Hey guys, I'm new to the whole red pill thing, so I apologize if my question does not belong here but I would appreciate some advice from red pill followers.

So yesterday I hung out with 2 old friends of mine. One of them is a girl, and that girl came up to me and my girlfriend 3 days ago at a concert just to say hello. When she left, my girlfriend told me that she didn't like her because 'one time that girl gave her a weird look, and she gets a weird vibe from her'.. So I dropped off my friend and that girl, and then I went to dinner with my girlfriend. She was acting weird already, she got in the car and didn't even say hi, she was just on her phone pretty much the whole ride there. While we were waiting to be seated, I was talking about the beach, she asked if it was just me and my guy friend and I said yeah. So I lied, because I didn't want her attitude for our date to get any worse. Dinner was okay. After I lied, I realized that maybe she had seen my friends snapchat post which would show all 3 of us at the beach, but she was acting alright so I still didn't tell her the truth. I never lie to her, but this one time I thought it wouldn't be a big deal, I just wanted to have a good dinner.

Well I told her the truth this morning, I told her I was sorry, and that it wouldn't happen again. I waited a bit, and then she flipped out (through text) calling me a fucking liar, saying she can't trust me anymore, and telling me to piss off.

I'm trying to keep calm about it, I'm telling her that she's really just a friend, and that I made a mistake I shouldn't of lied to her. I'm just looking for advice on how not to 'blue pill' this situation. What should I do guys?
