Most sane people don't believe it to be a myth. But also most people (over all) do not have to deal with this specific issue in their daily lives. If you made this thread in order to show someone who wouldn't believe you it exists, then your mission was accomplished. However, posting in r/MensRights is like preaching to the choir, IMO.

On another topic: there are also a lot of loonies out there posting about all sorts of weird things. By just saying that 'people on the internet post about something is prove for that something's existence' is making your argument vulnerable to attack. Like: There are people out there that talk about alien abduction and their experience. Therefore it exists.
This can leave your argument vulnerable to attack. Better to back it up with dedicated links and the like.
