As a firm believer in the validity of the MRM, I've brought it up to a few of my close friends, yet time and time again have faced complete and utter rejection.

My typically reasonable, level-headed friends that I can have legitimate discussions with about anarchy and communism and all types of controversial political issues just all of the sudden freak out when I mention men's rights.

They won't even argue with me. They'll just reply with things like "Men and women aren't equal, so we shouldn't treat them equally", or "It has been proven that men are more aggressive because they have more testosterone, so they deserve stricter laws."

These are my close friends, and I just can't understand it. I haven't met a single person who agrees with me about men's rights, or even one who won't laugh at me for believing it.

So I'm just wondering, is this a largely adult movement or are my friends all abnormal white knights?

EDIT: Maybe I should mention my friends and I are 17.
