I think no fap is the most overrated advice on trp. Sure if you jack off to weird shit give it up but its so insignificant. I did nofap again recently for science and I stopped approaching I had no sex drive no interest. I really don't think no fap is a solution to a problem it's just a bandaid to cover up your underlying issues.

As a long-time porn addict that has been on NoFap for quite some time, I can confidently tell you that flogging the dolphin isn't the problem, but rather the pornography. Our brains have not evolved to be adapted to seeing this many naked women and it doesn't know how to handle it. If you use pornography long enough, it isn't uncommon for your sexual tastes to morph and eventually the only thing that will get your dick hard is a black guy ass-fucking a dog.

My personal rule for fapping is this: only do it if you feel genuine desire and you are not using any external stimuli (in this case pornography). Not only will you be less likely to have Blue Balls, but you will know what actually feels good to you so that when you're with a girl you'll know how to move her around (dominance!) to make you fee like a king.

Pretty much. Like many things that are fun, as long as it doesn't adversely affect the rest of your life, it's probably fine.

If you have a problem with porn and fapping, cut out both for 90 days - let your brain's reward center return to it's natural state in regards to sex. After, I'd say moderate masturbation with fantasy (especially fantasizing that you're the one dominating, not passive) is healthy from a TRP standpoint. Personally, I cut out both permanently - due to feeling shame around masturbation. If you choose to abstain, read up on Sexual Transmutation - it's the real deal

Yeah that's totally fine. I'd say no porn is far more important than no fapping, and if you're on the younger side and not getting laid regularly it's probably a better idea to just beat off once in a while. I tried total celibacy once when I was around 21 for what I now consider to be silly reasons, and after a month or so I started having wet dreams on a semi-regular basis.

TRP definitely doesn't encourage making jerking off a regular habit, because it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole sexual strategy to get girls bit. But I think most would recommend rubbing one out once a week. Going cold turkey is pretty tough if you aren't getting laid at least semi-regularly

I fap when I want to, I see no point forcing myself not to... Some people on trp seem to suggest that it lessens sexual stamina and/or makes you less good in bed but I've never noticed anything of the sort on myself. It seems to go the other way around : I masturbate more when I've got more overall stamina. I think it may negatively impact your performance in bed if you focus mainly on orgasming as quickly as possible.
