The one gender difference that did show up was in the construction context: The supposed “foremen” who made both types of mistakes were rated worse than their female counterparts.

1) Feminist bigots rig a research project with heavy stereotypes in a male dominated field, to try to uncover bias against women.

2) Instead, they find bias against men.

3) The hamster wheel turns, and they conclude that discrimination against men is actually discrimination against women, because "women in the construction field might have been judged less severely because they were already presumably expected to fail in masculine work settings."

Feminism. What a joke.

They found, broadly, that male leaders who commit “task” errors were seen as no less competent than women who committed the same errors, while female leaders who violated “relationship” issues were not seen as worse leaders than male leaders who did the same. And study didn't find what the biased reporter wanted so let's draw conclusions that match the bias that somehow the experimental method was wrong. If you are going to report science, just report it and leave your biased opinions out of it. I've seen it too many times in a number of different fields.

In this experiment we fed a bunch of feminists fake results of a fake social experiment where men and women were scored on a variety of tasks and the results for each sex were almost identical.

Then we sat back and counted how many ways they spun those results to conclude women were oppressed victims of male power.

So every observation confirms their theory. That's not fanatical at all.
