The accused is heard saying in the audio clip shared by the journalist that she has five ongoing cases in the court where she has implicated five boys who had established physical relationships with her. “In my complaint, I stated unequivocally that the boy made promises, developed relationships, and then abandoned me. Because some boys take advantage of girls and then abandon them. Whatever you want to call it, this is my work. I file a complaint against such men and send them to jail. The family members of the boy persuaded me to take back the cases, but I did not yield to their requests. Got every bail granted to him cancelled. Later the High Court granted him bail.
When questioned if this was her work, she replied, “Yes. I file a complaint against boys who cheat on me. Even if it’s merely a one-day relationship. The boy once abandoned me in an Oyo room for an hour and since then I’ve been scared of the name Oyo. He was detained after I complained,” the accused is heard saying in the audio.

Well, the UK has this beat with 15 false rape accusations. But either way the police records should show any woman making serial rape accusations and this should be a big red flag.

My thought is that we only see the tip of this iceberg occasionally, many women just make one false rape accusation, or perhaps the police just don't see any problem with a woman who makes only 4 or 5 false rape accusations.

It's really no wonder that MGTOW is becoming so popular in India. The laws basically encourage this sort of behavior, and the chances of it backfiring (as it fortunately did in this case) are very low.

The true figures would be astounding. Alot of rape allegations are not pursued further due to lack of evidence but they are not investigated as possible false claims.

The interesting thing is she was charged. I know women who have reported over a dozen of their male therapists/psychiatrists for this. She does it every time I've of them fire her.

False accusations need to be investigated more abs the punishment more severe. The accusation alone often ruins a man’s life, the internet just shows news stories saying he’s guilty that will be there forever whenever you google that person. Even if you are found not guilty your life has been turned upside down. Where as a false accusation gets you a slap on the wrist. The punishment for a false accusation isn’t even as bad as what the man has to deal with even being found not guilty. Rape accusations have become a free ‘destroy men’ button for women.

This stems from there being no repercussions for making false rape claims, and apparently no due diligence in investigating the claims thoroughly...

For every exposed case of serial rape accusations there are hundreds that fly under the radar
