If it was consensual I don't see the problem. The fact that it occurred at her house one of the times seems like evidence that it was consensual. The article does not say it was not consensual. So I don't understand what she did wrong. Who was the victim of this crime?

I am tired of seeing ignorant "high five" comments from people who have NO IDEA how this kind of thing plays out in real life. Women who exploit children in theiir care are cruel and heartless. How do you THINK this woman treated this boy, once she had control of him? You have no idea of the humiliation and denigration that this boy endured.

People who "approve" of this abuse are either ignorant or heartless.

Seems that people are conflicted in regards to this case. Some of you say this is wrong and that it should be a crime, what this teacher has done. Others feel that since age of consent, in the region where this took place, is 16 that no crim has taken place.

Well first lets talk age of consent. These ages are arbitrary to the best of my reconning. Average age of consent to sex is 16. Age to be legally adult for the purpose of voting, military service, and many other regulations is 18.. Legal to purchase and consume alcohol is 21. And now legal age where your parents are no longer financially responsible for you is 26.

Now as to this issue. While it may not be a crime due to age of sexual consent, as a 17 year old boy he cannot legally be considdered an adult, and his parents are responsible for him finacially for a further 9 years. Some here are just looking at sex as if it has no consequences. This "teacher" could get pregnant. Thus putting the financial burdens of fatherhood on his shoulders four years before he can even have a beer to celebrate the birth (or drown the misery).

The teacher is 31. She is well and truely adult. With a career, most likely a home that she owns, a completed education, and all of the freedoms, priviledges, and responsibilities accorded to an adult. The boy, and he is still a boy, has none of those things. All he has is raging hormones, a desire for more adult relationship with a woman, and a hard 17 year old prick for her to exploit.

This is why this is not ok. The teacher is a full fledged adult. She is the one fully involved and adapted to the responsibilities of adulthood. She should be looking for a partner who is on her level emotionally, and socially. However, she chose to pursue someone who is in a position lower than herself in social standing. Likely because she wanted a "man" that she could mold and controll. The Boy is likely to acomodate her in this regard because he is not thinking with full adult comprehension of the situation and its possible ramifications. Thus she is preying uppon him. Utilizing his raging teen sex drive as a yoke by which she can groom him to her needs. She has control. And that is what this is about, Controll. Not love, not pleasure, and not a relationship between two consenting adults. Controll of an inexpirienced young man who in his delirium of lust and desire falls under her dominion, enslaved by his own want.

In cases involving a gender swap this would by no means be passable. And yet in that scenario a male teacher would likely be more responsible to at least take the proper precations to avoid getting his 17 year old paramore pregnant. This "Woman", seeing as she already shows no restraint in her will to utilize her power to get what she wants, may well be the next full fledged adult collecting child support from a ruined youn man.

Fucking hell 31 i would say that she was desperate for some of that sausage and this is why we have the term "Cougar" old hags in new bags (But those new bags are filled with propane gas), Ha the irony that now a days female teacher are mostly having sexual relationships with young boys.
