The global elites are white men. Jews and Catholics mostly - so until the world becomes one cultureless blob of androgynous amoeba (a century or two) white men are at the top and safe for now.

Hard to say. With the uprise of the Muslim population, they could soon take over. It depends on who is the richest and has cultural control.

SMV for women is much more determined by physical appearance, so for women, the answer is "no", unless they work harder at it.

As for men, "probably", if whites maintain their broad hold on institutional power. Chinese are making a pretty damn good play at it tho. Who knows in 100 years?
