Shaun Dodds, prosecuting, said a baby being stillborn in 2010 and a relative of Mr Pattinson being diagnosed with cancer had caused tension.

As usual, something in her past excuses her violent and abhorrent actions. Good job court system! Justice for all!

Mr Pattinson says he asked her to leave following an argument, but she started to punch him and he grabbed her by the top of the arms to restrain her.

No DV charges, no assault charges, no mutilation charges. Fucking fuck goddamit fuck FUCK.

Am i wrong or is she going to have to serve it after the 12 months are up? Even so, i doubt a man would have copped only nine months for disfiguring a member of the Important Sex.
