Angry people do more harm than good for their cause. Of course, you may need to vent but militism serves no one. If you are a man who has been stripped of everything and thus full of rage, your first priority is to get yourself together. Only then will you be able to work effectively as an MRA. Some of us are not victims ourselves, e.g. female supporters of men's rights, but can see the gross injustices men are burdened with. Take counselling, and deal with your issues. Then you will be able to make a positive difference.

I haven't checked your comments, but I think you might be beating yourself up unnecessarily.

While we are careful to avoid threats of physical violence, or gratuitous chick-hate, I think all of us are well aware (and often intimately familiar with) the crushing emotional toll that gender politics can have on individual men. And that can cause a reaction.

Expressing that can be a first step in getting closer to the other side. So I don't see anything that you need to apologize for.

Happens to us all. Red-pill existence kind of blows donkeys, to be honest; it's easier thinking that everybody thinks of you as an equal and nobody is out to take advantage of your kindness and generosity. Finding out that that's less and less likely is... frustrating, to say the least.
