I was reading this thread about the Kevin Hart's ex-wife who wants $90K a MONTH, and so I started googling for CS accountability. I came across the following article and it really hit home that we need to have child support reforms so that we can ensure every bit of it is being spent on the children in question. Currently I don't know of any states that require a single penny ever be used for the children.

The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that child support not directly spent on the child is a form of fraud. Can anyone speak to this in a legal sense of how one would pursue charges against a payee who misuses child support?
