I remember your post and I am so proud of you. I know it's hard to end a long relationship, but once the fog clears you are gonna look back and be so glad he's not in your life anymore. You will absolutely get through this one day at a time. The sooner you go complete no contact (block) the faster you will heal.

Do everything that makes you happy, focus on how free you are to make your own choices, eat your favorite foods, watch your favorite shows, sleep in your own bed and spread out, the weight is off your shoulders.

You are definitely allowed to feel sad for as long as you need, but there is so much healing and personal growth that will come from this in time. Take all the pressure off of yourself and allow yourself to just be. You’ve made it through, congratulations 💕
