Been a long time since I've posted, but yesterday. We were in our finalization stage of mediation, going over boilerplate legalese and my wife decided at that time, that she was no longer ok with the 50 50 arrangement she had agreed to, and chosen the schedule of, and pitched a 75/25 schedule. Which I refused. Her attorney explained to my attorney that it was a single event, where she now thought I was too soft with our son, and didn't discipline him enough. Onto today. Today was rough. She has taken to leaving with our son until bed time, and not telling me when she'll return. When they returned today, my son was crying, and neither would tell me what's wrong. He asked if I could sleep in the bed with him, so I carried him upstairs and tucked him in. His mother ran upstairs behind me and jumped in the bed and told our son he wasn't allowed to sleep with me, and began reading him a bedtime story and completely ignoring me. I calmly just pulled up blankets and laid on the floor next to him, and she began attempting to bait me into a fight with her camera on. I'm really at a loss on what to do - I'm in Virginia, and we're not even separated, give. Our separation date was a part of mediation
