In countries where companies are legally required to adhere to quota regulations a lot of them have simply ended up moving to other cheaper and less regulated countries. That's what happens when you can't hire the best most qualified people. When feminists say "look it's working" they conveniently neglect mentioning the drop in companies as a result.

Now that's ~~retarded~~ misguided.

The problem with quotas for gender or race or whatever is that even if the end result is equal employment, there is always gng to be a doubt as to the reason that person got their position.

If there is equal educational opportunities, and equal time spent parenting, disparities in employment should fix themselves.

The problem with women is that they talk too much. They micromanage everything and overanalyze and elaborate to death. That's one of the reasons why they're often unsuitable for management. Things need to get done.
