If the chick is cool and personable then it can help you down the road. When someone inevitably asks later, "Where's spain girl?" you just tell them the truth, she went back to her country, she was just visiting you. Then they know that cool girls will fly out just to hang out with you. On the flip side, if she's annoying and she doesn't clean up well it could hurt you but that goes for anyone you bring anywhere.
