Body image issues and dysmorphia.

The social narrative around it and body positivity campaigns almost exclusively focus on women's issues. You also often hear how men have it so much easier than women who are faced with impossible standards.

I don't see the media standards for male attractiveness being any less unreachable than women's. Most men I know dream of being better looking, more muscular, have more hair [edit: , be taller]... But it's not as socially accepted to admit it as it is for women. Worse, it is much more socially accepted to openly and negatively comment on men's bodies, even mock them. I cannot count how many times I have witnessed grown highly educated adults mercilessly tease my husband for his baldness. Nobody bats an eye. He doesn't even dare say it hurts him (it really does).

I believe this one is part of the cultural representation of men having less feelings, also the general lesser empathy towards men, but also the idea that women's beauty is their main asset (which barely anybody believes anymore, but it's still treated as a thing anyway).

I think it must be solved by having better (trained) schoolteachers, and preferably gender parity among them. As for already grown people, having the discussion more often and more openly would help, better media representations too. But I don't think something so ingrained can be washed away completely.
