How?

Using his expansive viewership to promote dangerous and misleading medical advices that people follow.
Using said viewership to also promote things like anti-vaccine, anti-COVID, etc. conspiracies that, again, put people in danger.
He’s directly responsible for Sandy Hook parents having to undergo years of hardship after losing a child because he’s convinced a bunch of people they’re faking it, crisis actors, their kids weren’t real, etc.

He’s not simply “expressing different views” on his platform when those views rule up his base (by design) and cause them to react in ways that out people in danger.

Also, your whataboutisms are meaningless - just because this person thinks Alex is a cancer (he is) and didn’t specifically mention pedophiles, etc. doesn’t make them any less bad. I'm not an Alex Jones fan, but I do believe that people shouldn't be persecuted for things they haven't done.

The sandy hook thing is factually untrue. He initially said he was skeptical, but came around on it. The news has lied repeatedly and said that he's harassed families of victims, sent people to thier homes, etc. He never did any of those things. He initially made a passing remark that he was skeptical about the situation, and again, he came around on it, and has said very publicly a great many times that he is not a denier of sandy hook.

He isn't on twitter, or youtube, or basically anywhere mainstream. If you want to listen to Alex Jones you have to specifically go out of your way to do so. He isn't somehow infecting people with false info, he's someone that concpiracy theorists seek out. His reach in that regard is extremely limited.

Alex Jones is not a threat to anyone. His reach is extremely limited compared to literally anyone with a decent sized following on twitter. Only alex Jones fans are ever going to hear anything he has to say.

The only reason I even know what his voice sounds like is because of the two times he went on the Joe Rogan podcast.

Repeatedly. The keyword is repeatedly. This wasn’t a one-off, he frequently claimed it was a hoax, they were paid crisis actors, etc. and didn’t reverse his stance until 2019. That’s seven years too late and seven years of repeated trauma to the parents. None of these things were in passing, he had segments of his shows dedicated to this tragedy. In fact, his first claims were in 2012 and his claims about “no one dying” didn’t happen until 2014 and 2015 where he specifically used the phrase “crisis actors.” So no, the media didn’t lie, you’re just an idiot.

He isn’t on Twitter, YouTube, or basically anywhere mainstream.

He wasn’t banned until 2018; he was very much on these platforms and easily accessible. The fact that you think you need to “go out of your way” to visit a website to see the shit he spews, again, shows how stupid you are.

Regularly undermining health authorities, putting public health at risk, and repeatedly rehashing the trauma of having your fucking child shot and being called a liar is pretty fucking harmful. Parents of that tragedy have had to move several times and have had numerous death threats as a direct result of his shows.

His “reach” was 2.4 million people. That’s not inconsequential. Especially when those people continue to bring up his claims, or share his “facts” as though they’re real, and rather spread his influence through word of mouth.

What constitutional rights are Republicans taking from black people? The right to vote with voter ID laws? That law applies to everyone, even the white trailer trash that society never thinks of. Without ID, any person can't legally drive cars or have car insurance. They don't have bank accounts or even cash checks. They don't have a job, an apartment or house, anything that normal people do. If you think voter ID laws are racist, it's because you think black people do none of those things, which means you're racist.
