* It's not an apology.
* It shows you don't control her so if she comes back it's her choice to submit to you.
* She willingly submits if she comes back. * Shows that you are ok with her ghosting forever.
* Shows that you are also empathetic to her situation at the same time.

Never admit a mistake. What you want to do to "minimize damage" is you shift blame on her.

"Yeah I lied to you, but only because you would get mad without any reason. I told you already she's only my friend, but you never trusted me. I'm your boyfriend and you should trust me."

See? You're not telling lies, only truth and you make her think about what she did and "shifting the spotlight onto her".

When you admit a mistake, she will only give you more shit. What I always do is I shift the blame on her and after a while just drop the argument.

It's not a manipulation per se. You are only stating reasons of your actions while pointing out things she did wrong as well. Basically, how I see it, she "forced" you to lie to her with her behavior.

Again, if you think this is a terrible advice, just ignore it completely. But just so you know, it works like a charm.

Whatever you do, do not apologize, try to sweeten her up or supplicate to her by trying to explain yourself. Her reaction is to beat you like a mangy neighbour's dog who peed on her favorite carpet. This is a matter of self respect now, take her beating with the most cruel indifference you can muster up.

She wants to rage, fine. Do you fucking worst, bitch. Remember your lines are simple for a reason, "K." is difficult to mess up. Turn this entire thing around this way, once she's all raged out, force her to apologize to YOU (by your cool indifference act), and beg you to take her back because it was a fit of irrational jealousy and it's that other girls' fault, and she loves you more than life and is SO sorry to go off on you like that.

The thing that works for me is when she gets bitchy I stand up and point to the door and calmly say 'leave'. No talk after that just leave and start ignoring. This really stops bitchy moments from popping up in my experience. This is coming from a 10+ year relationship.
