Now what happened to the girl who accused wrongly? Society and law system just ignored right, even after this guy's name is out, probably lost job, mentally affected, and the trauma lingers in his mind for several years - while she was let go to live happily with actual BF?

Had to prove his innocence and even then they don't drop the charges; he's simply allowed to pay money to temporarily be out on bail.
