There are actual victims for this crime!! (The guys who get falsely accuse and as a result try to kill themselves), but let's not talk about those, the real victims are the hypothetical women who possibly might not be immediately believed.

Seeing as this is from 2010, here's the update:

An "irresponsible and wicked" woman was jailed for three years today after she slashed her body, hair and clothing to convince police she was the victim of a serious sexual assault.

Ibrahim, of Deerpark Road, will serve half her sentence in custody before she is released on licence for the remaining period.

Sometimes the system does actually work.

Makes me wonder just how many other men have been wrongly accused and convicted.

Any women who does this should spend a lot of time in jail, but based on our totally female oriented society, it will likely be no cookies and milk for her for 1 day, well, maybe 1 meal. Guys, we have to wake up, we are under attack by feminists. What kind of legacy are we leaving our sons?

She obviously had some sort of mental illness. I can't imagine someone who's sane doing that sort of damage to themselves just for revenge.

Glad to see everything turned out well. She nearly had innocent men sent to jail, and did nothing to help real rape victims get help.

She must suffer from some sort of personality disorder... Normal people don't do this kind of things.
