The way I read this bill, if you are a male partner in a sexual act in which a female gets pregnant you have multiple options to profit off of this. You can sue the bartender who served you drinks. You can sue the taxi/uber driver who drove you to the location, the doorman who let you in to a building. And let's be clear, it does not say you cannot sue your female partner.

Also, it does say in the article the bill is probably dead on arrival.
