Keeping organized gangs of thugs who have both threatened and actually committed violence from harassing people at healthcare facilities, and awarding damages to the victims of their thuggery, is not a specifically "feminist" agenda. It's everybody's agenda. Given the amount of intrastate coordination, I think the RICO case was a reasonable position to back.

Judge Wood may have taken unreasonable postions on other issues, but on this one, I think it was the SCOTUS who were influenced by political considerations.

How is this related to Men's Rights? Some judge should have recused herself from a lawsuit between NOW and anti-abortion activists. How the fuck does that matter to me?
