Let me be clear on my definition of the "domesticated male"-- A man who is adept at cooking, house upkeep, laundry, and other "home-making" skills, i.e., he is a man with domestic skills.

The same vein of sexism which deems domestic chores "women's work" also implies that men who do the lion's share of the housework have taken on some subservient--emasculated-- role. I am curious to hear your thoughts on the house-husband or a man who even works full-time, yet still does the majority of the cooking/cleaning for whatever reason. (Maybe his wife is a just a terrible cook, or she's a professional who is also in grad school.)

I feel this is a Men's Rights issue, because sexism is a double edged blade which hurts the journey toward gender equality. Our own attitudes toward masculinity and femininity can carry silent (or not so silent) saboteurs of equality.
