There is still the law commission review in 2012. But the Supreme Court essentially created a legal precedent that says that the pre-nuptial agreement should be followed unless it’s unfair on the children of the marriage.

I will read the judgement when it comes out, its interesting to me both as a British law student and as a man. I will update if I find anything interesting in the judgement.
