Men aren’t generally hated more, it’s just that in general women are seeing that the men on the dating market are generally not treating us well.

If you hold yourself to a high standard of self-sufficiency, reliability, and empathy, along with the other trade marks of being a functional adult, then you’re nowhere near the league of the dysfunctional men being “hated on” in the main sub.

Preface over. To your question, dating is intimidating and hard by nature. Take some time to situate yourself and then meet people. If you hold yourself to high standards, that is a big green flag for an HVW, and they will absolutely be able to tell.

Depends on what you’re looking for in a new relationship. Are you just wanting a woman to replace the role of your wife and clean/cook/be domestic or are you actually looking for someone to love and care for? Ask yourself if you are looking to receive or give. If you answer both, you might be looking for a new codependent partner. High value relationships have both sides being givers.

Also it’s not that men are hated more, it’s that too many men these days are pornsick. Not to mention as liberal feminism changed the dynamic, a ton of men use this as an excuse to be lazy, worthless humans. They preach equality in monetary forms, but expect all the 1950’s submissive housewife. So you need to take care of the house and cook and clean but you also need to work a full time job and pay half or you’re a gold digging w****. Long story short, it’s hard for women looking for HVM these days. Too many men expect too much, while offering nothing in return. Work on your LV weak spots and you’ll get a HVW.

In addition to being fully divorced and fully moved on from your last relationship, you need to conduct a relentless self inventory. What’s your attitude towards women? What are you looking for in a woman and a relationship? What do you have to offer a woman? Read the FDS handbook for an idea of what a HVM is.

FDS really isn’t about hating men. It’s about women seeing their value and getting out of bad relationships, focusing on themselves and their careers instead. We are on a constant path of self growth and self improvement and self esteem development. We do not get men’s attention for validation and we do not get into relationships for validation. So if you were to date an FDS woman, you couldn’t manipulate her or disrespect her. You could only act with poise, respect and care around her. So if that is you, you have nothing to worry about.

We are overwhelmed with low value men that treat us terribly and bring nothing to the table. Most of us do not know a HVM. They are extremely rare. So it is not hate for men, it is hate for the things LVM do.
