuit in about this. His lawsuit has been removed from my previous source, but I still have my comment about it previously which has quotes from it.

Page 18 starting at point 75 of the full federal lawsuit he filed says, "Defendant [redacted] (the mother) unilaterally changed without notice to, or confirmation from Ben [redacted], the Scheduled appointment date for the next visit.

Point 76: "Anya was brought to the McDonalds Restaurant...and was told she would be seeing her father, Anya waited in anticipation to be with her father for the 1 hour permitted per week"

Point 77: "When her father, Ben [redacted] , did not appear, because as aforementioned he was never notified...Anya become very distraught, weeping and crying loudly, fearing her father had forgotten about her."

Point 78: "Defendant [redacted] believe that this behavior was unacceptable, declared that Anya E was uncontrollable, and directed and effected that Anya be brought to the emergency room at Kingston Hospital by ambulance to be treated for said behavior.

So, allegedly, the mother took the daughter to McDonalds (which is something the CPS worker specifically told the father not to do). Told her that her father was coming (even though he wasn't informed). Then called an ambulance and took her to the hospital!

And the father isn't even allowed to know what medications his daughter is taking. What happens in an emergency? Fuck, who the hells knows what will happen. The guy has been turned into a baby-sitter for one day a week and just gets shit on for it. He even gets to pay to be treated like shit! What a lucky guy.

That disgusting cow. I can't even begin to list the number of infuriating, retarded things that voluminous heifer spouted off during that meeting. I applaud him for keeping his cool. The very fact that that disgusting yeast factory thinks that she knows all the answers to how that father should care for his own child during his time with her is the ultimate in arrogance.

The saddest part of family court is how disproportionately staffed it is with female case workers. Those are the ones who write the reports and recommendations to the judge. They are the ones sitting up behind the bench, to the side of the judge, whispering in their ear what the judge should do. Almost exclusively, the judge is going to half listen to what the parents have to say yet do whatever the caseworker recommended in their report.

Gentlemen, if you have a family court issue to deal with then you need to know your enemy. And those repulsive, self righteous moo cows that call themselves caseworkers are your main enemies. They are the strings that move the marionette in the black robe.

You will have to win them over to your side during the early stages if you want to have a chance. Butter them up. (It's obvious most of them love their butter.) Show no anger in your voice. Show no disdain for your ex. Choke it all down and act smiley and friendly. When they question your parenting choices DO NOT show your justifiable outrage. Just nod and act like you happily learned great wisdom from the fleshy mound of Buddah. Just say, "Oh, you're right. I see what you mean. Okay, that's a great idea. Thank you." Obviously, you are going to ignore every retarded thought the quivering mass of cellulite managed to slurp out of her pastry hole, but you need to do that AFTER you win your case. Get these beasts on your side. Their recommendations mean everything to your case. Most likely, you will have an uphill battle because they will have most likely spoken with the mother first and absorbed her side of the story first. You will have to overcome whatever bullshit your ex had been telling them, and the worst thing you can do is go in angry, defensive or with a chip on your shoulder. It will only reconfirm instantly whatever your ex accused you of.

These blobs already hate most men. They are confronted by angry fathers daily, over and over for years on end. You have to win them over so kill em with kindness. If you have a meeting like this dude had, or supervised visitation, or anything of the like, bring a small box of cookies for you and your kid, and offer them some. (They will most likely not take any despite the overwhelming urge they'll have to stuff their faces, due to rules or wariness, but they will remember the gesture.) Do what you need to to get on their good side. Remember, once the court bullshit is over, you never have to deal with these hippos again, so suck up your pride for a little bit and do what you need to to win.

P.S. Be friendly but unless you're ridiculously good looking, (You will already know for yourself if you are or not) don't flirt. Those sows will think you're a just divorced player or your ex's accusations of being a cheater are real, and they will turn on you as fast as their excessive mass and the law of gravity will allow.
