If I take it for granted that her story is accurate--she's had 100 first dates, plenty of casual, not crazy, etc--but she's never had a bf?

The picture she paints to me is that she's cold and standoffish once you het to know her. Mostly basing that off the weird gloating about never having drama or bullshit. Guys live for drama and bullshit.

You don't commit to a LTR by rational choice or by "operative" behaviour, just to fit the social norm. It is not enough if you don't feel the inside urge, the desire in your gut to do so. Sometimes it is the future you wish for yourself, sometimes you start to think about it when you meet someone in particular you feel you want more with.

We can't guess what happens with her from the few she wrote. But she doesn't mention any kind of attachement with the men she had met. That could be a clue of an issue here ? Many people, men and women, have that sort of difficulties. Never feel anything strong for anybody, try to protect themsleves over a delusion, or don't even consider the possibility that there is more that casual attraction to expect from somebody. I'd look that way for an explanation.

Procrastination applies to duties and work. It has nothing to do with feelings, or love, or commitment. I think this is something totally different.

I know many girls like this and it’s not necessarily that they focussed on partying it’s just that they might as well have fun and go out with friends rather than sit at home waiting for their perfect guy to show up. Now to be clear when I talk about having fun and going out, I’m not equating that with casual sex. I’m saying go out to bars/clubs with friends (many girls nights are just that. No hook ups involved), go to other events/gigs/theatre/dinner with friends/hobbies and classes. They’re busy and their lives are full but the right guy never seems to cross their path.

It happens. It happens to both genders but on this sub there is no sympathy for women and it’s always the woman’s fault somehow?

I was single at 29 because I had just come out of a 4 year relationship with a guy who I caught sending dirty texts to someone at work. He is objectively a great guy and has gone on to settle down and have a kid and we somehow have remained friends. He’s not a Chad he just f’d up and when we looking into it we had grown apart. It happens. But you’d all have figured I just rode the cock carousel when actually I wasted the last years of my 20s with someone I fell in love with but grew apart from.
