I wonder if it's retroactive. That fathers can petition court to re-adjust custody and visitation schedules to new bill/law.

So-called "family" law in the U.S. is an abomination. It is nothing short of an enslavement system of men for women. This bill will do a lot to free the many men in MN enslaved to their wives and girlfriends.

Next step is an end to so-called "child" support. It is simply "mom" support hideously disguised as a benefit for children.

End slavery in America. Abolish "family" law as we know it.
