Yes i know it's the time of year to be thankful for our veterans both living and fallen for the service they have provided for us, however i think at this time of year more than any we should consider the crimes which were visited upon these men by their own governments by their use of forced service and conscription, i think that today shouldn't only be about sombre remembrance, but about considering and damn well demanding an apology from governments for their records of forced military servitude inflicted upon their male populations, and for us to look forward and campaign for a day when men will not be forced off to war again, to end legislation which takes ownership of a man's body from him and gives it to the state, i know this post will be recieved by many as disrespectful, but i don't care.
